  I was terribly disappointed that the recent update the software for the Z10 had some great features that were not included in the original version but of great practical use. The first is the ability to set up groups in an e-mail message. The second is at that time a things to delete an e-mail message. With the Blackberry, we have all come to love and enjoy a had a choice between delete the email only on the device or remove it on the server and the device. It's a very sensible and useful option that we could of course use again.

  I hope that these features will be again made available to use soon.

  Thereafter, whenever I type a new message, I don't see what I'm typing. If I scroll upward Ican see, but then the virtual keyboard disappear. If I put the virtual keyboard on the screen, then I don't see what I'm typing.

  If you talk about BBM, have you checked the word BlackBerry and updated the app? You certainly have other facilities.

  As long as you keep removing those, they will come back.  The PlayBook has worked this much too... throw in a folder and put them on the last screen, or something.

  Not really sure why it works this way, but unfortunately it does.

  I use voice control on my BlackBerry Z10 to try and send a BBM message to my wife on his BlackBerry Curve 9320. I added him as a BBM contact. But the voice command tells me that his name is not a BBM Contact when I use it. So I'm not able to do.
  I used the voice command to send SMS text message and dial his number and his mail without problem. Is there a compatibility issue? Can I use BBM without voice command to send a message, but also to voice chat.

  I solved this problem by downgrading it back to version 10.0. Will wait for any upgrade work.

  Decommissioning was not possible using BB link!, but use "Update on the web" @ http://us.blackberry.com/software/smartphones/update/blackberry10-os.html, to factory reset.

  I had to reboot several times to make it work. And you need an internet connection fast and good for it. Its about 1 GB of files.

  Here to find the solution for my beloved BlackBerry Z10 STL100-3

  One day, precisely 26 May 2016 my Z10 battery Blackberry went below 5% or something, I rushed to connect it to the charger but before doing so; It is just off. I plugged in the charger for several hours, but it went to reboot mode as he went to the course passed. It just kept flashing empty battery symbol.

  Z10 was connected to the wall charger and all the tips/advice you mentioned have been tried. He could not start device.

  Before trying the ADF, to check if battery is dead or defective; I kept it in my brother Z10. The battery was load and after a while, he turn the unit on its own.

  However, the pile of work of Z10 my brother could not initialize my camera. I guessed corrupted software connection or the battery could be a problem.

  I carefully observed battery connection ports, specifically the part that establishes the conncetion of metal tabs of the battery with the unit (given in the image http://www.gsmzone.co.uk/Blackberry-8900-Z10-Battery-Connector).

  I found one of the metal connector stuck / out partially / fits loosely / spring-movement irregulars / and is not able to communicate perfectly with the metal strips of the battery.

  I tried to solve this problem by manually removing the metal connector. After several test, I managed to do it.

  I put my battery in my Z10, he acknowledged, and red LED flashed, name BlackBerry flashed, Blakberry OS Reload icon flashed-has increased 100%, Blackberry 10 name flashed and Z10 began. Device came to operational status.

  Current operating system version is 10.3.2.2836.

  No SIM or media inserted in it.

  Charge the unit and check if all functions work fine.
