Everyone there knows that more than Apple support? No service after 9.2.1 update. Argh! Help! Help! Help!

I have a first generation iPad mini. It has built in WiFi and cell service with AT & T. I update to 9.2.1 after ping with update notifications to the new operating system. I have updated and now it says that I have no service. I did everything what was advised to remedy and I have no case. I reset the network settings. It would connect and disconnect within 30 seconds and remain unplugged. Airplane mode tried and no help. Shot data cell off & on and zilch. I broke finally completed and reset, delete content and settings. I backed up to iCloud before resetting. I hope that my content is in the cloud. When it's that can be. No worse no service. I finally threw in the towel and called the Apple support. Put on hold for 10 minutes and transferred to someone who was without assistance at all. She advised me to call my career that I immediately hooked and called AT & T. On hold again, but only for 2 minutes and a great guy, tried everything to solve the problem. He told me that my SIM card could not receive the signal from the cell. He said that my SIM card was bad and I needed a new one which may or may not solve the problem. He told me to go to the Apple store and have them look at my problem and, possibly, repair or change my SIM card. Why an update killed my sim card and how this happen? I spent my weekend driving me crazy trying to fix the destruction of this update! I have my iPad connected to the point where I have to work onMnday. I'm stuck on an ambulance for 12 hours. No Netflix, Hulu, or Facebook between calls running and save lives? It will be as * on Earth. I think Apple should all of us who have problems with their bug-infested update, a new iPad or a quick hotfix. You get an iPad and an iPad. We all get a new iPad. So what have you done that AT & T has proposed and go to the Apple store and have the SIM card replaced? It seems to me that if the tech AT & T has proposed this, obviously. Electronic devices (SIM cards) are not bad and this is not something that can be resolved by phone. A replacement is usually needed.

    I posted my opinion that I don't think there could be a problem in your second topic.
    As far as I know the laptop came with graphics card Intel shared memory. 8-128 MB of memory could be chosen.

    To my knowledge the Intel driver graphics card automatically controls the value of memory sheared. If need more than MB of graphics card memory so it will be assigned automatically.

    PS: In my opinion it is not possible to select 256 MB because the hardware does not support.

    Thank you very much for your help.  I did as you suggested.  First: the Safety Scanner did not find a malware, etc. on my computer, which is really good.

    Second - accounts - outside myself - on my computer. I was surprised to see there was a guest account as well as mine.  I now extinct 'guest account '.  I can think about is my daughter and her husband who make us visit once a year.  April, my daughter knows a lot about computers, so I think that it is the culprit!
