Subscribe CC, but Lightroom Mobile expired
Hi, this seems to be a common problem: I improved submarines of photography and single-app subs to complete submarines of CC, but now my subscription Mobile with Lightroom is coming up to have expired. Please it could be fixed on my account, thanks!

MassimoExcuse me, using the word 'require' was probably inappropriate. But the Lightroom marketing model has changed. In order to have all the advantages and all the new features that Lightroom offers it is necessary to subscribe to the creative cloud. The creative cloud version has more features with the new features added periodically. And this is the only license option that gives you access to Mobile with Lightroom. I bought Lightroom 2, 3, 4 and 5. I now subscribe to the creative cloud. If you consider the cost of the purchase of an upgrade in order to get new features, the creative cloud subscription is only slightly more expensive than buying a new standalone update. And, in addition, you have the advantage of being able to use the latest version of Photoshop.
It is unfortunate that you feel that you pay extra for the creative cloud. The creative cloud is the new Lightroom license plan that provides all of the features, the program has to offer. Rather than buy another upgrade, you must decide whether or not you want the features that Lightroom has to offer. If you do, then sign up. The choice is yours, of course.

I paid for package of photography for adobe, which announced including mobile lightroom. But said mobile lightroom free trial has expired. It seems that I just need someone to watch my account, but apparently it's impossible as they will only allow me to communicate with them for the first 90 days of a subscription.

If you purchased the student and teacher subscription creative cloud edition, it may not include the plan Mobile with Lightroom as in the bottom of the article:

You can either buy the plan of photography (including Lightroom and Photoshop) or cancel your current subscription and buy creating edition student and teacher of cloud to Adobe so that it includes Lightroom Mobile as well.

Lightroom mobile sunscription has expired. How to solve?
Recently, I tried to change my Paypal payment on credit card. Support said I could not and I have to cancel my plan of photography and the tender, that I made. Since then, Lightroom is telling me that my Lightroom mobile subscription has expired. I can't solve it. I have re-signed in and even reinstalled - but the message remains. Can someone help me with this? Any member of staff may look into this, please?

Lightroom Mobile test message expired stops my changes
I bought Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 . CD and installed it on my pc (stand-alone version) It is not only boring, its impact on the functioning of Lightroom! When I edit an image and proceed to another, I select PREVIOUS get the yellow "Lightroom Mobile Trial Expired" error and then the changes do not translate to the new selected image.
I saw the other discussions on the same subject, but those indicated that Lightroom was still working.
What happens and how can I fix it?

Expiry of the Lightroom Mobile trial should not affect the functioning of the Lightroom program.
Click the Lightroom Help menu > select Disconnect > Quit Lightroom > restart and enter your serial key to allow > check if it works fine now.
In addition, click on the drop down next to the identity plate in Lightroom Catalog and choose to "Pause" Lightroom Mobile synchronization.

Lightroom Mobile is not a part of Lightroom 6 (perpetual), but once you buy the stand-alone version of Lightroom and install on the computer, you get 30-day trial for Lightroom Mobile.
So you worry the test expired for Lightroom Mobile.

People,
I spent several hours on the phone (for most pending) for the same problem, so if this message appears as hostile, please don't take it like that. I'm frustrated with the level of telephone assistance "" I received for a few days. My Lightroom app appears as 'expired' when I try to log in. For some background... I've been on photography and recently upgraded plan updated comprehensive plan of CC. For that to happen, "hotline" had me cancel my photo package and then buy the complete plan of the CC. After a sign out / connection on my computer, everything was fine. The problem is with Lightroom Mobile on my Galaxy Edge 6. Now, I've uninstalled, reinstalled, reset the phone and tried fresh install on other android devices to get the same message that my subscription is expired. I can access the CC app on the android... but not Lightroom Mobile. After all is said and done, people to 'support' phone informed me that my only course of action was to contact an EXPERT via these forums. This seems like a strange model to support customer (I even had to find forums on mine) when it comes to climbing of a problem. That being said, I stay semi full of hope that the software I pay for every month can actually operate at a given time. Any help at this point would be greatly appreciated.

