  I found my own solution :-)

  I'll give here, but my windows 7 is in Danish, I hope to translate it so it can be heard.

  Problem: Windows Media Center cannot find no matter what TV tuner once I used an other application (Cyberlink Power Cinema 6).

  Solution:

  1. go in Control Panel.

  2. in the context of programs - klick on "remove a program.

  3. in this window - upper-left corner - you will find "turn windows features on or off" - klik on this message.

  4. find the map "Support functions" and open it with the sign +.

  5. remove the 'hack' in 'Windows Media Center' and click OK.

  6. wait to restart the computer.

  7. after the restart - do the same things, but this time you need to place a 'hack' again in Windows Media Center and click OK.

  8. after that, you can start Windows Media Center and after a short message "searching for tuners"-you have an image a TV tuner.

  Note: Before going any further I recommend to transfer the files to a secure location on the computer.
  This will remove also all your recordings programmed, so you'll have to re - schedule them.
   
  Method 1. Rename the ehome folder.
  
  a. right-click on "computer" and select "Manage".
  b. under "Services and Applications", you will see 'Services' Open 'Services' and stop "Windows Media Center Scheduler Service" and "Windows Media Center Receiver Service".
  d. rename the directory "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\eHome.
  e. start the service "Windows Media Center Service Launcher" (this will start two other services properly).

  I am almost completed an app, I designed for iOS and tested on my iPhone 4. I bought a 2nd generation iPhone so I could test on the two resolutions of screen (320 x 480 and 640 x 960) before discovering what AIR for iOS does not support very old iOS devices (I think that the rule is to iOS 4 +).

  My question is how the distribution is managed if the application will not run on these older models? People with a 2nd gen iPhone should always access an application that I publish through AIR for iOS and then be angry when it is not supported on their device? Has anyone experience this problem?

  You can move all the messages on the account to delete your 'Local folders' account or any other account you may have.

  Looks like nothing is more compatible.  My Nikon D810 attaches to Lightroom CC.  My map of 1066 x Lexar mounted in a Lexar Professional 3.0 Professional Dual Slot card USB Reader says also the files are corrupt and will not download or even copy it into a folder on my desktop.  I have an iMac 27 "mid-2012 and a 2010 Macbook Pro to fit images on the site upgraded to SSD and a second 750 GB drive just.  Nothing works anymore, and it becomes quite difficult to call me a 'Professional' commercial photographer when I'm having all these intractable questions in front of my clients.  This has been a problem for too long!  Can you please help or solve this problem?
