After connection to the tandberg 6000 mxp codec HD camera, I get message camera not connected.

Camera cable aboard MXP is similar, but it does not work with 6000 MXP codecs. I assume that your cable is marked with C3000 (works only with Edsge and 3000 MXP codecs). You need the cable marked with C6000. I don't know the SKU of CISCO for this cable. It may help you reference TANDBERG:

  • Tandberg 6000 MXP video call Source missing

Hello, I have have a 6000 MXP running F9.3.1 and has been for awhile now.  It was recently discovered that the video source of the call is not the camera that we want displayed.  When I checked the list of options, only some of the available entries were actually there.  Video 1, PC, VNC and current are there, but not video 2.

I want 2 video as source video of my call, and I am quite sure, it has been defined in this way in the past, or have heard about earlier.  I have down graded to F9.3, but has not made a difference.  I confirmed that this source of start-up and snap shot source all have the right options.

After checking several other systems MXP running F9.3.1, I see that they are also not the same thing.  Is there anything I can do to call video Source using Video 2?

    Darren

Hmm interesting. The MXP for F9 Administrator's guide at least shows that it is possible to define,

  • Satellite A200 restarts continuously after Windows update

    Hey all,.

The model Satellite A200 - 1 GB (PSAE6E) worked perfectly for two years now (with Vista 32-bit).
Since running windows update yesterday and restart, the laptop summer stuck in a reboot loop, restart immediately after the 'POST' (the Toshiba logo, etc) screen with a flash of blue screen.
Holding F8 to read the message, it says INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE (0x000007B)...
Try to restore to a point before the blackout failed for an unknown reason (gave an error).
Search in Google gave a possible cause - maybe the hard disk driver was changed by an incompatible type. There were some suggestions to turn off the AHCI in the bios, but it doesn't have this option.
The bios was not updated since purchase (this is version 1.4), but I can't update because it seems that the only update provided by Toshiba requires windows.

Someone has any idea how to fix the computer without having to reinstall windows? No matter what?

    Thanks in advance,
    Ofir

    Hello

I doubt that it could be a hardware error (my personal opinion) but nothing is impossible, that you know
The fact is that a BSOD can be caused by hardware error, but also a serious software problem
In my opinion, something went wrong during the update

If you are not able to boot the operating system even by using a safe mode then a new install of the OS would be the last chance to get this sort problem

I think you should try a new installation to see if this could be a hardware problem because there is a small remnant of risk that this could be a hardware problem

  • Computer restarts continuously after the message "service windows module installation ended unexpectedly.

My friend was running Vista sp2 comfortably, but now about 3-5 minutes after you connect on the following message is displayed: header: "You are about to be disconnected," containing the "Windows must now restart because Windows Module Installer Service finished unexpectedly." The machine then automatically restarts. It's a never-ending cycle.

    Is there something to do?

    Hello

Step 1: Disable automatic reboot and let us know if you get an error code.

    (a) restart the computer

    (b) keep tapping the F8 key during the restart of the computer

    (c) select "Disable automatic restart in the event of system failure" using the arrow key and press to enter.

Let us know the error code, if you get one.

  • System restarts continuously after installed CS5

I have a workstation CS5 here I took out of service a few months ago because he was showing signs of corruption of the operating system and possibly a virus. After you play with it for a while, I did a rebuild of bare metal, start of shaped both drives and reset the default system BIOS. The system has worked well for 6-7 hours during the installation of Windows and configuration, driver DL and update, etc. After that I installed CS5 Master Collection, he returned to his old behavior.

ASUS M4A88T-M mobo, Athlon II CPU, 8 GB of RAM, 250 GB boot drive, data of 1 TB, crappy mobo ATi graphics card with NVidia GTX260 primary, Win7 Home Premium disc.

The system starts and gives a login screen, if I do nothing, 2 minutes later he made a stop and restart. If I connect to one of the two users accounts, he gets to load the Office before saying "Disconnection" and then stop and restart. This is the behavior that led me to consider out of service (and resisted all attempts to fix-I couldn't even turn off before CS5 it would turn). It runs in safe mode a bit longer (in fact, it would HAVE before--did not since reconstruction), but by selecting "not automatically restart" at the time of the start-up has no effect.

It is possible that it is a hardware fault or firmware, but the quirk of the system works fine until CS5 was installed points to something has changed to a configuration of boot/startup/initial level, well before any CS5 app is started.

I moved since long CS5.5 and CC, but I maintain this system for work on some shared customer projects. I have little need back up soon. If anyone has any better ideas I'll try a new card mother and (if necessary) an another reconstruction. Very frustrating...

ANY ideas on what aspect of CS5 could be the cause and how to enter and fix it without yet another reconstruction and another license to success that will probably require a call to Adobe of difficulty? I think it must be some remaining fragment of the instructions of the Windows Installer, try to finish a step of the installation and not come out. Or...?

Found. It was an incredibly evasive bootkit TDSS virus who survived a format of bare metal and OS install and expressed only by chance. Headless Windows malware tool he and TDSSkiller stomped out. All updates not installed, no other problems. The question, and more of the virus has been actively doing, was that it prevented a security update critical installer, which has created one list of other problems related to the update.

By far, the malware nastiest I ever had to deal with. But fixed.

Kudos to Kaspersky to make the available TDDS remover for free.

