  This issue clarified itself with the two latest updates for Vista and I'm happy to announce that the mouse now works correctly. In the excitement, I forgot to mention that when I got to the office as a whole, the mouse was working ok, it scrolls up and down like a champion. Something needs to happen with a Vista update just before the question because I think remember me that he updated and then I noticed the problem. I'll keep the office install now and make sure that when I noticed something like this again after an update using see and system restore if that works. For a site specific Web I have change, page not in 'Design view' without going to "Live View". Also for this one site, DW5.5 is very, very slow and unresponsive. The site is great but has not much JavaScript which would slow down so much performance. I won't change the preferences registry because it is the only site that I'm working on that has this problem.   The first thing I would do, because it seems to only be one site, is this site 'wrong' for html errors. Run the validator at http://validator.w3.org/nu and clean up all the errors that it finds.

• Firefox does not work on some Web sites

• Flash video streamin does not work on some Web sites.
