  solution. I couldn't have two devices connected at the same time to change terminal on BBLink (BBLink was grateful Q10 as the downgrade instead of the upgrade). I backed up my local Z10 and restored on new Q10. fact. Thank you.

  I work IT at my company.  My colleague got a blackberry storm.  We hung up and synced Outlook 2007 for the Blackberry.  Everything went correctly.

  Initially, we had the synchronization schedule "all items". But after watching the parameters, we decided to only synchronize a range of dates.  We sync'd, but we didn't know that the blackberry removes anything outside the range of dates.  Rather than just update everything that falls in the range of dates.

  For us he returned to "all items".  The Blackberry now tells Outlook to delete all the entries outside the range of dates.

  Recently had to get a new Z10 to replace the previous ones due to water damage. All right, except that I am unable to get accounts caldav and carddav to synchronize. I've had these works very well with my cal icloud and contacts so cannot determine what the problem is. I have 2 step authentiaction on my icloud account so have revoked the previous passwords for caldav and carddav app and got new. However, when I enter the details he spends a long time thinking (save and check your settings) and then comes up with an error message "error in CPP transaaction with 1426087998-CardDavProvider (or similar for CalDav). Any ideas please?

  Just to tell you which seems OK now although I really dn't know exactly what I did to make it work. Thinknit maybe something to do with my BB id :-)

  BB10 BONES device requires a link to Blackberry, BlackBerry Desktop Software is for BB 7 OS and device earlier.

  I had a problem with this on both phones Z10. We have a number of these phones. The first thing to check is to make sure of the time and the time zone is set correctly. The next thing to do is to try a battery pull to do a complete reset of the phone.

  If the problem persists, the next step that I took was to re - install the OS, re - register the phone with Blackberry ID and then restore from the backup. After that I did the re-install, the phone was correct.

  I decided to do a little investigation when my curve 9320 I was using before I get my Z10. I supported it upward and wiping it on entering the password wrong 10 times.   Kinda funny to answer myself but I think I found a solution.  I created a new item in the outlook calendar and sync.  This recreates the default calendar with the BB.  Then I deleted the service with email calendar.  He forced the relocation of the default value.  The default value is one that allows you to synchronize with outlook.  I have a few duplicates to get rid of this work.  Hope this helps someone else.
