  • System_Service_Exception (KS.sys) what?

I owned a laptop for the better part of 2 or 3 years, it was brand new when I bought it. He had Windows 7 and it worked perfectly. However since my father forced me to put Windows 8 on it, it didn't work right. The most recent problem, that I had is that whenever I turn it on it loads to the top and I connect, once connected to Skype and other programs that load upward when I connect starts to load and then I get the blue screen of death. Says that Windows has encountered an error and it is will reset my computer for me before it resets he said I watch with error on internet System_Service_Exception (ks.sys) later (assuming that I can barely get my laptop turned all the way on that is scheduled for impossible, I'm on my laptop sister now because she just happened to be conveniently around this time.). He did it for me no stop during the last 4 hours. I tried everything I can think of. Nothing I did worked.  Not that I did a lot because I know anything about the actual functioning of the computers. I couldn't even tell you what was the first 2 things I tried. I finally understand how to get my computer in safe mode all by myself, because alone how I found on my sisters laptop computer makes no sense or was not working, the problem does not persist in safe mode but nothing else works either so I have no idea what to do with my laptop, now that it is in safe mode. The latest changes to my laptop are that I bought and installed Minecraft about 2 months ago and I recently bought at least 4 new sims games and downloaded a week or two ago. As for what type of laptop, it is... It's HP and Compaq Presario CQ57 I know nothing about it except that because it is printed on the front parts of the laptop and are easy to find. I would ask just my father for the help but is not an option, I'm willing to put up with the consequences of... anyone want to just hear my dad complain about my cell phone is broken and I certainly don't want him question why I have Norton Anti virus and have Avast is no longer! instead. It's a can of worms best avoided. so any help at all would be greatly appreciated... in simple terms that I understand... cause everytime I see someone who has a problem like this, it has a ton of information that means nothing to me... and this: BSOD, I have no idea what that means or what it has to do with my problem but I saw him there... Yes. Sorry for the long hike post, I am really frustrated and can not very well at the moment the words. Also regarding the version I put other/unknown because I know it's windows 8 and it is updated at least once or twice, but I don't know if it's 8.1 or 8.1 rt or that all of this is same.

    Thanks for the information.

Let's go ahead and do the following, then the next time the system hangs, a new crash dump must generate:

    1. start > type systemroot which should show the Windows folder, click it. Once inside this folder, make sure there is a Minidump folder created. If not, CTRL-SHIFT-N to create a new folder and name it Minidump.

2 Windows key + Pause key. This should appear in the system. Click Advanced on the left system settings > advanced > performance > settings > advanced > make sure there is a check mark for "manage automatically the size of pagefile for all readers."

3 Windows key + Pause key. This should appear in the system. Click Advanced on the left system settings > advanced > startup and Recovery > settings > system > ensure there is a check mark next to "write an event to the system log.

Make sure Small Memory Dump is selected and ensure that the path is % systemroot%\Minidump.

    4. ensure that viewers is ENABLED:

Start > Search > type services.msc > on the name tab, search for Windows Error Reporting Service > if the service status is not started, then right-click and select start. Also to ensure that, under Startup Type set to automatic rather than manual. You can do this by right click, select properties and under general selection on 'Automatic' startup type and then click on apply.

If you can not get into normal mode to do this, please do so via Safe Mode.

    Kind regards

  • Windows 8.1 SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (ndis.sys)

I received these blockages of the system for a short while now. They occur generally when I leave my laptop on standby for 2 days without the ' down (not sure if this has to do with the problem), and when I opened the laptop I get SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (ndis.sys). What could cause this problem because I am afraid that it will continue to occur more frequently, until now, has happened only 5 times during the month. Thank you in advance!

  • system_service_exception (iSafeKrnl.sys)

I have a new PC laptop Toshiba Satelite.  I have Windows 8.1 and it asked me to download and install Java and Flash Player. I did, and now it crashes. I get a message that says: system_service_exception (iSafeKrnl.sys.

I found on the microsoft website. Can someone tell me what to do?

Hey, I think I can find what had caused to happen. isafekrnl.sys is a program called YAC. I had it installed on my laptop at the beginning (even though I had no idea how... in any case), it always pops up in my interface. After that I did some online research, this isafekrnl.sys belongs to the CAJ.

Now, I have restored my computer laptop and all cleaned up, I have not this YAC in my laptop now, so far, I have found no problem to start my laptop.

The attached file of the DMP is to bug checking SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3B) .

This indicates that an exception happened during execution of a routine that passes from non-preferred to the privileged code code.

This error has been linked to the excessive use of expanded memory and resulting from user mode graphics drivers enjambment and passing data incorrect of the kernel code.

    1. make sure you have the latest video card drivers. If you are already on the latest graphics card drivers, uninstall and install a version or a few versions behind the last to make sure this isn't a last number one driver. If you have already experienced with the driver of the card later and earlier versions, please try the driver beta for your card.

2 in your list of drivers loaded, dtsoftbus01.sys figure who is the driver for Daemon Tools. Daemon Tools is a very popular cause of BSOD in 7/8 base systems. Please uninstall Daemon Tools. Alternative imaging programs are: MagicISO, Power ISO, etc.

3 I see Tune Up Utilities is installed. What do you use? If you use it to clean the registry, STOP. Never clean the registry as it can and will cause corruption of the OS because the automated cleaning software is very careless.

  • Random BSOD associated NETIO SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. SYS

    Hello world

Since January of this year I've known BSOD at random times. I was not able to determine anything that these accidents could have in common, with the exception of the fact that my laptop is always connected to a wifi network. I had an accident in January, one in February, in March, one in April and until June, I had four accidents. Once again, nothing in common between them, some occurred while I was browsing the internet, other then that I was listening to music or typing emails.

My only attempt to solve the problem, it's that I've manually updated my card driver WLAN via the website of the manufacturer of my laptop. I did it on June 21, but yesterday, I had another accident, so I know that the problem has not been resolved by the present.

I downloaded the last 3 DMP and the file MSInfo files: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B9YsMcnfe-jQckZSSGtqNzZIb1k

I had this error a few times a few months ago and managed to get working after doing a little cleaning. He's back now, however, and I can't get through a single YouTube video without crashing. Help out me? Here's the minidump I saw guys ask other people when they have this problem. Thank you!

You can navigate to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers and rename avgtpx64.sys to avgtpx64.sys, and then restart the computer.

  • Satellite L50-A-19N: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (igdkmd64.sys)

Greetings, on portable Satellite L50-A-19N (GT 740 M + i HD 4600), I get this BSOD more often than occasional crash (~ ~ once a day).
Driver name, I guess it's GPU problem (or GPU driver software).

After installing the latest graphics graphic drivers dedicated, and integrated Intel HD Graphics 15.36.21.64.4222, Geforce 353.06 WHQL, this problem persists for about a year, however in the last few weeks in high intensity.

Mobile home is connected only to external LCD for output (via original HDMI 1. 4A, audio HDMI cable activated, resolution 2560x1440@60Hz). Also, using the official monitor of the manufacturer driver (it's just INF file).

I don't know if it's a software driver or card/GPU mother/HW failure problem. Eventually can be caused by bad HDMI Cable or display panel (?).

I have clues to find the source of the problem and take the next steps to remove the problem, thanks in advance for any relevant info.

Hello, I think I have the same problem.
In my case, the problem goes away when I run out of battery. Try also chain the parameter of dynamic frequency Cpu bios of low dynamic forever.

It appears that this accident was linked to pcdrcui. exe is part of Dell's Support Center.  I remove it or re - install.
