  Is there a way to sync Z10 cal and 2 Playbooks with link. There is a checkbox sync calendar/contacts but the link won't let me check box. Thanks in advance, perhaps an upcoming feature.

  To the last link help 1.2.3.23 no way to save local calendar other than Z10 is yourself. This is the last struggle with problems of calendar and e-mail because I went out and bought 3 paper calendars and they work great. Anyone want to buy a 9700, Z10 and 2 Playbooks?

  Hello.  Greetings to all.  I'm new to this forum.  I have Z10, bought the relase day, Feb 10.  I have iCloud (Apple) account and have all my default calendar, contacts with this account information.  When I synced for the first time, all my entires of calendar and contacts appeared.  Subsequently, every now and then, peripheral Z10 asks the iCloud password, which is very frustrating.  Any solution for this?  Please suggest me.

• BlackBerry Z10 Yahoo e-mail synchronization

  Can receive & send email OK Yahoo.

  But computer does not delete emails after that I deleted the phone.

  Any ideas. What a nuisance having to delete twice.

  Here's what I'd do.

  First of all, check the settings on the device. Go to the hub, tap the icon of three points down right, select settings, select display and Actions and look at the setting for delete on. Make sure that it is set to Hub and the server.

  In addition, to return to the settings, select accounts, then Yahoo. Tap the pencil down to the Center. Scroll down and look at the synchronization interval. If it is set to manual, you can change it to something like an hour, or anything that is reasonable for you.

  Then do tests. When you delete an email on the device, tap the lower right three icons and select Refresh. Then log in on Yahoo email on a computer with a desktop browser. If you have only the device, connect to Yahoo email on Yahoo mobile site using the BlackBerry browser. I recommend only using a desktop browser for ease of use for this task.

  When you use a browser to access Yahoo mail, check the box of reception and deleted folder items to see where the email. If all goes well, of course, can be found in the deleted folder.

  If the deleted email is still in the Inbox, wait a few moments and refresh the browser to see if the email has been moved to the deleted items folder. Wait for the duration of the synchronization interval setting and a little more.

  If email deleted never sync of the device and Yahoo, delete Yahoo account on the device, restart the device and add the Yahoo account again. Test again as described above.

  Assuming that syncing email between the device and Yahoo, and you go to Yahoo email on the computer using an email client, and then study the e-mail on the computer and the test as stated above client.

  If deleted e-mail never sync is between the device and the client, so I live with it or use another e-mail service that syncs with reliability, such as Microsoft Outlook.com.

• BlackBerry Blackberry Z10 ID and app world on Z10

  Whenever I click on id blackberry I get the following message: unable to connect to the blackberry server id. Please try again. (50506)

  I had a problem with this on both phones Z10. We have a number of these phones. The first thing to check is to make sure of the time and the time zone is set correctly. The next thing to do is to try a battery pull to do a complete reset of the phone.

  If the problem persists, the next step that I took was to re - install the OS, re - register the phone with Blackberry ID and then restore from the backup. After that I did the re-install, the phone was correct.

Im a new user of blacberry and my new Z10 is my 1st blackberry phone ever, it is a great phone and the device, but actually im affected by some technjcal issues or is these issues are considered normal the BB function? Sorry guys because im an android user before and its my first time to experience those issues on my z10 bb:

  #1 date and time always resets everytime I turn on my phone from turning off or restarting simply, is this normal on bb z10?

  #3 I have a little find the setting to change the default message and call ring tone, wherin I checked on youtube how on the video is on the framework of the notification of the settings, but when I checked it on my bb it shows not on exactly where I see on the video.   I recently lost my Z10 at the time I arrived at a computer to try to locate, it seemed that the battery had been taken out of it. I have a few questions however on blackberry protect and PIN.

  So my first question is, if the phone is deleted (I didn't erase my phone using blackberry protect because I don't know the answer to this question) my blackberry protect service be wiped from the phone as well?

  My next question is PINS more still Z10 accompany the material they come up with? I want to know that if my friends and I try to add the PIN code, it'll still be a valid PIN / work. I hope that if I am able to show someone the phone and uses it, I'll be able to get the police to work with the service provider in the phone tracking to the bottom/blacklist it. I realize that on past generations of BB PIN was closer, but I read a few other places that there is a way to eliminate even the pine TREES. I wonder if it is true and also if Z10 are less permanent?

