  None of my article text shows preview Adobe Content Viewer. There is no missing fonts, I cut down all InCopy links and updating of the articles and the folio. Do I have to use certain types of OTF fonts? Or is it a setting I'm missing?

  I realized that I forgot to check on the iPad instead of the Office Content Viewer. Text on the thin iPad Content Viewer. Still, if anyone knows why it might not be showing on the Desktop Viewer please let me know. Thank you!

  I use InDesign CS5 to build folios for a tablet device. I created a slide show using a multi-state object. Also, I placed the text on top of the top image to indicate that it is a slide show. When I go to the Overlay creator to see a preview of the page in the Adobe, the text on the slide show content viewer disappears. Why is this happening?

  Guessing from your description, the text should be part of the first State of the ASM, and it isn't. You can add it to the first State via the MSO Panel.

• How to fix the broken in the content Viewer Web items

  Hi, I have a Folio that was released and is now available on embedded Web content viewer. Some items are, courses down, broken and moved out to the right, expanding the content too. I noticed that this happens only on items to scroll smoothly, both with images and text. Is there something wrong with the publication, or coating that causes this? Thank you.

• Adobe Content Viewer crashes

  Hello world.

  I'm building my first post and I am having trouble.

  I have an article with an infographic of aprox. 5500px in height. There a few logos on it, and I did some pop ups with the object state to explain the logos. The pop-ups contain only text, the image of the logo and some of them have links. There is also a button to close it.

  After 8 pop-up windows (I need 12), the iPad can not handle and content Viewer crashes. I restarded the iPad, removed the folio and downloaded again, unninstalled the content viewer, downloaded again. Always crashing.

  The I went back to Indesign. First of all, I just stuck the infographic Illustrator in Indesign. Then I exported as an image (PNG and JPEG). Did not work. Then, I cut in several pictures with 750px width 1020px and height. Still nothing.

  If there are less than 8 pop-up windows, it works. But there is another article with regular size (1024 x 768) which has an image with 10 pop-up windows and it works fine. And I did the same way I did with the graphics.

  If it is a combination of pop ups and large images that makes the crash of the content viewer.

  My options now are link the content of pop ups for an article, then by linking their return (using navto: / /) or replace computer graphics by an ordinary article, and the user can go to the bottom of the area to area.

  Before making one of these, you have any ideas?

  It is likely closing due to lack of memory. You need to rethink your design so that it uses less large images. iPads are mobile devices and do not have the same horesepower as a desktop computer.

  I have an indesign page, I downloaded on my folio and when he spotted on my computer and my ipad in adobe content viewer that some type and logos are not appearing. They have not all interactive elements

  just a text box and a placed .eps assigned to them. Any ideas as to why some of these items do not display upward?

  I made a new document and copied my files and the folio shows well! Something in this file was messed up.

  I created DPS Magazine December issue (1024 x 768: Image = PDF).

  and checked (fouad will not be published) on the v24 (2.9.0.0.63929) for iPad content viewer.

  I put the Folio version: v22 menu released Folio Builder, because of my Viewer application is v22.

  The iPad1, pinch-zoom works well, but text rendering does not work.

  On iPad 2, iPad news, pinch zoom and text rendering work well.

  My DPS Magazine Novermber, text rendering problem also does not work on iPad1 v24.

  It worked fine on iPad1 v23.

  Is it a problem just v24 (2.9.0.0.63929) Content viewer for iPad?

  I was able to reproduce the problem and reported it as a bug. I will update directly when this is resolved.

  I'm unable to connect to Adobe Content Viewer to watch some InDesign templates. What should I use for my username? I tried my Adobe ID and also my name of the account holder. Not good. Whenever it comes up with 'authentication failed.

  Adobe Content Viewer is for the former work of Digital Publishing Suite.

• Possible to open a PDF file in Content Viewer on iPad

  I was asked to include several PDF Datasheet in a folios existing presentation for some of our sales people. In the past, PDF files have been loaded on the iPad and to access, they close the content viewer application, open acrobat and open the PDF file. They asked if there is an easier way for them to access the PDF files. Without adding them as additional articles, is it possible to add a PDF file in the folder of links of a Folio, and then create a button to open this PDF fullscreen?

  I am running CS6 on Mac and when I try to open Adobe Content Viewer I get this error message:

  We do not have a precise timetable for a fix at this stage. The desktop preview tool was not a true reflection of the experience on the unit for more than two years. I highly recommend that you use the Adobe Content Viewer on the unit for all tasks of preview.

  I just downloaded the Adobe Content Viewer app on my iPhone and am unable to connect using my identification code Adobe it says simply "authentication failed", even if my Adobe ID login is working elsewhere (my MacBook Air)

• Folio will not complete download to Adobe Content Viewer on iPad

  I work in InDesign 2014.2 Windows and using the most recent version of the viewer Adobe Content (as of 24/11/15) on the iPad. He sees the folio (unpublished) that I created and some items are appearing. But other items will not complete the download process. They say just 'pending' or 'preparation '. They never get beyond, even after 24 hours. I tried to restart, signing in and out of InDesign and Content Viewer with no luck. I am able to view the full folio in the viewer of content on my desktop and my colleagues are able to download the full folio on their iPads without problem. How can I fix?

  I deleted the Adobe Content Viewer app from the iPad and reinstalled. He is currently working.

  However, the disadvantage is that the user will have its own program by default mail which will open (focus) web viewer and try to send the mail + which is more annoying, is that data are in the post office, so that you can not use automatically.

• New issue of tools/content viewer

  I use the Folio Builder to create presentations, and then have users connect in the Adobe Content Viewer on their iPads to download and present.  I have actually never publish presentations, just use the content viewer.  Is there a solution similar 'free' to do this same thing with the new 2015 DPS?  I do not want to publish anything and spend ridiculous amounts, just keep using a free viewer.

  To preview the content with DPS 2015, you'll need a DPS license or an account test.

• Foilios in Adobe Content Viewer

  I work in the Cs6 and creating fact sheets in the function Builder in folio with images and videos. I then exported to the cloud, so it can be opened via the app content viewer on IPAD. The strange thing is, it only works in one of the IPAD: s. on both of them, the images are works well, but I can only watch the videos without wifi a one of them. It must be connected to a wifi or at least think its connected to a wifi false to make it work. It of the same folio, the same type of IPADs but only works...

  Please help me, it's so frustrating
