  Usually if the laptop won't turn on properly then a hardware problem was detected.

  In many cases workaround posted by Feliks (remove the battery and adapter, wait 30 minutes, reconnect the two parts and try to power upward) could contribute to power the laptop but if this workaround doesn't help then a help from a technician of the ASP is necessary and indispensable.

  From my own experience press any additional buttons will not help you so I think that question is related to a hardware problem that should be checked by ASP.

  I think you guessed it with that one.  I'm sure the battery was pushing on the circuit board.  After reading your last post, I went and got a piece of flannel and cut it to about 3/4 the size of the battery compartment and put the flannel underneath the battery.  Since flannel to put in there 2-3 days ago, I did have one problem with the phone, it has collapsed, frozen, or does something else than work.
