  • Sync Blackberry with Outlook 2007 on Vista

Hello. A brief introduction before my question. Recently, I tried Outlook to XP on my computer which uses Vista and I was not able to sync Outlook with my Blackberry curve calendar. I looked at Outlook 2007 and it is certified for use on Vista, so I expect that my blackberry should synchronize with outlook. My question is; has anyone who uses the OS Vista and Outlook 2007 has sync issues? Thank you

    HELO papabear72,

Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Forum.

I checked several Forums Blackberry and Outlook forums and you should be able to sync without problem.
You will need to install Blackberry Desktop manager and synchronization with Outlook 2007. I saw where it syncs with Outlook 2010 beta.

There may be some problems for some people with the Outlook calendar.
You can check the forum Blackberry here or by mail to the Outlook forum listed above.

  • Sync blackBerry with multiple computers, different OS from Smartphones

Will I be in pain if I sync my 8330 with different computers? My office is Vista 64 bit. The laptop is Vista 32 bit. The netbook is XP. At least it will be to Win7. Is it important for the 8330?

    Hello

I thought about what you want to do, and I think you can read this

link and see if it is not easier.

You get a free Gmail address, which gets you a calendar and contacts as well.

You now have the schedule even on two laptops, with contacts.

You install Google mobile sync on the Blackberry. It's an app that keeps your

BB in sync with Google Calendar and contacts. Mobile sync is a stand-alone application

    This synchronization for you frontends.

Now you have two laptops that use a calendar together, 2 Blackberry than auto

synchronize with the same schedule. You have no office on the work laptop Manager.

(you need on the PC at home).  4 devices, all in sync, without manual intervention

    and oh yes... it's FREE!

    A cherry for the top.

You can have your email of pushed and managed by Google mail work.

Any email delivered to your work e-mail account can answer from Gmail and will be

sent using your work e-mail account.

Let us know how you want to proceed.

    Thank you

  • Sync blackBerry with Blackberry classic and computer software problems

I get persistent on Blackberry link error messages when I try to sync my BB classic with my computer. The message reads: "CPreferences Manager: Configuration for, preferences, Account_5_327628, SyncAccountld_2 not the value inTransConfig.xml for translator RimBB.'»

What this means and how can I fix the problem, so my sync can be successful, please?

Thanks a lot for the suggestion. I followed the procedures. I already have the latest version of Windows 7 Professional on my computer and the 1.2 update link to BlackBerry. I've also posted the order suggested in the command prompt. After pressing the Enter key, I launched the Blackberry link again. Unfortunately, the same errors occurred.

Rather than trying to contact BlackBerry Technical Support Services, I watched again the synchronization process... There seems to be no problems regarding synchronization of the Contacts. However, the mechanism seems to hesitate on the sync of the calendar entries. On this basis, I went back and changed my settings for the calendar so I changed to a two-way synchronization between the device and the computer for a one-way ticket between my device and the computer with a preference given to my device. A message indicating that some elements would be removed from my computer and others from my camera. Given that I printed on my calendar every week from Outlook, I felt that it was worth sacrificing some entries if he allowed the synchronization to continue smoothly. So I accepted the deletions. When I tried to sync again, no error has occurred. At this point I returned to two-way sync as I had before, but always with the preference given to my device.

Perhaps the above can be useful to others who are struggling with the same error message.

  • Problem of Q5 Sync blackBerry with 10.3 on Q5

Since my Q5 has updated to 10.3, the synchronization of calendar and contact with Outlook on Windows 8 2013 does not work properly. The synchronization works only Outlook to BB and does not BB to Outlook. Before update 10.3, it worked very well both ways.

My Blackberry link is configured correctly for the two way synchronization between the device and the computer.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

Also, since my upgrade 10.3 Q5 icons on the BB are much smaller. They seems to be designed for a device with a larger screen. Is there a way to increase the size of the icons?

I checked that and Outlook.com is not manipulating the third party email address. So that means that I still have to use my Outlook 2013.

