  Since it has * NEVER * happened before * AND * it happens on two different devices using two different networks, I hope it is a temporary problem with the Apple servers.

  I tried to use the retry option available in the tasks of process OOTB to retry a number of tasks in time.
  I gave the new attempt as 3 and retry interval that 1 min.
  
  But it seems to retry the task.
  
  Are there other configurations required to retry a task.

  There is a task scheduled, called "Retry task Timed" that will run on an interval to find tasks that must be retried whose interval elapsed. That's what reruns the marked tasks to retry.

  Well, here's my answer to my own post.

  After reading some posts here about possible solutions, I tried to delete all the cookies for YouTube (Tools > options > privacy > show cookies > youtube.com). Then tested on a site with integrated video would not play before and on YouTube directly - both worked!

  The poster with the suggestion of cookies also proposed changes to the 'exceptions', but it was not necessary at least for me.

  If you go to Menu > settings > Data Manager > delivery data > social apps > Sync only over wifi. If this box is checked, and that you are connected to 3g / 4g and no wifi, you will get the server is not available because you are not connected to our servers.
