Teradici PCoIP Hardware Accelerator cards are supported on a C240-M3?

Walter,

Yes the Teradici Apex 2800 is supported with the M3 C240 and C220 M3.  See the PCoIP adapter interoperability Matrix Table in the UCS HCL

( http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps10477/prod_technical_reference_list.html) for your version of MMIC and a specific version of ESXi where you need help.

  • Hardware acceleration can be improved in the non support Windows XP?

I was able to diagnose my problems with the new windows that open instead of tabs and expectant keyboard following the indications of support: start in safe mode, removing the hardware acceleration, reboot normally and... .no problem! I would like to know if it is possible to update the graphics drivers in Windows XP - pro before going through the whole process (I'm not a tech savvy type). My internet loading is already slow as it is, rural DSL speeds, but I rather just be patient rather than to tackle the constant keyboard problems that have been driving me crazy. Please let know us if it is worth trying to upgrade or not.

Personal opinion, away from NVIDIA / GeForce video cards. AMD / ATI based cards seem to work better with Firefox that the GeForce cards based on the research I did in April for a new PC, I was building at that time here.

No problems with hardware acceleration or Firefox on Win7 32 bit with focus on the AMD Radeon video card from ASUS that I installed (~55.00 USD). But with Windows XP, you may never be able to use hardware acceleration, 'new' video cards do not support an EOL as WinXP operating system, and those that do may not provide enough in the long term, as Mozilla continues to twist HA in Firefox.

Hello, I installed windows 7 on this old pc and when I went to play the built in checkers, he played but very slow and I'm going to this error message, "hardware acceleration is not supported or disabled by your video card, make sure that you have the latest video card driver installed and hardware acceleration is enabled.

How will I know if I have it? Thanks for a Pavilion hp A1010N (deleted content)

It's paul ok this is a little better on the small screen, as I have said and who's going to get for now. I want to thank you very much for your help, it was really nice to correspond with you. If it wasn't for you, I don't know what video card to get. I intend to win the lottery soon, then maybe I can get a new pc! Laughing out loud!!!. Thanks again

  • Equium L20 - hardware acceleration is turned off or not supported

whenever I try to play a game, it is said the hardware acceleration is disabled or not supported by your video card do I do it please help im running windows 7

You must validate the machine model and or the graphic chipset. If for example it's Nvidia then opening the Nvidia control panel and look for the PhysX inffo you will see if hardware acceleration is enabled or disabled at the machine level. Under the 3D settings, there are application specific settings. I would have thought that any game as installed will be enabled these features supporting GPU. Go you into games custom settings and turn on the features are only supported on the latest chipsets high range?

  • HP Pavilion 500-267C: hardware acceleration is disabled or not supported by your video card driver.

I had to reinstall Windows, then reinstall the drivers.  Fortunately, I had saved drivers in the system with the magic of the pilot, it was simple to just restore. However, when I try to start a Windows game, I get this error message:

Hardware acceleration is disabled or not supported by your video card driver, which could slow down the performance of the game. Make sure that you install the latest video card driver and that hardware acceleration is turned on.

I checked, and hardware acceleration is enabled, which leaves wondering what the problem is. In Device Manager, by looking at the audio, video and game controllers, I see only an audio driver. I came to HP site, looking for the right video driver, but I don't know what to download.  My computer does not have a separate graphics card (more pity). It is integrated into the motherboard.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

    Hello:

According to the specifications of product for your PC, it comes with integrated Intel HD graphics card.

Here are the graphics drivers you need from the support page of your PC.  Install and reboot the PC.

This package provides the driver for the Intel HD Graphics solutions in the supported models that are running a supported operating system.

    File name: sp65024.exe

This slowed the game.  I checked the video card is correct, and hardware accelerator says it's working properly.  This started after I downloaded two optional updates, one of them KB968930.  I uninstalled both of them and tried to restore the system with no result. the rest of the message is "Hardware accelerator is disabled rooms or not supported by your video make sure card driver that you install the latest video card driver and the accelerator is turned on."  I checked these things.

Thanks for the help.  I had fixed to date through the tool and the info of the performance.  Find where it says new hardware installed, click on repair, I did and it worked.  I don't know what caused the problem, but my game index had fallen to 1 and came back up to 3.3.  Thanks for the help. Press the Windows key, type in "Device Manager" without the quotes and the Device Manager select from the list that appears, or press ENTER.

In the window that appears, find graphics card and press the sign more or arrow to the left of it. It should fall down the name of the video card you have.

  • Hardware acceleration is disabled or not supported by your viceo adapter driver

How can ensure me that I have installed the latest video card driver & that hardware acceleration is turned on?

    Vic.Dawson,
Thank you for visiting the Microsoft Answers community forum.

Do you know what brand and model of video card you have?  You can find by going to
Starting system, computer, properties, hardware, Device Manager
    Expand graphics cards
Find the name of your video card is, and then go to the manufacturer website and download the latest driver for this video card.  Make sure you get one that matches your version of Vista.