  • 2 minute delay in the RESTART system after Windows 8 upgrade to 8.1

After the upgrade to Windows 8.1 I now see a delay in the RESTART function.  After you select the RESTART, the system terminates normally.  The power light stays on, the screen goes into sleep mode, but the system will wait 2 minutes before restarting.  After two minutes, the system appears to start Windows normally (as it does a cold start).  The delay is a uniform period of 2 minutes.

Update being suspended operations may be something, but it is difficult to say. I did a little research and I see events with ID in the 200 are associated stop (100 are related startup).

This page deals with the anatomy of the judgment (and use the Performance tool to try to trace issues):

Of your description and reading the information on this page, it looks like that your hangs occur during the KernelShutdown Phase.

Installation of the Toolkit and the follow-up of decisions are certainly advanced.  Let's just dig a little deeper.  In your registry, be sure that the value is 0 (zero) for the key ClearPageFileAtShutdown registry at this location:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management

In addition, we were able to test to see if there is a slow unloading kernel mode driver seeing if the same blocking occurs when the closure of the safe mode.  If it is fast (and it's of course better be!), we can try by using the process of elimination to find the culprit.

Since the installation of El Capitan, my streaming to my Audioengine DAC D2 cut after 12 minutes (the default duration of sleep). It will restart by pressing the space bar. When I change the duration of sleep, the cut outs are becoming more frequent and intermittent. Help?

I checked the wifi and changed frequency (new modem, frequency change made no difference). The Board battery seems fine - all updates well. My computer is an iMac (2011), 3.1 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3, with a new AMD Radeon graphics card. I recently installed a State strong 1 TB SATA drive and fitted with a LaCie Porsche 4 to USB for backup and a 4TB disk storage RAID LaCie drive.

I'm frustrated, having to come in my computer since my living room every 12 minutes to continue to listen to Spotify on my stereo system.

My guess is there a bug in the software of sleep in El Capitan, which disrupts his (I've tried different USB ports connect the Audioengine sender and same thing).

Should I go back to Yosemite?

First of all, 10.11.3 OSX just came out. Try this.

  • Computer automatically shuts down and restarts after 5 minutes run time

Two days ago, restarted my computer, which worked very well for a few hours, (& a few years) suddenly automatically.   He then ran fine for about 4 hours when it restarts again.   He has now made that ~ 20 times, some time to restart after 5 minutes.   It also does if I connect on behalf of my wife, or if I boot in safe mode and log on as an administrator.   As much as I know I have no virus problem, but I can't be sure that it didn't stay on long enuf to run my antivirus program to the end.   Malwarebytes and Superantispyware both showed no problems two days ago, but now they also will not work I tried to backdate the system (System Restore) to last week, but failed, perhaps because I removed an old Norton SystemWorks program two days ago, when I got hurt, because I thought that maybe that's the problem.

Is it a hardware problem or software?

Now, I am trying get useful data on the device by frustrating bursts of 5 minutes.   Windows XP, service pack 3 with automatic updates.

    Thanks for any help.

As a follow-up, I now declare that apparently the drive was packing with something irreplaceable on it grilled, so I'm ready for a new machine.

  • Tandberg / Cisco 6000 MXP Riddle

    All righty then,.

I get more and more these investigations the latter time.

A customer has a 6000 MXP and they are curious about the features, options, and software updates. No I have not contacted partner Help Center and TAC asking a simple question. "Can you please tell me what options (multi-site, option high resolution, etc.) and the revision of the software the unit originally shipped with? Well, since the unit is no longer under warranty, or under contract, they cannot open a grace case a license to just me provide this basic information. NOTE that I can go connect to Polycom and pull up the full story of a product by serial number, even if it was sold in 2005 without hassle. Cisco take Note!

In any case what I need to know, what unit, the latest revision of software can be upgraded. It's a

    TANDBERG CISCO TELEPRESENCE 6000MXP TTC6-08 REV2 CTS-INTP6000-K9 serial number 25 has 05184

It would have been nice to know what are the options she was allowed with but hell I'll settle on the latest SW version that this thing can be supported. The thing is that if I remember well, that all depends on a license key. That means that I can not update the SW without providing a license key to activate it, Cisco cannot provide because they offer is no longer supported the product and without the license key I can't upgrade the software. Anyone have any ideas?

To find out what features and license keys the MXP comes with, you can find the serial number of the codec using Cisco Licensing Portal > obtain other Licenses > license TelePresence to return.

The latest version of the software is F9.3.3, if you are already running F9.x you can update without needing a release key, but if you do not have F8.x or below, will need you a key to unlock.

  • My laptop goes into power saving mode after one minute. Someone knows why?

It's just started happening yesterday. I use a Toshiba laptop and out of nowhere, my PC goes in power saving mode after one minute when ALL my settings for this mode is 30 minutes. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hi MattLipkint,

    1. Did you the latest changes on the computer?
    2. When was the last time it was working fine?
    3. You have security software installed on the computer?

    Method 1

It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

See section to learn more about how to clean boot.

How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" State

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310353

Reset the computer to start as usual

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

    (a) click Start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

    (b) If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password or click on continue.

    (c) under the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.

    (d) when you are prompted to restart the computer, click on restart.

    Method 2

If the previous step fails then I would suggest that you update the display adapter drivers, basic input/output system (BIOS) and motherboard chipset drivers.

Important: Change (CMOS) BIOS/complementary metal oxide semiconductor settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the configuration of the BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Changes to settings are at your own risk.
