  Proceed as follows to contribute to these two questions. You can probably buy the disks of Vista machine to system or get
  the former employer to do it for you if necessary.

  Suddenly my Windows XP has become very slow or crashes when working with photos.  I have Canon DPP and Photoshop Elements installed, and in the two following occurs: I can edit a photo without any problem but when I try to work with a second picture the system slows down / freezes.  It unlocks after a minute or two each time.  I tried cleaners registry check disk, Disk Defragmenter, virus, etc. etc. scans and no problems.  All other works very well and this problem started just out of nowhere.  Any suggestions or ideas will be greatly appreciated.

  Hello, I posted earlier about Lightroom is very very slow and hogging the CPU in % and the time processor. I was told by staff to uncheck the box use the graph in the preferences. That seemed to work. I took a few photos and am now trying to import their and he is so slow. I can't use this application. Now, I have no way to import and edit photos.   When you were looking for registry keys referenced were there profile keys that you did not create. In other words, your profile key is listed as C:\Users\Your user name. Were all the other user profiles listed?

  I have been using TB and its predecessor Eudora for years without any problem. These last few months I met it is very slow and usually "does not" clicking on something before the end of the thought.   A. Download emails seems to take normal time, but their display in the Inbox can take a minute or more (used to be instantaneous) by clicking in the intermediate product, the message "not responding".
  B. Sending messages seems normal
  C. selection of a mail in the Inbox, or try to move or delete one takes a minute or more. Click on in the meantime generates the message "not responding".
  D. generally every action with the mouse has this long accompanied "not responding".

  I use Windows Vista, McAfee is installed but disabled does not make a difference.

  Try resetting your device. This will not erase your data stored on that device.

  • Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.
