  I shoot with a low point and shoot digital camera.  I take the files AVI-video from the camera, which are quite large, and edit them in Windows Live Movie Maker 2011 and then save them as WMV files that are typically much smaller.  I like to create DVDs with better videos using Windows DVD creation or another program video.  My question is what bit rate to specify when I publish the films completed as WMV files?

  My camera AVI files can be played in Windows Media Player.  They have little of rates which vary from about 3 Mbit/s to a little more than 5 Mbps.  Is STANDARD DEFINITION 640 x 480 VGA quality video.

  Movie Maker default bitrate for the option "burn to DVD" is 2.99 MB/s.  I do not notice a difference in quality between the 2 MB/s I usually use and.  (I chose 2 Mbps, because in the past, I've used Windows Media Encoder and it defines "DVD quality" like 1-2 Mbps transmission speed and quality "HD" as 5 Mbps.)  Bit rates below 1 Mbps up to 500 Kbps have been defined as "Quality VHS" and below which has been 'QVGA quality'.

  With important videos, I publish movies with a flow rate of 5 Mbps.  Default speed of movie Maker for videos "to be played on my computer" is 7.69 Mbps, but it's more than the AVI from the camera, then how is this possible?  How can save the file with a bit rate higher than the bit rate of the input file?

  Is another experiment, a good way to decide on the rate of good bit for my projects?

  I've just updated Adobe Muse at 2015.2.  After the upgrade, I can publish is more updates/changes to the site already launched with the catalyst for business without creating a whole new site and delete the previous one every time.  The dialog box gives the error "currently associated site is not available for this user."  The journal for my business catalyst, the credentials are correct, because when you go on the Site of the Business Catalyst manage it connects to the admin home page.  Is there a setting that has changed with the new version.  I use a Mac Book Pro with OS 10.11.5 retina

  Here's an update on this issue.

  Reason: Following an internal problem, association of account user of Muse and the corresponding user BC account breaks after Muse put 2015.2 to date. It is originally Muse to do not be able to enumerate the users existing sites BC to publish to the dialog Business Catalyst. The issue is addressed in Muse engineering team. Meanwhile, use the workflow as shown below.

  Solution/solution:

  1. Create a new site from Muse
  2. Publish it as a new trial to Business Catalyst site
  3. Close and reopen the Muse
  4. Open the affected site of Muse
  5. Publish on Business Catalyst now

  Try this and let me know if it works for you.

  Dear Forum, I have a piece of equipment that I connect to LabView via serial. The companion of the Instrument is of course completely useless, which fails for inexplicable reasons, but everything works perfectly in hyperterminal.

  When I try to adapt the example "basic series write and Read.vi" at my request, the implementation is very simple. However, it does not work despite working in hyperterminal. After a bit of investigation, I have determined that the problem is that after "VISA set up Serial Port" port is not * actually * available for writing quite yet, most likely because it is a very old computer.

  By inserting a delay between the "VISA set up Serial Port" and the "VISA Write" I am able to get the program works as expected 100% of the time. However, it is a very bad solution, because this long delay can be totally useless and performance on the computer to an end user (which may be much better than this one). Especially because this piece of equipment has 8 analog inputs, 8 analog outputs, 4 relay, 20 outputs 24VDC, 8 DIOs and 3 ports RS232 passthrough so it communicates a lot of data.

  Is there a function I can use to * guarantee * that the COM port is really ready for writing? If I could do this, then it can return almost immediately on a fast computer, while leaving enough time for computers slower finish opening the port. It may well be something that happens on the side of the pilot of the command windows open port.

When I scan for Windows Vista Service Pack update (published 4/2009) arrives.  When I click to install it, it is saying it is correctly installed (in 30 seconds) and yet he continues to come when I'm scanning for updates.    Should I restore settings again?  After looking for info on the forums of windows, I did the System File Checker to check corrupt files.  Several corrupted files appear in the details of the SFC.  But their fixation is "over my head".   I glued the SFC details below.   someone said that vMware has bought Embotics vCommander and is to promote the planning is as a replacement for vCloud Director.
