Tab voice 7 HP slate

While my tab is in charge, the touch screen does not work, sometimes even with the Chargers provided by HP. This issue is frequently confronted during charging. How can this be corrected?

Hi Rajanmishra, welcome to the Forums of HP. You say that the touchscreen does not work correctly. You have noticed that this happens frequently during the charge, which means that it sometimes too. The best for this behavior is under the category: 'touch screen is unresponsive to touch' in this document:
Tablet hangs or freezes

The last steps leads you to perform a factory reset and links to instructions. If this does not resolve the problem, you must contact support to repair options: Technical Support HP, 1-800-474-6836 in North America. For all other regions, please click here.

I hope this helps.

    Hello

You're probably talking about a 32 GB microSD card.  In fact, you can use 64GB as shown:

  • HP slate 6 voice tab: How can I update my software of voice 6 HP slate of Marshmallow tab?

I use 6 HP slate voice tab and want to upgrade the current android software Marshmallow. Please advise how can I update?

Hello and welcome to the HP support community!

Unfortunately, HP does not provide a way to upgrade to Android version 6.x.

If you want to take the risk of permanently damage the unit, try searching for 'slate voice tab upgrade Marshmallow' Google... This creates a lot of success.  (Make your own choices.  HP does not recommend this).

Hello and welcome to the HP support community!

The 3G connection is only data.  The Tablet is not designed to be a mobile phone.

You can try the various applications of voip such as Skype or Hangouts to make calls, but be aware - if you use the data plan of ' Free for Life ' that comes with a lot of HP tablets streaming data as it will burn through your tiny assignment of 200 MB, very quickly, and you can undergo a large beak of the carrier!

  • screenshot option in the tab voice 7?

    Thank you

    Hello

Please try to keep power and volume button at the same time for 1 to 2 seconds. You should then hear a shutter sound and the screen starts flashing (similar to taking a picture).

Note: The result will be a jpg screenshot forder.

    Kind regards.

  • tab 6 HP slate

I have a hp slate 6 and another hp slate 7 tabs voice call. both are provided with battery chargers. I want to know if they are inter changeable

My guess would be 'Yes' if the snares are the same. The way to check this would be to read the entry and exit of each brick of load information label. If the data are the same (for example, input: 120-240 VAC output: 5.2vdc 2 0) then they should be the same.

  • Slate 7 6100

    Hello

I bought these days a tab of the HP Slate 7 6100 voice. IM happy with it. But I have a few questions for you.

    • First of all, I use the tablet like a phone with bluetooth. When I hold down the button to make a call for more than 2 seconds my screen goes black and a "preparedness" message appears on the screen, why what is happening?
    • Why can't I transfer my apps on sd card?
    • Why it didn't restart?
    • And he'll get the update of Kit Kat?

    Thank you

    Cordially, Fotis

I can answer a few of these for you:

"Why I can't transfer my apps on sd card?" - some applications do not support the execution of the sd card, please check with application developers to verify that they are supported this option.

"Why didn't he restart?"-I'm assuming you mean the menu press and hold power, but 'Restart' in this context is an extention some manufacturers provide, is not a native Android.

  • Problems with sound: XP Pro, SP3

    Hello experts:

I'm at my wits end. I can't get my sound to work after a charging system.

    I did this:

-Re-partitioned, formatted my hard drive.  Loading XP Pro, SP3. Had no problems.

-Loading the appropriate drivers, including AC 97 Audio Realtek and Realtek high Definition Audio Driver.

    Current state:

-Control Panel, sounds and Audio devices: "Volume", not "No audio device" tab, all gray. "The audio tab, no device, all gray." Tab Voice", all gray. "Material" tab, everything is listed, in order to include the Realtek High Definition Audio. Also listed are the "Audio Codecs", "Media control devices", "Legacy Audio Drivers", "Video Codecs.

-Control Panel, administrative tools, Services, Windows Audio: "on the road", "automatic".

-My computer, hardware, Manager of devices, "audio, video, and game controllers.  Everything is there. This is the same list as above to include the Realtek High Definition Audio.  There is no yellow marker.

-My computer, hardware, peripherals, reviews, hidden devices Manager: there is a yellow marker on the icon 'Serial '. When I right click on this icon, it looks for material changes.  No change of material found and the yellow marker remains on the icon of the series.

-Volume control: when I click on the volume control icon, "there are no active mixer devices. Go to control panel, click Printers (huh?) and other devices and then click Add Hardware. When I do that it can not find NEW hardware, but it does not list the same elements as above to include Realtek High Definition Audio.  The volume control is a 'single '.  I remember well he was a multi balance settings with other cursor.  Don't know if that makes a difference.

