Tcpip.sys - address 8F59595B base at 8F52B000, datestamp 4b7d2dob

then if I press the power button it starts well and shows that windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown

and I found that this (see list below) can be the cause

Tcpip.sys is bound to the network adapter driver. GOTO the manufacturers website and download the latest version.

These 2 were netio.sys with the cause usually the Malware application installed.  In your case typical.

I remove it and use the built in Defender in its place

When you remove AVG defender should automatically activate itself, if it is not, you can download it from the links below

However, I am able to boot in safe mode, after analysis with Olivier tool see problem is related to tcpip.sys + 8941c.

I didn't have any created recovery disk to recover the system.

Please provide information solutions for this problem

Hello mepramodkadam. I see that you are having problems in Windows. It seems you get a screen blue after a few minutes of use, - is this correct? However, you are able to boot into SafeMode very well?

For me, that means there is something wrong with one or more of the system files that are used to start Windows normally. I think that a system restore or recovery is the best option for you. Fortunately, you don't need the recovery disc for this process. HP integrates the tool in the laptop for such a situation.

First try to restore a Microsoft System. The reason why you want to try this first is because this will keep your files intact. If it fails the next step is a complete recovery.

    1. Shut down your laptop.
    2. Turn on the laptop and press F11 until the Recovery Manager starts.
    3. Select "Microsoft System Restore" and follow the instructions
    4. Once the restoration is complete, verify that the problem is resolved.

If this does not work, go ahead and perform a restore. Back UP IMPORTANT DATA, IT will BE LOST.

    1. Shut down your laptop.
    2. Power and tap F11 until Recovery Manager starts.
    3. You will receive an option to backup your data, I suggest you only do this if you need to save anything to the laptop.
    4. Allow the recovery of finishing and to verify that the problem has disappeared.

Just a final note.  You can contact HP to get physical copies of the recovery as a solution to backup discs in the future.  Call the 1-800-474-6836 if you are in the Canada or the United States.  If you are outside this area, go to the HP support site to get contact information for your region.

  • Blue screen error crash, caused by drivers: ntoskrnl.exe, Wdf01000.sys and tcpip.sys

original title: Blue error screen, accident of death caused by drivers: ntoskrnl.exe, Wdf01000.sys and tcpip.sys

I currently own an Aura of Alienware Dell, it's an amazing computer. The only problem is that I had a lot of problems, I was able to permanently fix all except this issue. I'll randomly crash blue screen, usually it doesn't happen often and it is normally not triggered by something specific, rarely it will crash at startup. I was able to download an application that can read the cache/dump blue screen crashes:

    34 accidents

    one was caused by Wdf01000.sys

three was a result of tcpip.sys

and all the rest of ntoskrnl.exe

I don't know what caused it, I've had this computer for about a year now and I've never had this problem before. I don't remember an update of the cause, or by downloading any strange apps, downloads or viruses. (I had wiped my computer about 3 months ago)

I don't know too much about software,

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi bloo532,

    1. what application did you use to read dump files?

    2. did you of recent changes on the computer?

It resembles that of the driver on the computer is causing the blue screen.

Check if the problem persists in safe mode.

Start your computer in safe mode

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/start-your-computer-in-safe-mode

Restart the computer to return to normal mode

Also make sure that all drivers are up to date on the computer.

See the link below and try them the steps mentioned, check if it helps.

  • TCPIP.sys error, causing the screen blue Windows 7 x 64

    Hello:

Thanks a lot for your quick help.

    Harouna

    Hi Alfonso,.

I see that you have several files according to their analysis, here's the report and dump.

    BugCheck D1, {, 2, 0, fffff88001c607c4}

Probably caused by: tcpip.sys (tcpip! IpNlpChecksumDatagram + b4)

    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)

An attempt was made to access an address pageable (or completely invalid) at an interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high.  This is usually caused by drivers using a wrong address.

    -------------------------------------------------------------

The last report of dump file:

    BugCheck D1, {0, 2, 0, fffff88001c9553b}

    Probably caused by: NETIO. SYS

    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1)

An attempt was made to access an address pageable (or completely invalid) at an interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high.  This is usually caused by drivers using a wrong address.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------

Both files can be linked to the network adapters. I suggest you to visit the computer manufacturer's website and install the latest network maps and check if that helps. The netio.sys comes probably from ZoneAlarm.