Get rid of the text "Lightroom mobile trial expiration.
I upgraded to Lightroom 6 when it came out but opted for the no-subscription¹ model.
Now I used this for a while, the mobile text of lightroom at the top left of my screen (on OS X) changed to say "Lightroom mobile trial expiration" and I guess that if I don't do something on that I have to live with it forever. Is it possible to disable this option?

The upper left part of your Lightroom workspace is called the identity plate. If you hover your mouse over this area, you will see a little arrow pointing down. Click on this arrow down and pause or stop mobile synchronization. After you do this, you won't see this message.

Adobe Lightroom Mobile Sync problem / Collection do not sync but the pictures already online

I have been using lightroom for 1-2 years now after moving to Aperture (already used on the PC for a week). I have about 140 000 pictures and videos on it, of which 95 000 are on lightroom mobile (apparently 90 videos online).
I love it and I'm frustrated with these 'X Sync photos' on the left. Usually, I had some left of synchronization and collections quickly get photos online, but this isn't the case. I now have 3000 + photos waiting for synchronization (for the most part by adjustment for the photos I guess) and 1 new collection that I created yesterday evening (as there are 10 h) that contains previously downloaded photos no doubt only (and which are online) are simply not showing on my iphone Mobile with Lightroom or the web interface.
What are the proposals? Can I send a diagnosis form to Adobe to watch? Please do not suggest to remove the file from .ircat to computer synchronization, did before and what I see on the forum is simply not helping issues in sync, I also check the web interface, but I almost 100 000 pictures I looked more later thousands (when I imported all was synchronized) and no. blackened photographs.
I want to use Lightroom Mobile as much as possible, but it has a lot of problems or is so slow (by the way, I have 50Mbps download and download 5 Mbps). Sometimes, nothing moves for days.
I'd love to send you any diagnostic file that you want to solve this problem. Really a concern when it should be a smooth experience.
I think Lightroom should include at least a list of photos that are being synchronized for troubleshooting purposes. This seems to be a common question "X photos not sync for days or stuck.

When you do a new collection in Office LR I select generally all the thumbnails in this collection and build smart preview on the fly. In the menu: click on library > Previews > build intelligent surveys. I score then the collection for synchronization, and which seems to speed things up. Give it a try.

I bought Lightroom 6 weeks after having tried Lightroom CC. Even though I have no problem with the delivery of the program, I get the notice that I had a trail version to be completed (number of days). I think it reflects no professional when dealing with my customers. I found that in the preferences in the last tab called 'mobile Lightroom", my status is"path. " My purchase from Lightroom 6 is not valid? Please let me know how to solve this problem.
Your Lightroom 6 will work indefinitely, for ever and ever, what is the message you see (which you are misunderstood).
The message referred ONLY to Lightroom Mobile, everyone (including you) has access to 30 days when you install Lightroom CC or Lightroom 6; and then you will have access to Lightroom Mobile when the 30 days has expired.
If you do not want to see the message, you can disable Lightroom Mobile so it is no longer active, and the message will disappear. In the left upper part of the Lightroom window, the nameplate is a drop down menu which allows you to interrupt the synchronization with the Mobile with Lightroom. Or simply ignore the message.

Message "Lightroom trial mobile expiré" appeared on the screen
Initially, I downloaded the version of cloud of Lightroom. After a few days, I decided that the stand-alone version is not enough for my work, and so I bought a version of Lightroom 6 Mac from Amazon.
Before that I downloaded and installed the version purchased, I removed the trial (using CleanMyMac 3 utility). Then I advanced and installed the purchased standalone - smooth steps.
Excited, I copied a lot of pictures of Mac photo - also a smooth step library (followed some tips suggested by the Forum.)
However, quickly pops up a message "Lightroom mobile test expired ' on the right corner of the homepage.
I couldn't find out how to remove the warning message that I'm not a user of the trial more.
Please help and advise what I need to do steps.

Click the identity plate in Lightroom. You will be able to see where to pause Lightroom Mobile. Then you will not see this message.