Most video cards have some type of control panel of their own which are accessible by right-clicking anywhere on the desktop.  But without knowing what you have the video card, we cannot really talk about hardware acceleration.  If you right-click on the desktop and you see something that corresponds to the brand of your video card, then go for it.  Other wise, right click on your desktop and properties, settings, then advanced.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need more help.
    Thank you

  • Hardware acceleration is disabled or not supported by the video card driver

When you go to the games (hearts, spider solitaire, etc.). I get the above message.  I also have the message that my update from microsoft is not set to install driver downloads and when I go into the Device Manager and the chipset intel I can't change the acceleration.  I have a compaq presario CQ50.  I installed the new intelchipsets.

    Hello

Check with your system and Intel to support for parameters and the ability of hardware acceleration.
The adapter or the video card must support hardware acceleration AND if so appropriate drivers must
    must be installed.

IF your graphics (video device) enables hardware acceleration.

    1. choose Start > Control Panel.
    2. double-click on customization, and then select display settings.
    3. click on advanced settings.
    4. click on change settings on the Troubleshooting tab.
    5. move the cursor to Enable hardware acceleration
    6. click on apply and then click OK to accept the new setting and close the dialog box.
    7. click OK to close the display properties dialog box.
    8 restart Windows.

Intel - downloads - if the embedded video hardware acceleration is not supported.

    I hope this helps.

  • Firefox crashes when I restart. I found an answer related to the hardware accelerator but cannot find a way to get to it?

When I close firefox and reopen it, it lights up briefly and then crash. I am able to open it by clicking on a link that requires a password and use it from there, but that takes some time and its very annoying. I have a Blocker to add and I don't want to get rid of using safe mode. I read something about turning off hardware acceleration, but when I go to tools, theres no button options. IM also using a MacBook Pro.

You can try to start Firefox in Mode safe temporarily (hold down the option key while starting Firefox) and disable hardware acceleration (Preferences dialog box > advanced > general, uncheck the "Use hardware acceleration when available"), then exit Firefox and try to run normally.

But if you can extract another thing: crash report IDs which will allow volunteers to see some of the crash reports you have submitted to Mozilla. Please check the last section of the support article "Firefox plant - troubleshoot and prevent assistance fixing crashes" for steps get these IDs crash and then after the most recent here.

  • How to enable hardware acceleration in FireFox 31

Please tell us how to enable hardware acceleration in FireFox 31. All of my graphics and other hardware/software is current and up to date. I also paired to my toolbar to bookmark up to 20 entries less.

FireFox is so slow that a few tabs open cause the 'wheel of doom' suspension whenever I try to enter information or go to another part of the Web site. Sometimes, the breaks are 5 to 10 seconds, sometimes a minute or more.

I don't have this problem on other browsers I use.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hey, what helped was reset Firefox functionality. I found the idea on this thread of Mozilla: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1003863

  • Hardware acceleration in Firefox 27 worked well under XP, but creates problems in W7. Any solution?

I've updated recently for Windows 7 XP (thanks to MS stopping to support XP). Material remains the same. The drivers are up to date. I installed Firefox 27 since the beginning.
In Windows XP, I had font smoothing on, even with Windows 7. Windows XP I had no idea of ClearType, I disabled it in Windows 7. In Windows 7, I chose Tahoma as fonts for windows (not that Segoe UI "fonts").
About Firefox. Under XP I had hardware acceleration (check mark). All fonts were smooth and no problems at all. In Windows 7 when hardware acceleration is enabled, a kind of ghost image appears in full on 14 or 16 px (as in the search field in google or the titles of the results) and bold all. But the fonts look good as in www.adventuregamers.com or support.mozilla.org .
If I disable hardware acceleration (box unchecked) I solve the problem with ghosting, but letters as in www.adventuregamers.com or support.mozilla.org appear to be "broken", as if some letters are not thick enough and they seem more "light". I might post some screenshots if that would help.

I tried all the solutions, I found here, including changing some settings on gfx.content.azure.enabled or gfx.direct2d.disabled in all: config from FF in the theme of basic/mode without danger, but without success.

    Any ideas?

Workaround: FF execution in Windowx XP SP3 Compatibility Mode. For Adobe Flash crashing, add "ProtectedMode = 0" in "Windows/System32/Macromed/Flash/mms.cfg" (Edit with Notepad). Everything works perfectly until now, only the |-| _| x | buttons appear as in XP.
No problem not noticed until now.

Try the pref gfx.content.azure.enabled set to false or if this does not help disable Direct2D by setting the pref gfx.direct2d.disabled true on the subject: config page and leave hardware acceleration enabled otherwise.

This way you still have the advantage of hardware acceleration, but can not suffer rendering problems.

Alternatively, you can try to uninstall the update of Windows KB2670838 if you have this update.
