We are to modernize ebs 11i to 12i will live this weekend. We met "ORA-04021: timeout exceeded while waiting to lock object" on patch 9239090 with two workers:
In adctrl:
1. run AutoPatch R120 AFUTLGRS.pls failed
2. run AutoPatch R120 AFUTLOGS.pls failed

I did everything imaginable, but can not get pass these 2 workers failed.
(1) I checked there is no lock blocking on all objects:

I am the first tutorial with coffee of Katie (written version) and I noticed that when I click on the text, Miss me two things in the drop-down list; they are called level paragraph tags. I downloaded Muse just 7 days ago. I use a PC, not a Mac. How can I know or do? Thank you, Julie

The icon for both fields are changed, so now in Muse, you will see another icon for these two areas, "pointer hand on abc" the style of text of the hyperlinks and another is tag level paragraph that you can set by selecting the text.

The package was in use. There are two ways to find the person who uses a package at a given time.

You can join v$ session to dba_ddl_locks or you can use v$ acess but you can see who is running the package. The code cannot be recompiled, while the code is running.

I am facing a problem in which calling a procedure in a package hangs in "EXECUTE IMMEDIATE" and after a long time out with ORA-04021: timeout period exceeded while waiting.
I faced the problem in an existing package. Then, I tried a little test and could reproduce the problem.

I did some analysis and conclusions next concluded that it hangs in "EXECUTE IMMEDIATE".
1 TOAD "browser session" shows the current statement for this session as a course of execution with "EXECUTE IMMEDIATE"
2. no lock appear in "browser"->"tab locks session."
3. If I comment "EXECUTE IMMEDIATE", it comes quickly.

Is - this problem with a programming or an oracle bug?

I'm changing the grants on the same package (TIMEOUT_TEST) which I am running.
If I change object_name in order that it works.

LaserJet 500 color M551 PCL6 - Toner level error

I love my LaserJet 500 color M551 but I'm having a problem with the black toner level. I went to spend the night to have a level of about 50-60% to 10%. Literally from one day to the next. I had just checked the levels during the night and the next day the black toner was low. My use is very light. According to the page using the number for the monochrome is 1 668. Total is listed at 3 487. According to the supplies Status Page 3 543 pages were printed with black and 2 154 ink with the 3, various tonic color. The only chance 3 543 a to be healthy is if black was included in all color prints so total use of black toner without color would be in the area of 1,400 pages.   There is no way we printed 3 543 black pages and more 2 154 color pages. We had this printer at 14 months. We get a new pack of 500 pages about every 2 to 3 months. At the absolute most, we printed 3 500 pages total. Most of our impression is heavier on the color. In fact, we have done a large number of color prints full page. But given the way we print color is about where we might expect. And when the black toner showed the 50-60% it was where we expected.

So what happened? Why our drop of toner level to 10 percent from one day to the next? I tried the cat with the support, but they did lose one hour of my time and absolutely nothing accomplished. The service was terribly slow that it was as if a person has worked 3 or 4 cats at the same time. So I tried it and vain. The support representative suggested that I swap cartridges. I don't have a spare those for Exchange. It made absolutely no sense to me to buy a cartridge of 160-$180 if he could sit on a shelf for a year while waiting to get used. I certainly don't want to buy and open a new toner cartridge just to know, nothing was wrong with the other.   So the line of background here is... someone has suggestions? How will I know what is the real level of toner? Is there a way to reset the levels?

Better yet. Someone has this model of printer and a black toner empty known cardtridge? If yes do you know the exact weight of a cartridge empty in ounces? I also want to compare this to the full weight of this model cartridge at 100%. If I had these two weight I would be able to calculate the exact amount of toner remaining.

Here, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a simple solution to your problem: just keep printing. There was problems with the guarantee of toner system where there are sudden jumps in reported toner level, like what comes to live. Unfortunately, we do not have a foolproof system for reporting levels of toner, and there is no method for re - calculate and declare a correct level in your cartridge. Toner templates does not rise, they count only down. When you eventually replace the cartridge, it will start again at 100%.

The good news is that you have not suddenly lost all life of the cartridge, it looks just like that. Your printer will continue printing normally, and the toner level be at 10% for a long time. When the black cartridge is in fact less than 10%, the pledge starts counting down again. I'm sorry to see this problem coming up for visitors, but it does. There is nothing wrong, except the black toner level reported. I know this isn't a great answer, but it is the best I have.   I'm glad you like your printer - try to ignore the level of toner for awhile.

Please don't not black the viewfinder/HDMI, display sup - sdi with an overlay of menu based on what is happening if we can adjust levels while driving. Side panel only if entered with the button to THE / TC, overlay menu if entered in the menu. The two up-down assignable button is a good idea, make an option, not the only way to control.

calibration of Agilent N5183 Signal generator for specific output level

Newbie to labview environment! I'm writing a VI to calibrate Agilent N5183 to a specific output. For example if I want to have-4.5 dBm output of my installation (as stated on my electricity meter) I'll have to set the sig gen to say 7 dBm given my losses, etc.

How can pointers, I start to weld it? I think I'll have to create a while loop to check the levels of power, but I don't know how to increment and decrement the amplitude of sig gen and stop at the desired level!

Why is it that step at all? It is not clear from your description, what makes the difference between the reading of the gauge and the output level of the sigGen parameter.

I have done many times. Especially in the RF field, you want your tests to have a certain level of power to the object to be measured. We therefore have to adjust your signal generator to compensate losses in cables, couplers, etc.

To do this, all you have to do is set your generator to the desired level. Then measure with the power meter. Subtract the measurement of the desired and add that much more to the output. Repeat if necessary. I advise to use a conditional TO the loop so that you can easily set a limit to how many times adjust you (I've been in infinite loops due to the weird situations here).

I have a BrowserField2 which loads a specific page. While it loads I have 'Please wait' Popup but it goes far much more early to meet up with a blank screen until the page loads. This can confuse users.

I want the Popup to stay until the page is loaded to 100%.

What I am doing wrong?

Mix of Windows 7: why the speakers level goes up when I stimulate entry (application) level?

I have a laptop HP ProBook 6560 b under Windows 7 (32 bit).

To my knowledge, all the drivers are up to date.

When recording audio, I need to be able to maintain the level of output (speakers / headphones) quite low while increasing the entry level (applications, Internet Explorer, Chrome...) so that the level is acceptable.

When I try to raise the level of input device (up cursor), the output level automatically increases (gray online across all the sliders)...

I don't want to listen to full volume just to get a level of acceptable record volume.

Is it a kind of humorous function? It's less interest!

How can I change this behavior?

I want to get rid of the gray horizontal line that connects all the volume sliders

If you increase your entry level while listening, it makes sense that your reading level will also increase - the input signal increases, so will the output resistance.

I guess you have a constraint foreign key between emp and Dept.

It's expected behaviours: since 11.1 any DML at one end of a referential integrity constraint translates into a mode lock 3 taken at the other end, and your phenomenon resembles a side effect of this.

When you try to create the index online that your session must assume that the other session (holding mode 3 on the emp and dept) may have changed the emp and dept, so it must wait for the session to the commit or rollback.

(I guess that in principle, he could walk the cancellation of the transaction see if EMP had in fact been changed - but maybe who was considered too complicated to be worth the risk to implement)
