  You pass bad parameter of class vector in the call.

  Correct call should be sub type:

  submitRequest (java.lang.String p1, p2, p3, p4, p5 Boolean java.lang.String, java.lang.String, java.lang.String, java.util.Vector p6)

  cpArgs must be of type java.util.Vector

  You can use the if-then-else statement, like this:

  3. some people I can txt I can't call and visa versa.

  I tried to make calls and txts in different places and times with the full signal strength. As I tried all the proposed problem fixed here. Yet, I still have the problem. I don't know if people have hurt to put a hand on me.
