  26.0 Firefox running on a Windows 8.1 System. The thing I meet is this: I have no problem loading of pages and surfing when I am connected to my wi - fi network (I have a double function modem that wireless and LAN at the same time). However, whenever I plug the LAN cable, I get the error message that Firefox can't find the server. In this case if I disconnect the wireless at the same time. BUT, if I continually press the button [start] or simply tap the icon reload the page in the address bar, will eventually load, usually after a few failed attempts. However, the page loads usually only partially in a first time, apparently without advanced HTML formatting. But, after clicking on reload again one or two times, the page loads normally. Unknown, is that the behavior is not consistent - some pages of charge very well. But I can't for the life of understand me a boss.

  I've tried troubleshooting by disabling NoScript, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.  It's almost as if the wait time for a response from the server is so minimal when connected to LAN that the server has no chance of loading the first time.  Does that make any sense?  If so, how can I go about fixing the issue?

  My newly purchased Toshiba NB550-111(Windows 7 Starter Service Pack 1) has problems with the LAN card.
  If the LAN cable is more than 2 meters, no relation to Allied Telesyn switch (no indicator led on the switch, 2 other desktop computers already connected). I tried not to connect in a different port (one used previously by one of desktop computers), no connection. I tried with 3 cables, still no results.

  Cables (cat5E, so important) have been tested OK before with a cable Tester, and I use both of them without any problem with another 2 desktop computers at home. I set another cable (5 m long, newly purchased) and tested for connectivity. It works very well with the other two offices, no results with the netbook. I tried with adapter it works, I disabled ' energy efficient ethernet "NIC, still no connection properties page. It only connects if the cable is less than 2 meters. I tried to connect the netbook directly to the DSL router, still no connection with a longer cable.

  The device is reported by windows as work very well, and the test Toshiba utility ends there is no problem. Windows I configured in the Control Panel, the Plan balanced for maximum performance in the power options, still no results.

• Portege R500 hangs / pauses during the connection through the LAN

  My Portege R500 is like that: when all using WIFI or 3G works fine but I would use LAN for best performance when he's at the office.   I designed a DAQ card with USB connection. The USB connection works in virtual Com Port mode.

  The main vi a while loop. The sampling time is defined by the user and the hand while loop iterates of this time of the sample (for example, 5ms, 10ms or...).   The main problem I see with your VI is that you use bytes to the Port which is the wrong thing to use about 99% of the time.  It seems that you are trying to break around 31 bytes and turn them into numbers.  Suppose that at the moment, you check the bytes, a port, you have received only 28 of these bytes.  Some of the variables will find 0 because you have all the data.  But on the next play, you will have the remaining 3 bytes so everything from the.  Now your data package is misaligned.

  I suggest that if you want 31 pieces of information, you just put a constant 31 reading VISA and get rid of bytes to node Port.

  Other advice.  Index table is EXPANDABLE!  You don't need to create 31 copies of the index table and wire a constant to each of them.  Remove a node, and expand the bottom border down that you need.  You don't even have to add all the constants, because by default it will give you index 0, index 1, index 2...

• I need help in creating a connection to the LAN in my network connections.

  I recently performed a clean installation of XP Pro and I am unable to connect to the Internet. In my network connections, I have only the 1394 connection, but no connection to the local network.

  I have a Sony VAIO Modem Lite-on CNR model - 002 # / A18 and tries to pick up a signal from my router AirLink Wireless Lan and Port wide band a few feet skinny feet away.

  I've already lost most of the day diddling with half a dozen pilot search utilities that are imposed to the be me these sites with databases of driver. I managed to make no progress whatsoever other than to download several useless versions of .net software framework (required by these programs of research of sadistic driver update!

  My hardware should not be a problem because the system was functional in terms of access to the Internet only a few days ago.

  There is no LAN or wireless connections because the drivers are not installed for Ethernet controller and network controller.

  If your computer came with a disk of driver installation, use it to install the drivers.  If it does not, use a different computer to access the web site of your computer manufacturer and download Windows XP drivers for your computer model.   Then transfer them to your computer and install them.

  On my windows machine 7, ipconfig shows many tunnel adapters (some listed below).

  I disabled ipv6, netsh cmds attempted to disable the router isatap etc and restarted... but it does not help.
