This is my first bb and im new on this, I don't know what is happening, I tried to download something for my bb 8330 for the Desktop Manager and it asks me the password and I entered the wrong password and now my screen went all white and it says JUM ERROR 513 and under him It says RESET. Only option I have is to click just the reset but then it just keeps going back to the same screen. Help, please! What is going, and what can I do to get my phone back to how it was?   It is one of the only two blackberrys in the Agency (and likely to stay at this rate), so BES installation is not an option.  Outlook works fine, we deleted then recreated the Outlook profile and the sync folder in the folder settings for the application - no luck.

  Just a small clarification here - there is never any direct communication between a BB and the Exchange Server. All require ducts (BIS/OWA, BES, Desktop Redirector).

I was on the website and it says I have to re - load the software but I have not backed up the phone. The process of re - install mentions back up my data Paul of reloading, but I can't access the data, the error message.

  It is not a means to access personal data that is on the phone. The error code

  indicates that the operating system of the phone is unusable. Your data are organized and saved by the same damaged software.

  If you have an old backup, you can restore data after reinstall the OS device.

  I plugged my 8700 in the office, while the Inbox was archiving, by mistake.  Everything froze and I had to re - start the computer.  Since then, synchronize with my desktop is broken.  I get a message that says Run Time Error, then it gives the name of the file C: /... DesktopMgr.exe and says "abnormal termination of the program" with an OK button.  He then shows the device as disconnected even if it is still attached to the computer.

  I just got the Curve 8330 and recorded the telephone and e-mail. I had an older Blackberry and my outlook 2003 address book and calendar synced perfectly using Desktop Manager. I installed the latest version supplied on cd-rom with the curve and the installation was successful. I then tried to set up sync and tried to apply the synchronization with ms outlook and that's when the problem occurred.

  1. I opened the Desktop Manager and clicked on sync.

  2 click on the albums configuration tab

  3. I then clicked on configure synchronization.

  4 selected address book

  5. the next page listed available desktop applications and I chose MS Outlook

  6 then I select the two-way synchronization

  7. after clicking Next, I get this ERROR of EXECUTION: section of the Application is not based on files.

  I tried to uninstall the Office Director and reinstalled from the blackberry website. Still, I got the same message. Then I found the link below and concluded that there are ducts that connect the Outlook for Office Manager and for some reason, there is an error that is there. I did not quite understand how to solve the problem of the information provided on the troubleshooting link. I could not add the link that has been interrupted or lost by installing the new Manger of office. The link I found is below and I was wondering if there was a way to manually bind the office and Outlook. Please provide a way that novice computer person can implement.

  I just put the media chip in my 8830.  When I set my camera on my computer and click on the Media icon I get the same error message.  Here it is... Error running c:\programfiles\Roxio\Media nursery 9\MediaManager9.exe.  The application requested execution to terminate in an unusual way.  When I click OK the next message says... R6025-pure virtual function call.  Can someone point me in the right direction.  Oh, I was told that the media card is correctly placed and that it is formatted.  Thank you!
