  We have just one of our g 4305 DMP improved since version 5.1 to version 5.2. I would like to test a mp3 music file.  In a previous post, you gave me the following instructions:

  I put t know what Smart TV you have but I n t think you can mix terrestrial (DVB - T) and digital cable (DVB - C) channels.

  My TV supports also DVB - T and DVB - C tuner and it is not possible to add DVB - T & DVB - C channels in the same list.
  However, I think in such cases its always recommended to read the user manual where these details and information are mentioned.

  I have over 100 of these TVs, and I have problem with hotel mode.

  I use USB drive and one TV (find paths and creating a new list of channels sorted, with my order), and then I use usb for programming other TV sets. And I have no problems with that...

  But after a few hours/days, my list of created channel becomes not sorted. Without reason. I all schedule them again! We use the DVB - T signal. Poland in the country. And this problem does not appear on the 3 other TVs (not TOSHIBA)

  I read in a different thread that the activation of the option + "Control Panel lock" + menu would solve the problem with the chains unsorted.

• Music format for query DMP 4305 g

  Someone has already tried to copy music to a g 4305 DMP (internal storage or external USB) and do play music?

  If you have, can you please tell me what is the format of the music files should be and you add the files to the internal storage card or external USB?

  I am running with DMM version 5.1 and tried to add music (format .m4a) only, but can not get any music to play.

  If music should be in a play list, which should be the format?

  Also, if you have a playlist with say 50 pieces of music--the DMP play music randomly rather than the music of the parts in the order, if yes, can you tell me what I need to set up and how?

  I can play music if the playlist is created with a video, but I have a requirement to create the playlist with music only and not video.

  Yes,

  I checked that it works on the DMP - 4305 G & DMP-4400 G running 5.2.

  For randomization, I just set up a playlist with all the mp3 files and

  Click the Randomize check box and the playlist mixture songs.

• jpg made slow on g 4305

  I have a DMM 5.2.2.13 management 8 g 4305 DMP 5.2.1 running.

  The problem I have is some of the running jpg files in the playlist are rendering/loading slowly when they are displayed. More slowly load jpeg. Thus, for example, half superior image appears in a second or two the bottom half of the image is rendered for the full picture to display. jpg under about 260 k size images do not have this problem, but I have more than 260 k up to currently 800 k size JPEG.

  There are no tickers or other video, just the jpg file to fill the entire screen.

  Research on the question I made changes to the DPM who do not help. Changed the mode of access for read write memory, enabled caching and changing the syslog setting mode.  While I believe it was to help solve the problems with the 4400g I thought I'd try wouldn't them hurt.

  The playlist itself is 3 minutes in length with each slide showing 10 seconds, for a total of 18 slides. Total of 7.4Megs with a value of jpgs in the playlist.

  Jpg files are 1366 * 768 is the resolution of the screens and 72pixels/inch.

  If the jpg images files are to be smaller is there anywhere any documtation that indicates what size, if I can give to the people of design?

  I have seen from indicating that flash files must be less than 500 k, but nothing on jpeg files.

  Or is there another work around the rendering of images of slow?

  Hi Michael,

  Are you by chance using progressive JPEG images? If this is the case, they are not officially supported on DMP 4305 such documented to:

  Try to convert the images to non-progressive JPEG and see if you see improvements.

  Another thing that you can use to improve the loading time of image is to use the preload feature. You can create a presentation of DMD with within a playlist, and then you have the option to set a time to preload for your image, as mentioned in the:

• DMP 4400 and 4305 in 5.1

  I use DMP 105, 20 of which are 4400 and 85 g 4305. In everything we set the resolution in wide screen 1920 x 1080 high. The video sources used have been created in SD and HD. Played on the DMP, the video is not visulizado, leaving a black screen. If the DPM configured in 1366 x 768, the video OK. With web resolution 1920 x 1080 pages work well.
  If I change all this resolution dmp cause me more problems that are the web pages It Works with information and configured with this resolucion1920x1080.

• The DMP 5.0.2 to 5.2 reclassification issues

  I'm trying to migrate a DMM 5.0 box that runs on the old platform of hardware supported for a new DMM 5.2.1 box on hardware supported.

  Is it possible to upgrade ONLY the DMP and point them to a new DMM without upgrading the DMM?

  I'm having a time unable to get 4305 improved DMP from 5.0.2 to 5.2.1 due to the upgrade of the required core.

  I tried the upgrade of the first pit so that the DMP were still registered with the DMM 5.0 box. There no choice "is the kernel image" when creating the task of firmware tip dmp.

  I have advanced and updated the firmware to 5.2.1 on two 'test' DMP and keeps them on the DMM new performance 5.2.1 (changed DMM central IP mgmt and web account passwords). DMP are appearing, but fail to recover commands to reboot.

  We replaced our 4305 4400 g, using the latest version of the #5.2 software

  According to the manual DPM you can access the MIB on the DPM with http://: 7777/get_param? p = xxxxxx

  The 4400 returns nothing.

  Is an idea out there, what is the reason?

  DMP-SW52-U-K9: required for all ASD (4305 and 4400G images on the same CD)

  These images are not displayed on Cisco.com for download, but are classifiable as CD and DVD.

  Hooray!  Podcasts Connect has accepted my podcasts.  Unfortunately there are no subtitles.  In addition, my episodes on August 27 and 28 do not appear.  I have four episodes starting August 25.

  The episodes appear when you subscribe. It is quite normal that there are within 1 to 2 days before appear it episodes in the store.

  You have not; "melodies: subtitle ' tags that could fill in the"Description"column: iTunes and the store have used the content of the"itunes:summary"tag instead. The Description of the overall podcast in the store page comes from the 'itunes:summary' tag that once again you have. So it's not really important that the tag 'itunes:subtitle' is missing, unless you care to add it with some content you want.