  I decided to do a little investigation when my curve 9320 I was using before I get my Z10. I supported it upward and wiping it on entering the password wrong 10 times. Then I tried to locate once he dried, turned on and connected to my network. No luck once the phone has been cleared, I couldn't follow it or get in touch with her anyway to protect.   For some reason, I thought that they would not specific instructions for BlackBerryOS, silly me. I had just put the calendar with CalDAV generic credentials, which worked only one-way.
  Now, I finally have a native interface to access my synchronized calendar, Hooray!

• No-Junk Junk and no synchronization iCloud

  I had this problem for over a year. On my computer (MacBook Pro 15 "2.7 GHz 16 GB OS 10.11.5) mail keeps going to my spam box, but is not marked as spam, i.e. not colored as such and not including any option to mark as not junk not. ICloud via Safari messages are in the folder of spam with the option mark as legitimate, I have repeatedly, clearly be a silly, made.

  Reopening of my e-mail application messages are no longer in the junk e-mail folder, and everything seems fine - until on the next opening, they are undesirable but not marked as junk. And of course, they are also back in the junk e-mail folder in iCloud. They are always the same five people, all my contacts, all previously communicated with, etc.  Why they keep reappearing in my folder junk e-mail on iCloud after repeatedly scoring their unwanted step, and why they are in the junk e-mail folder of the app from my mail with no option to mark as not junk?

  I even they marked as JUNK, quit mail, then marked them as not junk, without success. I've archived them to my computer and everything is going well for a day or two, then new mail from the same contacts is presented again as undesirable non-camelote. If nothing else, why iCloud refuses to accept my rule not Junk? (Please do not suggest an app like SpamSieve since he does not play with the junk mail filters to iCloud and as good training has no effect.)

  If the emails are not grey/navy/red, then your email provider may have marked them as spam, which would explain why the not junk option is not there. Try to go to the e-mail provider's website to see if you can adjust the junk e-mail settings there.

  You can configure a rule to move e-mail messages to the desired area.

  In fact since the original display this question, looks like a updates to the OS on the way has solved this problem. CalDAV is certainly a bilateral protocol, and it works fine now. Thank you for taking the time to respond, however.

• BlackBerry Z10 clock and next to the mode does not

  Recently all of a sudden the clock and bedside mode are not workin, they open, give me a black screen, and then close.

  I did a factory reset then it works, when I restore my data that it stops working again.

  I need a way to RESET the clock app native to get it working back, erase all data of alarms and everything that touches, but still, that's not an option in BB10 and it is causing too much inconvenience.

  The only thing I can suggest is to do the wipe and then not restore the data, I realize that means that other applications are not restored either.

  However, as I know there no other way to remove the data from bedside apps.

  In the browser, if you want to send the URL to a BBM contact, tap the 'share', select BBM and select the contact. URL is displayed in the window of BBM message ready to hit send.

  If you want to cut the words in a message or something: touch and hold the word, the Word will highlight with cursors bit at each end, move the sliders to include what you want. then press the selected text. The left menu is displayed with a copy icon (two pages) or a sharing icon.

  If you select share, share the menu with what will come.

  If you press the copy icon, it is copied into a buffer. Now, go where you want to paste. Tap and hold the where you want to paste and the side menu should come with a dough (icon even two pages).

• Verizon blackBerry 8330 Smartphones and Outlook synchronization via a USB cable.

  I need to get a new Verizon phone that syncs with Outlook 2007 on my PC to keep my current schedule phone. I was told my Verizon support only the MOTO Q would do that unless I paid $44 / month for internet package for the 8330. This doesn't look right, it includes a data cable with the 8330. I do not have Instant Messenger or just an occasional calendar sync with my PC to internet browsing. Can someone let me know if the $44 is required?

  The 8330 comes with a USB cable and desktop software that will synchronize your calendar, contacts, memos and tasks.

  It is compatible with Outlook 2007. The data services package is not required on the 8330 for these functions.

  Verizon uses the program of VZ navigator for turn-by-turn directions. It costs an extra $10-15. I tried is it's

  adequate. Note, unless you use the Vz Navigator, the GPS is locked on the phone.

  Verizon is my carrier as well.
