Kindly help me to cancel my account with adobe. Im not not use it anymore. My automatic subscription will take place tomorrow. It's really frustrating. There is no cancel button in my account. I already checked the instructions on how to cancel but its not useful. Thank you.

Transfer of subscription account
Hi, is it possible to transfer an account to paid subscription to a new account?
the subscription is linked to your adobe ID you can always cancel your subscription and buy it for a new adobe id.
If you want to transfer your subscription to a different adobe id, you can talk to the customer on adobe.com support, as we are unable to do it for you here.

My adobe account company, belonged to the company that I work for, works perfectly when signing in Adobe animate on my place of work. My employer told me that I could go home and Adobe sign animate using my same account and working from home, signed in at two places, without any problem.

My company has frame by a monthly subscription. I want to know if I can add a user (aka: mount the frame to another office) so a new technical writer can use the product. How will I know what helps my subscription? I couldn't find anywhere on the my accounts page. Thank you.

Adobe FrameMaker subscription is a sense of individual subscription you serve only to a single user. Thus, you would not be able to add a second user to the same subscription and may need to purchase an additional subscription to the Adobe ID of the author of new technology title

Last Sunday I bought a creative cloud account, I paid for it, downloaded and when I tried to install it, it worked on. I don't know what's going on with her and I have not found an answer for my problem online.
