  I had the same problem. Have you changed the default location of your files where CC initially placed on your hard drive? I did - but this last update reset my location location that I had specified in the default location. If that's what happened to you, you will need to go into the settings on CC tab and change again to where your files are located. Then cc has re - sync all, unfortunately. It took me several hours both of my computers to solve this problem.
