I have an E900, trying to find a simple way to disable or activate wifi and keep only the cable connection, in order to be able to use the wifi only when I need it.
Can someone tell me how it is possible?

Hi Erik. You must log into the user interface of your router to do. In a browser, go to http://192.168.1.1. One time connected, go to wireless, change the view of manual configuration and then set the network mode to disable. If you want to activate it back, just the value Mixed.
I have a rather strange problem: I can not disable the WiFi using Fn + F8 module.
It happens after reinstalling Windows. I installed Windows 7 Pro SP1 x 64 (MSDNAA). I installed the driver Broadcom WLAN, then Toshiba Value added package and Bluetooth Stack from Toshiba Web site.
When I press Fn + F8 there is only a Bluetooth icon, I can enable and disable. And there is no WiFi icon. Wireless network card is listed in the Device Manager, it works.
Before you reinstall Windows, when I had used pre-installed Windows 7 HP, it worked correctly: there were three icons, I could turn off/turn on WiFi, BT and the two WiFi + BT by pressing Fn + F8.
Does anyone have a problem like this? Can someone help me?

Hmm generally the FN + F8 should switch on / off the Wlan correctly. Maybe the WLan driver must be installed again even if the wireless network adapter is already visible in Device Manager. Try it

To transfer the license from one pc to another how to proceed is to 'Disable' the license first of the older machine.
To accomplish this, you need to launch Acrobat, go to the 'Help' menu and select 'disable '.
On the new machine, you can install Acrobat and then use the serial number to 'Turn on' the software and it will complete the transfer of license.

Because you can't have that one Utility Manager a wifi adapter at a time, the manufacturer most utilities automatically turn off Windows Wireless Zero Configuration. If yours is not, follow these instructions:
1. click on start > Control Panel. 2. double-click on network connections. 3 right click on wireless network connection. 4. click on properties. 5. click on wireless networks. 6. check that it use Windows to configure my wireless network is not enabled. If this is the case, disable it. 7. click on OK. This confirms that the utility Intel(r) PROSet/Wireless is configured to manage your network profiles.
I have laptop Dell mini. The F2 key is no longer active / disables the power switch wifi card. It is always disabled. The device is present, it seems to be a software problem. I uninstalled the drivers and them was reinstalled. I even completely reinstalled Windows 7. Nothing will get my F2 key works again.

that is, no matter what the equivalents are for your system. I just had a peek at one of the Minis because I didn't know you had and these names seem to be utilities controlling the special Dell configured keyboard keys [including F2 is a].
If you sign in with your Service tag, it just goes to show that you updated utilities & drivers but at the top of the list, right next to a label with your serial number on will be a tab for all models of type - leaf through as you don't care if something is an updated version you need to replace a utility that does not work properly.

I read the forum and I have now changed my policy of Eve Wifi forever, saved data, disabled basic data and ensure data roaming was off and "sync via wifi only. I would like to just that really all the tips, I want to keep up to date with emails etc when actively, I want to see if I have rather than the phone constantly updated and charge me. I did everything to make sure that the phone is not eat my money when I'm asleep for example!

You've done everything the most you can. You can also get applications that monitor the use of your data.

It all depends on where the AirPort Extreme will be. If there are a few rooms off the ATT router and you need broader wireless signal, then you can have the airport provide a wireless signal that uses the same wireless network name and password as the ATT network... and you will have a network of "big".

Im trying to enable or disable certain tabs in a tab based on a toggle switch control.
When I put everything in a while loop and create the control as a false conditional Terminal, then my program works fine and I can toggle tabs on and outside. However, if I include a stop button in an event structure it does not work.
It does not even if I give a default false value coupled with a Boolean OR.

Quick solution myself:
you will need to edit in the file following with the name "yourname.lenovoconfig" in the second line the uuid, you can see under settings / location & Security / Configuration profiles. The uuid is the alphanumeric code long of the parameters that was installed by the exchange server. You are able to also change th eDevice settings above, I blocked Dataroaming for example.
2 Note the uuid of the Exchange Server in the settings
3. delete the Exchange account
4 adjust the uuid and your settings at the top of the source code and send it to your Lenovo over e-mail - for example your googlemail.
5. click on the lenovoconfig file and install the Lenovo-Profilmanager
6. new to connect to your Exchange Server.
7. now, everything should work how implement you the Lenovo Support contains a sample file with all the setting options which could be very useful. My settings are only a small facility to come around the problem. Hope to train here all I've been able to help.

The wifi network adapter is an Atheros AR 9485 WB... and tried to one of them, but keeps taking me to a Czech site and or Quellcom that I downloaded, but when I unzip it says its corrupt... and we have tried various different sites for this download!
Ive tried to do a system restore before the last but is not in the list for the system restore points... google it, and everyone says if it is not in the list, then you can not go :-(
