  Good so I a DoWhile loop with a numeric value to test.  The loop will run 10 times.  I want only the status of success/failure of the test of the numerical value of the last iteration of the loop is displayed in the report.  I don't like on the other iterations.  Help, please!  Thanks in advance I think that this can be accomplished with the recall of ModifyReportEntry and fancy logic...

  Thanks for your comments everyone.  I ended up changing the reportgen_txt.seq to identify during my test was in a loop (by setting an additional result in the different stages of my comment loop-step to say "Record last loop.".)  Once this indicator lies in the ResultList I turn to reportgen_txt, I have to loop through all the ResultList entries and if the current entry has the same name and the "record last of loop." as a previous entry, I delete the previous entry and store the current.  All this way, I have to do is to set a flag in my test sequence, and if when debugging, I want to see all the data for all the iterations, I just remove the flag.

  The reportgen_txt.seq include:

  C:\Program NIUninstaller Instruments\TestStand 2010\Components\Models\TestStandModels

  I'm not worried about the time constants on my generation of report and I am not limited to stress strict memory so this seemed like the best way for me to do what I had accomplished.  I'm sure there are better ways, but it seemed simpler than the generation of report definition to be disabled and then enabled...

• TestStand 2012 keeps the value of the variable

  I have a problem with TestStand 2012 that preserves the value of the variable. I have a step and its parameters in the string variable. I use the expression step as Step.Settings += "00". I run the sequence under sequential model and the problem is that Step.Settings is equal to "00" on the first run, '0000' on the second throw, '000000' on the third race and so forth, but it must rest '00' on each race. I can't find the root cause. Anyone has the same problem and can advice how to solve?

  Try to uncheck the properties of the sequence > optimize reentrant calls to this sequence to the sequence that contains the step.

  I want to indicate whether a digital indicator value is out of range, could someone give me a link or suggestions of what common ways are there to show whether a value is a limit above or below a lower limit.

  Dear people,

  I was wondering if you can help me with a question about the visibility of the data in combination with the beam of VOA and values.

  As you know, the VOA bundle comes with a bunch of reports which consists of different points of view.

  These views are used to extract information from the distribution of the VMware Tools vSphere environment, showing the slow down VMs and many other things.

  But here's the problem: no matter what I try, I can't reproduce these included several views.

  For example:

  I select the view predefined "Machines Virtual Guest OS Distribution" as included in the package of VOA.

  Topic , this is related to VCenter-adapter → Virtual Machine.

  Data , this is related to summary | Guest operating system. Full name of the OS comments.

  I have provided a Gifcam-record showing what is the problem:

  

  The built-in view contains this information of guest operating system , I can't check myself, no matter what I try. This selection of data simply does not exist, yet, it is mentioned in the report.

  What kind of constraint is it? Why the report does not show properly I still do not see the values?

  Anyone else had this problem and knows how to handle this problem?

  After re-reading your application, I think that my last post has not answered your question.  However, it should...

  You don't see the full name of the Guest OS tab data, is because you're metric research, not properties.  Click on the small icon in the upper left corner nest to the filter field, and it will change to the properties.  Now, you will see Guest OS full name under summary as a data option.

  I get the zip file, containing a spreadsheet with the information in report (version, type, contact,...) and report table headers:

  But nothing below...

  Generate the report in the interface, I get the right values.

  Is this a bug?

  If you upgrade to level and then make a new auto report and just send it to yourself... the system send you immediately IF it's a whole new report (don't not updated an existing one), and you set the day of the report "today."

• Forming a dynamic report with the value of an element query

  Hi gurus,
  
  We wanted to create a report based on the value of an element in the page.
  
  For example
  
  There is a text box named p1_table according to the value of this element that should alter the query from the report
  
  (1) when p1_table = emp query report should be select * from EMP
  (2) when p1_table = dept query report should be select * from dept
  
  I tried to do this using
  
  Select * from: p1_table and select * from v('p1_table'), it does not work.
  
