The 6s IPhone problems

This just started today, my IPhone 6s seems not to want to connect to my wifi, or something blocking to receive or send data that is messages, open applications that use internet, but I can browse the internet, as there was no problem and I can still call people. Any Suggestions? PS I tried to do a soft reset several times without change.

Please do the following and after each test to see if the problem is resolved - if yes, then you can omit the following steps - I tried to list them in ascending order of the effort at least on a Mac and / or an iDevice

  1. Check if the problem is related to a single device and if other devices connect normally-
  2. If the answer 1 is 'yes' - try to connect the device assigned to somewhere else if possible - coffee or the University
  3. Please see recommended settings of WiFi routers and Apple access points
  4. Perform a forced - restart cela do not delete or purge all data and allows to solve many problems - here is how - press and hold the Off / On Home button and at the same time for about 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Allow normal startup upward.
  5. Settings - WiFi - < network name > - Click on forget network - do a restart forced 4 and then again add the network
  6. If home - reboot the router by unplugging it for 60 seconds (power) and the plug and reconnect - obviously, this step can be done in a public place like a cafe or airport or University. While you're there - make sure your router is working on the latest firmware (check manufacturer's website)
  7. Settings - general - reset - Reset network settings - remember to have very practical WiFi passwords because it erases the WiFi passwords
  8. If it is a new specific net device in your home - make sure that the router gives enough DNS for all numbers which must / wants a connection - stuff like the printer, Chromecast get overlooked - ask for more details on this so not sure option
  9. Backup the device to iTunes - restore as NEW (no backup) using iTunes - see if solves problem - if yes - restore backup
  10. An appointment of 'Genius' to an Apple Store, or select another authorized service provider.

    You need to activate the phone. There is nothing that the phone can not be activated.

    I bought the new iphone 64 GB 6s in the last week and noted that the volume of the earpiece is quite low.i can't hear calls properly.volume is ok with hands-free bluetooth and speaker kit and only has problem with earphone. I checked all the settings but nothing is useful, then please help as I am very bored with the poor performance of the phone.i follows adjustments, but nothing has worked for me

    It is my understanding that you experience low volume from your iPhone using a headset.  It is certainly not expected behavior.

    Looks like you have already made a good troubleshooting.  The next thing I would do is try another headset and see if the results are the same.  As obvious as it may seem, remember that the headphone is plugged all the way to the iPhone.  Don't forget to turn up the volume while you are actually on a call.  When not online, the volume allows you to control the music, alerts and other sounds on the iPhone, but not the volume of calls.

    I have an account for personal e-mail from Outlook.com that Microsoft has recently migrated to a platform of Microsoft Exchange.  I also have an email account of company on Office365 on the same iPhone (6 s performer 9.3.2).  After the migration of Outlook.com, whenever I try to add the Outlook.com e-mail address, e-mail and server settings Office365 has crush Outlook.com settings.  I deleted and reinstalled the two accounts of e-mail several times.  I also reset the phone.  No luck.

    I contacted support and they have been helpful until they told me it was a bug with no workaround and I have to wait for an update.  No ETA on when the update will be available.  Microsoft has been useless.  A bounced me around so far in telling me that I had to pay for the support.

    Does anyone else have this problem?  Any ideas?

    I was wondering if someone could help me out here. iOS 9.2 on my iPhone 5 c caused a lot of problems with my phone (using the voice and keyboard player and braille). All I want to do is save my iPhone 5 c with iOS 9.2 to an old iPhone 4S running 8.4. Would this be possible? 4 is currently in use, so I can't check. But I don't want to do a reset on the 4S only to be told that I need to update in order to do a restore. I'm not worried about having to remove all the apps that are no longer compatible with 8.4.

    No, you can't.  You must have a backup from the same operating system, so it will not work.  If you want to return to the old iPhone 4S on iOS 8, then you will have to perform a restore and reset, but you cannot use a backup from a phone that is running iOS iOS 9 8.

I went through a lot of solutions to solve this problem, and I have determined that the problem was that my driver is not updated for it.     The problem seems to be associated with driver. Here are the steps I will try everything first:

    1. start the computer in Windows without the trendy iPhone
    2. click on 'start '.
    3. click on "Control Panel."
    4. click on 'Add & Remove Programs '.
    5 locate Apple Mobile Device Support and uninstall
    6 find iTunes and QuickTime and uninstall both as well
    7. do not restart the computer after uninstalling
    8. click on 'start '.
    9. click on 'run '.
    10. Type "msconfig" (without the quotes) and press enter
    11. click on the "Startup" tab
    12. uncheck all entries that have the words "iTunes, Apple, Mobile Device or QuickTime" in their
    13. click on 'Apply' at the bottom right
    14. restart the computer
    15. go to the Apple website and download the latest version of iTunes, which should be 9.x
    16. Once downloaded, run the program installation and once the application is installed, restart the computer
    17. Once restarted, open iTunes, follow the installation procedure and then plug in your iPhone

    When I try to restore/sync my iphone to my itunes (first time I did it because it's a new phone - not new so I have no guarantee Apple).

    I have no problems with the internet, only the problem of the iphone/itunes. Reset the internet protocol allows, as says apple? It is not sensible, but if I decide to do, it will cause me problems internet, if in fact it wasn't the question in the first place?

    Thank you for bringing your question about Restrictions here in Apple Support communities. My understanding of your question is that you change the Restrictions, but no change is noticed. I tried the same on my iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 10 and noticed a similar situation. Please allow me the opportunity to explain how the Restrictions is designed to work. First, I put my limitations for applications, do not allow Apps and together 4 +, which basically means everything beyond 4 + will be blocked from buying. Then I went to the App Store and the first app that caught my attention was NCIS: hidden crimes. This app is rated 12 + and is definitely an application I would not want my toddler to help. It is that Restrictions come into play. When I type on NCIS: hidden Crimes, the Get option is grayed out. Restrictions does remove all apps, songs, books, etc. from view, but it will prevent the purchase, download, and install all applications rated above the setting you choose when you set up restrictions. It's the help article that discusses the Restrictions and prevent purchases: Use Restrictions in order to avoid buying on iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

    I checked on the restrictions help articles, and I understand where it can be a bit confusing. In the help article Use Restrictions on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch, it says "You can use Restrictions, also known as parental control, to block or limit specific applications and features on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch." This means in fact that apps, features or services (rated above that helped you, or if you have turned off completely) can he no longer appears on the device if the restriction is activated and starts blocking them. I also tested this by activating Restrictions and turned the cursor for Safari to off. When I went back to the home screen, Safari doesn't show any more and I could no longer use it.

    I hope this helps to clarify how the Restrictions. If my understanding of the issue was not accurate to the issue that you are experiencing, I will be happy to pursue this issue with you.
