subscription but no 10 image
I subscribed at the end of November and got my 10 "free" images. December is now almost complete and I paid, but I have nothing to suggest I get 10 images this month. Can anyone help?

Your next assignment will be given at the end of January. If you need images of license before the end of the month of January, you can buy images individually. I have a HP Photosmart Premium series - C309g all-in-one machine. This machine worked well.
Print is good.
Copy is good.
But now I have some analysis of the issues, probably due to an update of the OS.
Problem: Preview of the scanned image is good, but what saving image--> the image is black with horizontal lines.

I bought the package of photography today, including Lightroom, Camera Raw and Photoshop, after completing the purchase of the subscription, I see that Lightroom and Camera Raw is added and downloaded, but Photoshop never get rid of the "trial expired" and just rest it is! When I try to go to the management accounts, it is not written anywhere that I bought the subscription either. When I try to open Photoshop, it is just said that my ID is unable to match a subscription that includes Photoshop. It's so frustrating, I hope there is something I missed, or I forgot to do so, please, any help would be appreciated!