Based on your proposal, I'll have to 2013 Outlook to manage email on my PC, Outlook.com to synchronize contacts and calendar with my BB and Evernote to sync Notes. It must me an easier way...

I tried already Office, but stopped because it's too slow on 10.3 and I don't like their UX. I think I'll be back with this solution. It can synchronize the calendar, Contacts, Notes and tasks.

  • Signature Auto blackBerry with T-Mobile Smartphones

I'm having a problem with the placement of my auto signature through T-Mobile.  Whenever I answered an e-mail, my auto signature is placed at the bottom of the chain of emails... not the end of the most recent message.  Does anyone know how this can be fixed?  I already spoke with T-Mobile and they said that's just the way it works.

Thanks for the help.  I tried the prefix of the double in my signature and that did not work.  I did, however, try the way of auto-text of 'zz' and make that my signature.  Not the most ideal (you should have to do a sort of "bypass"), but it works.  If you can think of anything that would do this job properly, please let me know.  Thanks again.

  • Help with calendar with Outlook sync blackBerry Smartphones to all appointments will not sync...

I'm not a great tech, but I have some skills good enough for a girl, if I say so myself... but I'm so frustrated... I need help.

This is my first public post... So I hope that I give all the information but who will help, if I missed something, please let me know.

    Here is some background info:

    I have a BB "BOLD"

I use it NOT on a company (network)

I sync my bb with my dell

    Windows Vista (UGH!)

    Outlook - Version 6.0.6001 Service Pack 1 Build 6001

My calendar and my contacts are the most important reason, I have a bb

    My contacts are FINE

    My schedule is a MESS

I have 2 separate email addresses work well my bb... For the purposes of his post, I will refer to them as

    [email protected] and

    [email protected]

When I do appointments in my work calendar, I do one of 2 things to get all my appointments on the BB

Plan my gmail as a participant in the designation address or

Prior to the appointment to my gmail from my work email address

When I make an appointment directly from my BB I do it by selecting Menu > new = my default settings of the account gmail under the 'send '.

    BB News:

    When I'm in the calendar and select > Menu.Options > calendars > I have 3 options

[email protected] who has (518 entries)

Default device that has (157 results)

[email protected] who has (429 entries)

When I go to the Menu > Options > Advanced Options > Services > (CICAL) by default is [email protected] , it shows that I have options to select my Gmail or my .mac address

That is the problem - it did not used to happen, and I frankly did not know that my backup was messed up so I don't know how long this is happening.

    When I sync with Outlook

There are only 518 appointments that are synchronized

I can't get the other 157 (defect of the unit) + 429 (mac) to sync with my outlook

Can someone help me to get them all on my gmail calendar? or in my outlook so that I can then sync back with the BB

I will not sync my bb with my mac

    Here's what I tired:

    • Yelling at the computer
    • Yelling in Spanish at the BlackBerry
    • ignoring the two
    • I stopped myself to throw both of them against the wall.

    But seriously

I put the BB Desktop Manager to perform a one-way synchronization > bb to outlook = NOTHING only synchronize gmail

I changed the (CICAL) to my mac address and synchronized = NOTHING - only synchronization gmail

I am at a loss and would appreciate any help.

    Hello

We will remember and then on MAC records.

Outlook contains records of 158 of the associated Gmail Calendar.

The calendar by default folders must be cleared and restored to the associated Gmail Calendar.

The Blackberry associated gmail calendar resulting will be then synchronized with Outlook to add the former default records

resulting calendars synced to Outlook and Blackberry.

Reading this, I propose more than once. Method 3 is what we do.

Let me know, tomorrow, what questions you have the procedure so that we can ensure we succeed.

KB16063 Unexpected results occur when syncing with a BlackBerry smartphone that has several CICAL service records.

Let me know how it goes!

    Thank you

  • Sync of Smartphones blackBerry with vista calendar and address book

Hi, I am new to the Blackberry curve 8310 and Windows Vista.  I can't get my info from my Blackberry to engage contacts and the timing of Vista because it is not recognized by Blackberry.  Any suggestions are appreciated!

