Task request Annex IOM

Hello
I installed two servers (non-clustered) separate weblogic and IOM 9101 on which is installed with the same Oracle database. This system includes all the other servers. I intend to use a hardware load balancer on top of these two servers, Weblogic OIM.

I have deployed EBS trusted source recon connector. This connector is a recon annex task that work at all 6 hours. It worked very well on the pair of weblogic IOM single node. Now, I have two servers with servers IOM corresponding weblogic. I wonder how the scheduled task will work now. What IOM will have priority?

no idea about this...

Disable schedule task in one of the servers, so that it does not account for the execution of planning purposes. Go to xellerate/config/xlConfig.xml

You can find the Planner section and change the StartOnDeployment parameter to false. To make this server never runs the Scheduler.

Suren - the database is the same!

Thank you

Sunny

  • IOM Admin group users unable to see pending request in IOM

    Hello
    I created a group admin in IOM using user group option. I assigned 2 users of IOM in this group. Tere are a pending request that must be approved by my assigned users. However when I do connect on with assgned users, don't see no no items awaiting approval here.

    But I could even ask when I connect to IOM help user xlsysadm.

    HOS the affected user might see the pending approval request?

    Thanks for your help.

    On your tasks of commissioning, if you go to the assignment tab, you must set the type of transfer to the Group and then set the group name as your RACF one you created. That's how the group is assigned to a task.

  • SOA email notification when Chief rejects the task request.

    Hi all

    We have E-mail SOA trip when the manager approves / denies the request he received notifications ask an end user or a subordinate.

    We use composite Manager recipient OOTB SOA for it. We have configured Notifications in the ApprovalTask.task in the Jdeveloper. We have models of email as when manager approves the request, it will trigger a notification email (say notification1). When the Manager rejectes the demand it will trigger tell (tell notificaiton2) email notification. But in the ApprovalTask.task-> Notifications tab we only "Completed" as the task status. How we can configure model e-mail when Chief rejects the request.

    Please help me

    KK

    If she isn't here OOTB, you may need to add a task Notification by e-mail in the workflow of unzip and opening it with JDeveloper.  From there, you can capture a response in the payload of "REJECTED" and have an e-mail sent to the Manager of beneficiary, or that you want.

  • The task request becomes Error 403 - Windows 2003 CF9

    My test server is Windows 2003 and IIS 6, CF9.0.2 with SQL Server 2008.

    About 3 months ago, I received a few a slowdown of security on the property of the directory I had installed CF on.  So I had to change the owner of the car.  Not a big deal.

    About 4 weeks ago, I started to receive an "error during the execution of task 403 Forbidden" in the file scheduler.log every time I ran a job through the Scheduler.  So, I thought it had something to do with my recent change of ownership.  I uninstalled and reinstalled CF9.  Still getting the same problem.  Not a big deal I think just a test server and I have a deadline to upgrade in March, production is under Windows 2008, go to 2012 Windows, CF11, etc...

    Come today and I have a production problem, and I need to run a test through Scheduler file.  I forgot that the Scheduler is to launch 'Error while executing tasks 403 Forbidden' during the execution of any job.  I go out to search the logs of Windows, and low and behold, security had expired the IUSER_machinename and IWAM_machinename accounts passwords!  So, I went ahead and changed the passwords on these accounts, but still am receiving the "error during execution of task 403 Forbidden" error.  Any suggestions?  Permissions had not changed after I re-installed CF.

    Thank you.

    After having read a couple of your answers, I went back to look at my IIS configuration with my way for the scheduled task.

    Yes, I got the IIS Web site a separate just for scheduled tasks - and I returned to the new password for the IUSR_computername account.  I looked then the SSL certificate (Edit under secure communications) and it must have reset the checkbox on the 'request a channel secured (SSL).  Unchecked the box, applied and tested.  Work proceeded to the success.

    Thank you both, Carl and Alexandre helps you.

    I created two tasks and assign channels programmatically.  This happens in my vi initialization.  I am looking for common tasks programmatically so that I can close them all in my close vi.  I tried the DAQmxSystem property node - tasks, but it only gives me the tasks that are saved in MAX.  I have created my task incorrectly?  Without having to store the open tasks, is there a way to get a list of open task?  My boot VI is attached.

    I figured this out.  I added the SaveTask vi to my vi initialization so that task appears when I query using the property node.

  • Task Scheduler IOM

    Hello

    I have a java project that contains 4 classes in it which is implementing logic to automatically read a request sent by mail and the status of his application by the IOM. I can add all of the project containing the four different classes as a task scheduled to IOM.

    Also please let me know if the attributes added in the scheduled task would be mapped one of the fields in the Java Code.

    Thank you.

    Hello

    Name of the attribute and the attribute value is not required.

    But yes, if you want to provide feedback to your java class scheduled task, then you can add this setting in as:

    for example Attribute Name: name of the resource object

    Attribute value: iPlanet

    You can retrieve this parameter value in your java like class:

    String resourceObjName = this.getAttribute ('Resource Object Name');

    Let me know if you face any problem.

    Thank you

  • IOM - need help for create requests!

    Hi all

    I need urgent help, I have this scenario, and I'm stuck and without ideas that I do not have to manage applications... :(:

    (1) my setup has resources that are put into service through access policies and rules of group-Auto. It is a role-based configuration approach. (Here I'll just talk about the connector A.D., as many of you know how it works.)

