Problem to get through to cancel "subscription" for Creative cloud w / NO device
Can someone help me get through Adobe. I received notice from my bank that I was charged 29.99 all the months and when I try to cancel I get the evasive Web site. I tried the tech support chat as it appears I get no response (I confirm Blocker is disabled). The problem with these types of different configurations, it is that, once you are, it is extremely difficult to get out. I won't do it again. Does anyone have a phone number or e-mail address for Adobe? Thanks in advance.

Can not activate my subscription to creative cloud on any device
Hi, I got a new debit card, which means that I got the message to update my card in my Adobe account. No worries, I've updated the map immediately, and I see that my account has been accused by Adobe - and it is currently active.
Here's THE PROBLEM: now, whenever I open any Adobe program I always get the same message "Please check your billing information" with a calendar counting how many days before they completely lock me out.
So, I tried the following...
1. I am connected to my adobe online account, and I checked my plans and my products. CHECK. It's all good. My creative cloud is active, but the only red flag it says that it is not enabled on all devices.
2. I disconnected the creative cloud application and I logged in. It was successful, but when I open all the apps, I always get the error message "Please check your billing information.
3. I downloaded the cloud Creative cleaning tool, and I ran #11 (clean the Adobe ID credentials and #12 (patch to host file), and that me offline Adobe - in my browser and the CC app.) But just as before, when I log in I still get the same error message.
4. I have confirmed that I can reach secure sites, such as the site htts://forum, on which I am writing.
5. I took out my hair.
Can someone help me understand this? I of course appreciate.

After my previous subscription for Creative cloud had expired. I had reinstalled my CS6 collection months ago.
Uninstall your identifier.
uninstall any cc.
clean all cc by http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
Restart your computer and reinstall cs6 id and do not select "use as a trial" during installation.

White screen for creative cloud
I have recently subscribed to the cloud creative and downloaded Adobe Photoshop on my iMac and everything works fine. Now, I travel and want to use the same programs on my Macbook Air, but after downloading all I get is a white screen for creative cloud and doesn't launch Photoshop.
