  I don't see anything obviously wrong in your second code example, but since it is not your current system, there might be a bug here that is not visible in the example.

  Other relevant points:

  1. I guess it is possible that the Text property does not actually reflect the updated text. It's obviously supposed to, but I've seen a few bugs in this kind of things.
  2. You could probably just display the enum on FP.
  3. If you do not look like that, I would say by using it in Format string to convert enum to a string, rather than reading the Text property.

I have a common indicator of channel set and I want to output a string to this indicator in the first framework before the codes between frame 2 frame 9 execution... and I would like another string to the same indicator on the latest image to indicate all the completed exit code. But I find that there is no way to share the flag by two constant string of different chassis. Any idea? Thank you.

  I use the digital indicator for my Countdown to 0 (zero). The thing is I don't like when the number of numbers to 0, and then view - 0. Someone knows how to set the display to 0 instead of - 0.

  The only reason is could may show zero is if it's displaying a negative number slightly less than zero and is getting round.  What is the representation of your screen?  Is this double or is it all over?  Maybe if you have validated your VI, we see what is happening and provide better suggestions.

  I do a test sequence and save each test datas. When I get around one of the tests, I need the string value "BP" to be saved (in double digital indicator) for this particular criterion. Is there a possible way to do it?

  Maybe just use "NaN" instead of "BP". You can store a NaN in the digital indicator.