    2) there are some A.D. groups which are provided by access strategies, and some of them who will be assigned manually. My client wants to be able to generate a request for IOM that surrounds the commissioning of these groups of A.D. manual. (but the entire group, each user is configured in A.D.)

    Example:
    -User 'A' is put in service of our era, and because of his Department and cost center, it has been added in the groups A.D. 1, 2 and 3 through access policies.
    -Its manager needs this user to assign to group A.D. 4, so he goes to IOM and - somehow - creates a demand for this fact.

    Note: It is not required that the Group A.D. is actually implemented service through the application, it would nice if the demand is just informative, (I mean that it may require to manually add Group A.D. by a Director of IOM). What he wants at all, it's to communicate with framework IOM directors OUTSIDE IOM.

    Please any information will be usefule for sure,.

    Kind regards

    Hello

    Well, it's very good that you have some idea. Some time, my ideas are crazy. After the creation of the resource, the approval process and supply process, as mentioned, you're good to go. You can trigger the request as responsible for this resource as any other resource.

    You log in as a Manager, then click the request and then Grant-> Select User-> select resource-> Fill out in the form of object and submit the request.

    The problem that you can face (very probably) that you don't see a list of users or list of resources but not of panic you have solution here. You must add your manager in some group of managers and add this Steering Group for the management of the organization group and if you do not see listed resources that you may need to add this group manager to the administrator of resources created resource group.

    For all other tasks by default as disable, enable, disable, you can join tcComplete adapter (adapter system) and you can adjust the status of the task to the object state mapping tab. This will allow the State of the resources to be in the sink with the status of the user.

    I hope that this solution will work at least it worked on the solution may I implemented. Let me know if you have any questions.

  • BPEL human task Notification Email subject

    Hello

    I use SOA11.1.1.5, and I'm working on integration with the IOM for the approval workflow. I have question about notifications in the human task that is pending approval. I am able to edit the body of the email according to my needs, but I'm not able to change the subject of the e-mail. Currently, it is the message subject as ' Action required: approval 'then I want it to be something like' IOM: approval pending - < xxxx > < xxxx > task (request ID: < xxx >)'. All the "xxx" above is dynamic values that are in the payload, and I can use them to build the subject, but just that I do not see any place in the "Notifications" menu in the human task.
    Any idea anyone?

    Thank you
    BB

    In fact, I was able to make it work, but never had to post the answer. But just in case someone comes back looking for it, the solution of my notes:

    Workflow supports header customizations via "WorkflowCustomClasspathURL"
    The customized resource bundles can be packaged as a jar file and referred from WorkflowCustomClasspathURL.

    Follow the steps below to customize the EMAIL headers:

    1. Navigate to MW_HOME/Oracle_SOA1/soa/modules/oracle.soa.workflow_11.1.1
    2. From the library bpm-services.jar extract the following directory to a local location:
    oracle/bpel/services/workflow/resource
    Note:
    ----
    i. The reason, we extract these resource bundles from the SOA directory is to be sure that we have the latest properties.
    ii. Please make sure that the directory structure is maintained in the extracted folder

    3. Delete the class file i18NUtil.class from the extracted directory

    4. Make the following modifications in WorkflowLabels.properties
    a. To customize "Action Required"
    TASK_VIEW_CONTEXT_ASSIGNEE_ASSIGNED=Action Required
    to
    TASK_VIEW_CONTEXT_ASSIGNEE_ASSIGNED=Customized Action Required
    b. To customize "Routed"
    TASK_VIEW_CONTEXT_ROUTED=Routed
    to
    TASK_VIEW_CONTEXT_ROUTED=Action Required
    c. To customize "Completed to Approved" and "Completed to Rejected"
    Add
    TASK_VIEW_CONTEXT_ASSIGNEE_APPROVE=Approved
    TASK_VIEW_CONTEXT_ASSIGNEE_REJECT=Rejected

    5. Please repeat the procedure for any other languages by editing the appropriate translated WorkflowLabels_**.properties files.

    6. Zip back the entire folder into a jar file (say , customizedbundle.jar)

    7. The 'WorkflowCustomClasspathURL' parameter can be configured from the Enterprise Manager SOA Console.
    a. Expand SOA
    b. Right Click on soa-infra
    c. Go to Administration - System MBean Broswer
    d. Go to the following mbean:
    Application Defined MBeans
    - oracle.as.soainfra.config
    - Server:
    - WorkflowConfig
    - human-workflow
    - WorkflowCustomClasspathURL
    e. Provide the path to customizedbundle.jar
    => file:///{path_to_customizedbundle.jar}
    f. Click Apply
    Note. Edit WorkflowCustomClasspathURL for each SOA Managed Server if you are using a SOA Cluste.

    8. Verify that the email subject contains the intended changes.

    Hello user8744020,

    The fact that you can access the application from the list of tasks means that there is a problem with the IOM contacting SOA.

    It's actually the SOA ForeignJNDIProvider detail which used to activate the feature list of tasks within the IOM UI.  So check ForeignJNDIProvider-SOA (in the WLS Console, slot-> Services-> foreign JNDI providers) and make sure that the values of weblogic user and password are correct.  In addition, the URL of the provider must be the location of t3 (s) of soa servers managed - this value will match the RmiURL mentioned by Dmitry.

    If there has been changes in the environment recently (IE... Configuration of SSL, admin password, adding LBR, etc.), you will need to use the instructions in AdminGuide to ensure that everything will work together as a result of these changes.

    Hope that helps,

    Amy