Hello. I am afraid that I did not understand all options regarding the synchronization of my 8310 with Vista calendar still; However, I had success sync my Blackberry with Contacts in Windows Vista, the other day.  After you load the Blackberry Desktop Software, go and click on synchronize, and then click the Configuration tab.  On this tab, click on the button "configure Synch... ».  This brings you to a screen that allows you to choose which office program you want to use to synchronize your info.  Select address book and then click on the "Settings" button... ».  Select Microsoft Outlook Express and click on "next >".  Select what kind of synchronization that you want to perform (if you want a clock 2 channels or just for the synchronization from your phone to the computer or the computer to the phone) and click on "next >", and then finish.  Go out and return to the Configuration tab, click the Sync tab and tap sync now.  Even if you have selected Microsoft Outlook Express for synchronization, to synchronize automatically with Windows Contacts for Vista.  (Or at least mine did).  I hope this helps!

  • BlackBerry Smartphones how often check-in BIS with Exchange?

Forgive me, I'm sure that this topic has been covered, but I can't find the white paper on it. I have a client who has many employees with blackberries, but they refuse to shell out money for a BES. So unfortunately, I can't support them with BIS. I thought I read somewhere on the check-in process, Exchange and having to re - validate the parameters via the device or the BIS Web site. So to put it simply, is attempts to BIS of consignment with Exchange and find nothing, how long before you have to go through the process of re-validation? Thank you all.

    Hello!

If I understand correctly, I think you have two subjects involved. My apologies if I get this is bad...

For all configured BIS email driven (no matter the IMAP, POP, or OWA), BIS controls to new items on the server every 15 minutes. If it finds new elements and pushes them to the HH, it checks then more quickly next time, gradually lengthen the intervals until it reaches the maximum interval of 15 minutes. Somewhere, I saw once. something about these shorter intervals and how they work, but it is safer to just go with the 15 minute interval.

That said, this has nothing to do with the credentials of OWA... These intervals are under the assumption that the OWA credentials stored within the BIS are valid. As long as the credentials are valid (every 15 minutes), BIS will continue conscientiously check every 15 minutes.

However, once the OWA credentials will expire, BIS will make its next attempt to connect to OWA and check back for new items. But, given that the OWA credentials have expired, BIS records this fact and flags of the account. See this KB for reference:

    •  KB10870 Not be able to receive e-mail messages from an account in Microsoft Outlook Web Access
    • Cause 2 discusses the OWA account becomes invalid (which is what will happen at the end of the password)

    Thus this KB:

    • KB05255 Associated e-mail account is no longer accessible by your BlackBerry Internet Service account

    Hope that helps!

  • Smartphones blackBerry sync Blackberry "BOLD" with Outlook 2000

I just bought a blackberry "BOLD" and I went to sync it with my computer at work, that has Outlook 2000 on him.  I installed the synchronization software and when I went to install my synchronization properties not showed Outlook as an option.  ATT, I called and they told me that the Desktop Software 4.6 doesn't support outlook 2000, but the blackberry "BOLD" does not support a different version of the desktop software.  So I'm stuck between the hammer and the anvil.  Is there a way around this (other than the obvious improvement my Outlook) known. Or are there other programs on IE companion link or something like that let you synchronize my blackberry to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    Phillips

I finally got my phone synced with my Outlook 2000 to work.  However, you must use the 3rd party app Companion Link.  In addition, it must be the most up-to-date version (V3). Link companion works with Desktop Manager to synchronize with the configuration of the office for a 'add-in' program manager, then I put everything in place through related link, including programs that I would use.  If anyone has found a way to sync without the help of a third party app please let me know.

    Thank you

  • BlackBerry Smartphone Sync phone with laptop

I had phone for more than two years and it synced several times. Now the BB software does not recognize the phone.

I have not stopped internet service for the phone but still need to sync it with the laptop, could this be the problem?

    The questions do not.

Restart your laptop, try a different USB port on the laptop.

Restart your 9800 so and try it all again.
