• Cannot start DPS App Builder

  Hi

  After a long time only working with DPS2015, I do some chores with DPS2014 SE.

  That's why I tried to start the DPS APP Builder. But I can't launch:

  * In Indesign with folio chosen, I can click on 'Create' App. then I see a gauge "App Builder is underway" but subsequently no app Builder.

  * Apple Spotlight or in Applications I find DPS App Builder. But clicking on it does not start the application.

  * I already downloaded the latest Version (32.4.5) from the Adobe website and installed.

  * I already removed the app and installed the new.

  * I rebooted my macbook.

  * I uninstalled App Buiolder DPS by moving it to the trash

  * I emptied the trash, too (and emptied the download folder, too)

  * I deleted the browser cache

  * I re-uploaded the DPS App Builder Image and installed again - no problems

  But I can't throw :-(

  Any other ideas?

  PS: I also can not start previewer folio (tool that I did not really, because I test better with the Adobe Viewer on my iPad. But maybe the two things have the same reason.

  Yes, these are the two most recent versions. I do not know why you can no longer launch DPS App Builder. Have you entered in the Applications folder and tried by double clicking on the app? If so, I would like to delete it in the Applications folder, reinstall it, and then try again. If this does not work, contact technical support.

  (1) sign up for cloud creative then you can build a simple edition approx. attention however: this approach will no longer valid as of May 1, when we withdraw support for a unique creative cloud and unique edition apps are only on devices iPad.

• DPS APP BUILDER ON DIGITAL PUBLISHING SUITE

  I have a professional account on DPS. I have create a folio multi android app flowing ok.

  When I enter on the following DPS when I click on the option mac dps application builder I get the message "we have found THAT DPS App Builder. installed on your system Want to download? "I click ok and I have download the .dmg file and I install the generator, but I still get the same message when trying to reach the DPS App Builder of the suite. Please note the following:

  When I run the DPS App Builder of my application, it opens right and I see my app.

  I have CS6 update with the latest version of the tools back.

  I have Nations United-mounted and re - installed the DPS App Builder.

  Could I have some help on this because before I could reach the DPS application thanks to my DPS console Builder.

  This sometimes happens with certain browser configs. The link on the portal is a simple link of convenience. You can still run DPS App Builder by going to your Applications in the Finder folder, then it runs directly from there, there is no reason to run it from the portal.

• Error in DPS App Builder

  During the last step of the legacy android-viewer in DPS App Builder is not possible to complete the process.  After clicking on the button 'Create App' error message ' missing or empty required fields: title "what happens? How can we solve the problem?

  Can you try a construction with the web app Builder, leaving out direct payments for now and see if it works?

  If you have had trouble with the direct payment API, besides, it is probably because your right server does not support direct v2 of the API right. If you update to support v2, it'll work.

• DPS App Builder requires a serial number for assets

  I am a user of creative cloud and wonder a serial number inside DPS App Builder.

  This is a known issue and adobe has released a fix, this however doesn't fix it for me:

  I have the latest indesign CC and you follow the steps to remove and reinstall DPS App Builder three times with the digital edition Patch. If you follow the instructions to select "create app' inside the constructor folio in indesign - it launches DPS App Builder." It automatically connect me and takes me to the "start page" where I can eith "learn more" or manage.
  

  I expect that I would take to another screen having recognized that I am creating an application - in which I can add the assets directly.

  From there I selected "continues to manage view" and then click on 'New' and load in the .zip (which had been created by the DPS producer: Organizer) and assets (icons).

  The next step is to activate but I amd asked a serial number.

  

  After update indesign, following the instructions to remove and delete the DPS App Builder and reinstall. Ensuring that I clear the cache of the browser and sign everything - why, after following the instructions I I always request a serial number?

  A few details:

  DPS App Builder is V 3.0.0 (r30.16)

  InDesign 9.2.1 (CC)

  Mac OSX 10.9.3

  Good question and check what I think I spotted the problem with that.

  A secondary account is joint membership plan.

  It was my mistake forgetting it - the license should have set up at the main account, however after moving from country Adobe would not be welcome.

• DPS App Builder does not?

  We are enrolled in the professional edition. We strive to publish our application for the iPhone and the Android market.

  We have read the manual extensively and think we are all right

  ... but we have a problem by creating a FREE multifolio app.

  When you click on Create app in InDesign, we are transferred to the DPS App Builder and it is the default window, we get:

  

  This window gives us only one option: iPad

  As you can see there is a folio in this window.

  The folio was published under the same Adobe ID as the title ID and the ID DPS App Builder. All the same.

  But we want an iPhone option. So, we hit Cancel and click NEW instead. Then we had this window:

  

  Well, now we're getting all these options! Yahoo! We looked at the iPhone and iPad, when you click on the button NEXT. Then we had this window.

  

  We saw immediately that he was no folio associated with this option but went ahead anyway. We have put in all the files and all the stuff and produced the app.

  We downloaded the developer .ipa file and put it on the iPhone.

  The icon appears, the splash screen appears. And then, we see this beautifull VACUUM window. The folio iPhone do not occur with the mulifolio application.

  We are not at this news. We understand the process.

  So we have two options: 1. we give up something (I hope) or 2. There's a huge loophole DPS App Builder (that we uninstalled and installed again, several times)

  Please, please, is it something that everybody knows? The time factor is huge!

  PS. We used v. 28, creating the folio.

  It's not like understand you the process.

  A multi-folio application is just that - folios are housed in the Service of Cloud Computing from Adobe and available for download. They are not cooked in the app and subsequently not included in the viewer somehow generator.

  A simple-folio application where folio is cooked within the application itself and not downloaded from a server of the user of the application. It is not an option available for the iPhone, sort through DPS.

  I a purchased license of Creative Master Suite 6. I do a publication with InDesign et DPS and when it s done and I put the throug DPS App Builder he doesn't let me create the. Ipa.
  J’ai entered all requirements, two graphics files and Mobile and DEV Apple. The problem comes when I get home serial number on the activation of publication. He told me this serial number is not valid and I can not create publication.
  I can see the publication with any problems in the Adobe Content Viewer.

  You must either purchase a full subscription to creative cloud or a single edition license. The converted copy Creative Suite Master Collection 6 does not include a license for simple editing.

  I'm creating my first app with the professional edition. I've added a new user, then assign the user DPS App Builder. When I try to use the user email DPS App Builder in the generator App of DPS, it is not recognized. I tried to sign, reinstall DPS App Builder. Don't know what else to do? Also to note that I have not a user designated as a user of the Application.   By default, created by Adobe, your main account has Admin + Viewer role of Builder. You must create an account of the Application that you are publishing your slips and uses this application id as id title in DPS App Builder.

  You can publish the first folio when you want to. It will not appear until your application is approved.

  When you create a multi-folio application, the application itself is just a container. It does not include the folios. Instead, the library looks at the level of the Adobe server for leaflets published by using the ID of title specified in the Viewer. For a subscription application, you need to create in-app purchases for each sheet of the retail and in-app purchase product ID for each subscription period. You offer in-app purchases to Apple.
