I changed the creative editing Cloud student and teacher for creative photography plan cloud 21 may 2015 that nothing seems to have changed. My Lightroom is the old version, trying to load LR - 6. When I sign in Photoshop, I get an error message that my account is not found. (Because I cancelled it and joined CC?). I keep going in circles.
Now better contact Adobe technical support, they can access your computer remotely and fix the problem.

Recently, I got a free trial of creative cloud for student membership. I want to cancel because I need is no longer, in the case against next month I will be charged $20 and it will continue to do so in the months to come after.

Problem to get through to cancel "subscription" for Creative cloud w / NO device
Can someone help me get through Adobe. I received notice from my bank that I was charged 29.99 all the months and when I try to cancel I get the evasive Web site. I tried the tech support chat as it appears I get no response (I confirm Blocker is disabled). The problem with these types of different configurations, it is that, once you are, it is extremely difficult to get out. I won't do it again. Does anyone have a phone number or e-mail address for Adobe? Thanks in advance.

After entering payment information, I open CC on the Mac and saw that LR CC still said trial expired. I've heard people have had problems with updates, so I logged off CC, even restarted the Mac and back connected cc, but it still says trial has expired. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall LR CC. (I had not downloaded Photoshop before CC, so he says now 30 days.)
I do not see a payment, but maybe it's a timing issue - payments can take a few days to become visible. But while it says trial has expired, I can't use the full LR CC; any suggestions?

Access to older versions of Flash for creative members of Cloud?
I am a member of the creative cloud and therefore have access to Flash CS6. One of my existing Flash files uses the functionality of slides, and when I tried to open it in CS6 received the message that this feature is no longer supported and that I need to open it in an earlier version of Flash (that don't specify a not the dialog box - supports 5.5 and earlier this feature?). Of course, the problem is that I have over an earlier version of Flash.
Adobe is ready to make an earlier version of Flash available to members of creative cloud? If not, what alternatives can I short to have to buy another (obsolete) version of Flash, just to be able to open my file?