  Kindly help me in the fulfilment of the condition.

  You should do this as a report based on a function that returns the query string. You generate the string dynamically in function.

  The line should be a drop-down list to select "start month. In the report, I would like to see * 12 * months starting 'start' selected in the command prompt.

  When you eliminate the tool that would easily solve your problem, create you unnecessary trouble for you. It's like saying, 'I want that draw you a picture, but you can not use any paper or drawing utensils." Why not create a dashboard shared for users instead of just a "joint report"? What is the reason why it cannot exist on a dashboard? It does not make sense to me.

• Create null values in the database for interactive report link column values

  I'm pretty new to APEX and tries to create an interactive report with the form. This report examines essentially for more information for a particular employee. If the employee has any information in the table, the report presents information with a button change beside him. If there is no record in the table for this employee, a create button appears. Now when you click create, a new creation page. This page contains the employee number as a single display field with the value from the previous page. This value is displayed in the page, but it is not in the database. Create the page has view-only number and a couple of other columns. The other columns get inserted into the table with an empty number!
  
  Can someone please? Looks like the page keeps the value zero for the number of the employee who came during the search of the interactive report. Hope I made myself clear, being the newbie hope I haven't used any incorrect terminology.

  Without the DB column, apex will not determine which DB column the data in this field are mapped to (it would be quite impossible to guess the destination since the name of the element column).

  If you want to assign to the previous element of the page, use the default section

  return: P1_EMP_NUM

  By default the value Type: body of the PLSQL function

  I have 3 reports on three different pages of a dashboard. (Set up a navigation guided on a column of each report). When I click on the value of the column of guided navigation lead me to report 2 for this particular value (is invited), similarly for 3 report also so far it works great.
  
  However when I go back to report 3 2 and 2-1, the reports are run for all the values for the value which has been adopted by the guided navigation of the previous report (on which I clicked to go to the next report of value) instead.

  Use the ' back ' button.

  Otherwise, history.back(-1) it will take you to the session previous search in Google to get the HTML code and place it in object HTML/text at the bottom of each page of dashboard

  The interactive chart displays incorrect data on the y-axis (4,00000 instead of 4 000,00)!
  Values in the table are ok, even the value displayed when the user clicks about data specific is correct.

  Hi Kristjan,

  I am able to reproduce the issue you report, using a report interactive optional APEX 3.2.1 and 4.0, where the language of the application is a non-English. So for example, if my English is * 10 000,00 graphic label * and when I pass the main language of the Application in German, so the values displayed should be * 10,000.00 * however it is incorrectly appearing as * 10 000 *. When you run in some non-English languages, used NLS decimal separator is a comma ",", but it is not properly applied to interactive report table. The problem is that the decimal separator parameter in the XML table is not correctly be escaped and is ignored. I have connected the bug 10154666 to follow this issue and a fix for this will be available in our next release. Thanks for that bring to our attention. At the same time, while ensuring that the values in your chart are displayed accurately, it might be better to create a region of separate table on the page in question, rather than using interactive report table.

  I resolve this circuit with the method by mesh currents. I just installed NI MultiSim, and I expect to use to check my answers in school this semester. The first problem was the solution to the back of the book, so I decided to try Multisim for this purpose. After solving the circuit by hand (twice, I messed up my linear algebra) I plugged in the MultiSim circuit. The ammeter and the multimeter declare a value of 4.815 kA. The text book and my calculations return a value of 6.25 amps. I tried everything I could think of, nothing helps. I'm doing something wrong? Is the method by currents of mesh trumped by another tool of the analysis that I do not know? Please help me, I would like to be able to get instant feedback on my homework. Thank you

  Rewire your connections to R3, R4 and ground. They did not "connections." There is no point of connection about to mass. If you drag R4 to the right, you will see that it is not connected to R3 even if there is a connection point. Perhaps it's second nature to me, but I've always done my junction connections tick at least one of the grids of the component. It seems that there may be a problem any trying to make a second connection to the right of the element.