There can be a clash between ZoneAlarm drivers and drivers Windows such as reported in the following thread: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/w7itprogeneral/thread/8aabb1a2-49d0-4bc2-92ca-dce7ddf5af73 similar BSODS have also been reported with Norton Antivirus and, as noted in the link, it seems to be high battery use or conflict involving Windows drivers and third-party filter drivers. http://community.Norton.com/Norton/board/message?board.ID=nis_feedback&thread.ID=73834

You can try, as suggested by the Symantec link, disable NetBIOS over TCP/IP, and you might also uninstall Zone Alarm if problems persist.

Let us know the status of the issue. If you need help, please after return. We will be happy to help you.

These accidents were related to the corruption of memory (probably caused by a driver).

Please run these tests to check your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.

If you're overclocking (pushing components beyond their design) return you to default at least until the crash is resolved. If you don't know what it is that you're probably not overclocking.

Since then, it is more likely to be a pilot run everything first.

  • DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (tcpip.sys) Blue error screen to restart the computer

    Hello

I recently bought a new laptop refurbished and I have a problem from the appointment. I bought the laptop yesterday. It's a Sony Vaio Fit 15 E, 64 bit with 8 pre-installed Windows. There are times when I get a blue screen with a sad face that just explains that an error has occurred, the error is: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (tcpip.sys). It mainly occurs when I try to use torrent software. I did the excessive thread lurking on the various sites looking for a solution to the problem but nothing I try works.

Some forums have said it is this need to updated drivers network card, but when I check updates told me I have the latest drivers. Other forums suggest that this is a problem with McAfee drivers interfere. McAfee has been pre-installed, but I uninstalled all McAfee products manually and then used Development to remove all McAfee software are still hiding on the laptop which, according to him, has worked. I installed Malwarebytes and AVG also and I tried to remove them and try again to see if it was the issue, but even when deleted the error kept appearing and the computer crashing.

I don't really know what is the cause and every time I try a suggestion from other sites they do not solve the problem. I downloaded the minidumps on my laptop here down, however I don't know how to read or do analysis. Is there someone who would be able to help me?

    The Minidump files: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B3gAlOZ6dvu8MG5LWjh5cHFQOG8&usp=drive_web

    Thank you

    Roisin

    Hi Roisin,

All attached files of the DMP are the bug check DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1) .

This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory with a high IRQL.

A driver tried to access a pageable (or that is completely invalid) address while the IRQL was too high. This bug check is usually caused by drivers who used a wrong address.

    -FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: X64_0xD1_tcpip + 138ac3

^^ tcpip.sys is labeled as the fault, but it is not the real cause of the accident. There is something of cause of NETBIOS conflicts. In addition to debugging shows the crash of coherent process following each crash dump:

    -Nom_processus: mbamservice.exe

    ^^ Malwarebytes.

That being said, AVG is at the origin of conflicts with Malwarebytes. Regardless of whether you're a suite antivirus and the other is antimalware, both are active protection and try to install their interceptors to the kernel for analyzing critical data. Because of these two active protection software tries to do this, the conflicts are happening.

    --------------------

Remove and replace AVG with built-in Windows Defender from Windows 8 for temporary troubleshooting purposes, as it is in conflict with Malwarebytes:

    Anyone with experience on that?

  • Windows BSOD 8: System Service Exception - tcpip.sys

    Hello

I got a new laptop for Christmas and updated to Windows 8. There has already been some hissing adjustments with me. A few days ago I tried to update the OS (continued to come with the update failed) unsuccessfully until today where I got it working after leaving it while I was at school. This single DMP has been altered, so I can't give you definitive information yet.  Often when crashing in tcpip.sys, it's due to malware, or real malware application installed.  I would like to delete bitdefender and replace it with MSE (at least for testing).  It's a PNP (plug and Play) device just not sure what atm.

You have also some old drivers that need updating.  If you continue to plant please download each of them.

For the past while, I was meet two BSOD is that they have something to do with the tcpip.sys.

    They are: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (tcpip.sys) and SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (tcpip.sys).

I have a lot of work to do for the school and the constant reboot makes things extremely difficult and boring. I tried various ways to fix them, and nothing's worked so far.

I transferred my files to dropbox here dmp: https://www.dropbox.com/s/riwtuw6cirnwjbn/dump%20files.zip?dl=0.

    Help, please!

Errors that you encounter is perhaps having two-thirds in real time an installed anti-virus software, Norton and Kaspersky.

Can you try uninstalling Norton and Kaspersky and see if error fix.

Then reinstall Norton or Kaspersky, but not both, using the most recent version or just use the firewall and antivirus integrated Windows 8 (Windows Defender).
