  If you are still having this problem then I recommend to update your video card driver.  Go to the website for the manufacturer of the video card and usually they will have a driver download section.  Also, if this does not help, then after your system specs and what version of Windows and level of service pack that you are running.

  I recently bought an Adesso ADP-PU21 active USB-PS/2 adapter. Most of the time it works OK except when the computer wakes from sleep. For troubleshooting I tried to turn off Legacy USB Support in the BIOS of my computer settings just to see if that helped what whatsoever. However, my keyboard does not work until Windows has finished starting when the legacy support is disabled. I can't use the Microsoft boot menu to select an operating system to start. This is the reason why I made this thread to get help with it. I have dual boot between Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit and Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. Is there a way to fix this, so I can have usb legacy support turned off and continue to use the start menu? I had this problem before, when I tried something else but I don't remember what it was. I hope in any case, there is an alternative for this switching usb legacy support back on. Any suggestions?

  It's really hard to say why it's still freezing but as Akuma maybe it's written s overheating and you must clean using a jet of compressed air. This can blow the dust from the cooling fans.

  Hi people, I have another strange problem on a Toshiba laptop and I hope someone can tell me where to find a solution.

  The laptop turns on ok and post ok, screen is fully informed and nice n bright. Immediately after the POST the back light turns off, leaving me with an almost unreadable screen.

  First thought was obviously backlight inverter, the light was turned off in the bios also screen. It has been replaced twice with the same question.

  OK, so I changed my internal hard drive (new SSD put in there). Replacement I noticed that my battery was essentially exploded.   I installed windows 10 yesterday, everything works fine except the hardware acceleration in flash. I don't see that a green video if I activate hardware acceleration. Work videos flash if I disable hardware acceleration, but I don't think it's a good solution because the CPU usage goes way up. I have an AMD ATI Radeon HD 4890 and I use the drivers supplied with windows 10 because amd has not released any Windows 10 drivers for my card. Strange thing is that hardware acceleration works fine in chrome, so I think this isn't a driver problem, is there some way I can fix this in firefox?

  HEVC is a bear to the central unit.  Your best option is to transcode to Cineform, or create a proxy support.
