• 8.1 (surface Pro) - Adobe Creative Cloud 2015 products do not launch Windows

  I've seen similar problems, but none as just that and not a solution that actually worked.

  I have a Windows Surface Pro 8.1. I installed creative cloud on about a year ago (I never had a problem with the sequel to 2014). But I uninstalled it due to the 2 limit licensed computer.

  Fast forward to present day, I reinstalled creative cloud yesterday and I just want to get Illustrator on my Surface. Illustrator 2015 installs without a hitch, however, when I go to open the product, nothing happens (no splash screen, no errors). For fun, I installed Photoshop as well to see if it was the product, but Photoshop does not either. The only response when you attempt to launch an application is that it appears in the Manager of tasks for a brief second and then disappears. Here are the troubleshooting steps I've already tried:

  -disconnected and recorded in CC

  -Tour Sync disabled

  -moved the location of the folder and confirmed the permissions on the folders

  -Made sure 8.1 Windows is fully patched, restarted the Surface

  -Uninstalled all Adobe (Adobe deleted registry keys) products, reinstalled CC

  -Ran in compatibility mode (all flavors)

  The only other thing I have seen is that this is a problem with the CC 2015 products, but because I just downloaded CC on my Surface yesterday, I can't try to install an earlier version. Does anyone have an overview of what's going on?

• Surface Pro 3 pen / stylus don't work well in Illustrator, works fine in Photoshop

  I had CC on a Surface Pro 3 for two months now and I tried to solve the erratic behavior of the use of the pen to Surface in Illustrator. I checked the batteries (there are several batteries in the pen), making sure that they are installed correctly. I went into the settings win 8.1 and checked the pen to ensure the good functioning. This works fine in other applications; shoot well in Photoshop, fresh paint, one Note, etc..

  When you use the Brush tool to the pen in Illustrator, I am only able to draw all other lines. Sometimes it's once every third or fourth line. I need to greatly slow down to Illustrator to recognize, I draw, and even in this case, I'm not guaranteed that draws a line. This issue is not isolated to the Brush tool. Almost any action with the pen on canvas product at random (selections, join, etc.). It's not frustrating!

  Everyone knows underperformance of Surface pen in Illustrator?  If not, I guess I have a hardware problem, but it is strangely an app problem, see how the pen works very well in the rest of my apps.

• No pressure in Animate sensitivity option don't cc while using Surface Pro 4

  All other threads have fun in a thread of Wacom and lists the options related only to Wacom.

  Surface Pro 4. Windows 10. Adobe Animate cc (recently updated).

  I uninstalled and installed again.

  Pressure sensitivity works in Illustrator and Photoshop.

  I clicked on the Brush tool and the option does not appear.

  I clicked on the pencil tool and option does not appear.
  

  I drew a line with brush and pencil tool. Option does not appear.

  I tried it with the drawing on and outside object.

  It seems odd that it works for Illustrator and Photoshop but not animate cc (formerly known as flash cc).

  I've also done the above with a Surface of 3 (not pro) and it didn't work either.

  I have a Microsoft pro surface.  Everything works fine except when I use the stylus in 'wet paint '.  The stylus work absolutely fine on all other programs.  However, when I try to paint in "Fresh paint", I have to press to be exceptionally difficult to get barely a brush stroke.  When I use my fingers, paint out of normal.  Y at - it a setting or something escapes me?  I wish I could use the precision of the stylus with this application, as it was one of the main reasons for the purchase of the Surface pro on something like an IPAD.

  I'm having this problem where the original race seems to be a delay and creates a straight line at the beginning of each stroke. I recently bought a year of all programs on the Cloud service creative in the hope that I could use CC animate particularly for animation, so that has been incredibly frustrating to treat.   I just updated my 3 Surface Pro for Windows 10 build 10166. Since then, I am unable to successfully connect to a wireless network. He previously worked in 10130.
