  This is probably a permissions or ownership issue sust.  Right-click on the folder and click Properties and add you as a user authorized in its own right.  Go to advanced and do the same thing on this scren as well.  Then go into the property tab and take over the case.  If this does not work, you may need to do the same for the parent folder as well (and maybe it's the parent).  Finally, you should be able to access and move the folder.

  Here are a few guidelines and procedures dealing with permissions and ownership that can help:

• [SOLVED] Windows 7 hangs during the "you want to allow this program to make changes to your computer.

When I click on 'Yes', the message will disappear, but the computer hangs at the screen has gone even a light, tinted gray, with all of the programs that are still running in the background. It freezes for about 2 minutes and then decides to return to normal, free for me to return to work and navigation. However, the program that I have originally intended to be performed by him to make changes didn't work at all.   You must restore your registry to a point in time before that you have disabled the administrator user.  It is not easy if there is any left on the system administrator user.

  One way to do this is to start your computer from a CD rescue-style such as BartPE and UBCD4Win or Linux Livecd such as Knoppix.  You can then follow the steps in the following article from part 2, step 6, using GUI to copy and rename the files rather than orders from command-line specified in article.