-BIOS: I have the latest update for my processor.

So, I'm hunting my tail here.

About five years ago, I remember having the same problem when I did the same thing: partition / format / reload XP Pro / SP3.  AND... I remember well, I ended up doing back SP3 to SP2.  I think that's what I did, but, in any case, I finally got the proper functioning...

    Clearly, I forgot something.

    Computer for this purpose.

Comments and more useful insight.  Thank you...

    Hello

I suggest check the chipset on the computer drivers to update, by contacting the manufacturer of the computer, check to see if it helps.

Important: Change (CMOS) BIOS/complementary metal oxide semiconductor settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the configuration of the BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Changes to settings are at your own risk.

Method 1: Turn on the Audio device in BIOS

    (a) turn on your computer and access your BIOS settings. The key of the keyboard in question varies according to the manufacturer of the motherboard. In general, the key to the BIOS is disclosed at the bottom of the screen during the Power-on Self Test process. Access usually consists of the F1, F2, F10 or delete key.

    (b) go to the 'Advanced' in the BIOS section. Go to the 'Onboard' or 'Device Configuration' option by pressing "Enter". The sound settings are usually under "Audio Controller" or any other similar configuration related to the sound.

    (c) press 'Enter' to turn on or off the sound setting at hand. Note that these options vary according to the motherboard, even if they are the default settings that are programmed into a computer's BIOS.

    (d) press F10 to save and exit the new settings.

Method 2: Uninstall the audio codes and drivers installed

    (a) open Control Panel and double-click the system icon.

    (b) select the hardware, and then click the Device Manager button.

    (c) add to the list "Sound, video and game controllers". Double-click the Audio Codecs or video Codecs item to display a list of the installed codec.

    (d) select one of the codecs and either remove this codec from the system or turn it off.
Note: To be on the safe side, always create a system restore point before removing or reinstalling the codecs.

    (e) restart the computer and check if that helps.

  • Sounds and control panel of Audio devices - the speaker settings & gray device Volume

System restore point created and then installed audio & video drivers from Microsoft Update.  Lost audio & fucking video, speaker in the system tray icon disappeared.   Tried to go back to a restore point, but system says that there was a problem and he is unable to restore my system to a restore point and no action was taken.

    What I did:

    1. Went to Creative & Nvidia and got the latest drivers and installed OK.
    2. Device Manager shows no problems.
    3. A ran Microsoft FixIt.  No problems found.
    4. DirectX diagnostic ran.  No sound on all the tests.
    5. Open 'Sound and Audio Devices Properties' Panel.  On the Volume tab, "Device Volume" & "The speaker settings" are grayed out.  Slider is set to low or non-existent and "speaker" icon is deselected.  "Audio" tabs & 'Voice', have selections SB X - Fi Audio as default devices.  'Hardware' tab has all the devices activated and functioning properly.
    6. As the loss of his is systemic, I checked the BIOS and he had disabled his, so I enabled it, but suspect it is for his mother integrated.
    7. Activated the Windows Audio Service, restarted and assured, it starts automatically at windows startup.
    8. Restored sndvol32.exe from the Windows XP installation disc.

Nothing has been able to restore all the sounds from my system.  Any other ideas?

    System details:

Dell XPS 400 card, Windows XP Pro SP3, Creative Sound Blaster X - Fi Extreme Music

Hi Jim384.Whenever I had a sound problem, I go to the Device Manager open the audio video and game controllers. In the list, you should see peripheral audio. Right click and uninstall it. Close all applications and restart the system. When the system reboots it should detect the hardware as a new device and proceed to load the material. Probably wouldn't hurt to run the program below. Click on the link, download it and then start in safe mode with network and run the program. If there is no bug in there it will remove them.

  • Installation of SRP527 of voip?

I bought a srp527 to replace the router provided by my ISP, I implemented the internet side and it works OK

I now need to configure the side phone router, I got the phone number, the user name and the password of my ISP, but I don't see anywhere on the config pages to go into details?

    Ken

    Hi Ken,

First of all, make sure that you log on with the user name "admin" - by default the password "admin".

From there, you will see a tab "Voice".

From there, click on the 1 line (or whose voices never port you use), scroll down and fill in the necessary fields in the proxy and registration and subscriber information sections.

As a general rule, you must only complete the Proxy, the fields ID and user password.  For more information, see page 95 of the Administrator's Guide.

    Hope that helps,

    Andy
