The Adobe Connect mp3_player extension built for Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro 8 work for Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro 9?
I tried to share the .swf file in Adobe Connect 9, but I have trouble getting it to play.
It may be that I don't know how to install the extension. Help is appreciated.
It should work fine. Do not load any Zip file but, as it the XML file for the audio files it plays. The Zip file should contain equalBars.swf and index.swf songs.xml files.

There are two updates for Mac for the "Adobe Extension Manager CS5 5.0 Update' so it can be downloaded manually. Unfortunately for Windows users there is no manual download when the "Adobe Application Manager" is unable to install the required update. I just did a clean install and 'MAA' failure on all the required updates for CS5, so I got the updates of the software form the support pages. I would like to know where the Windows version of "Adobe Extension Manager CS5 5.0 Update" is on the adobe site?

Hi all, I'm quite new here and I really need help!
I have purchase a plan from month to month for Adobe Illustrator and it does not at all! Creative cloud does not recognize my subscription even after receiving an email of confirmation of purchase from them. I'm really angry that there is not anyway to email Adobe or call them (I'm in Singapore).
I check my account on the website and it says that I can't look at my plans/subscription now for maintenance.
Which means that anything that I can do, even if I want to terminate the program now. It is a very overwhelming experience T.T

I tried to download the trial version of the cloud creative to try it before you buy the plan of the student. However, when I select the Panel app the message "Impossible to get on the adobe servers, please check connectivity internet, Firewall setting and try again" and then a small box orange appear low says 'impossible to join the adobe servers '.
I tried everything the internet told me to do and still no joy. Can someone help me please? I'm getting super frustrated with it!
I don't know if it means anything, but I tried the advance troubleshooting setting where it gives you links to see if you can log in to the adobe activation servers. With the connection to the license, I get a web page that says that 'lm.licenses.adobe.com refuses to connect 'Thank you

Hi all
Before writing this, I took the time to research online, but no luck.
I decided to buy the photographers CC package. downloaded the installer and moved forward with the installation, allowing to connect my Adobe ID and got the error:
"Download error! Impossible to reach on the adobe servers. Check your internet connection, firewall settings, and then try again. »
I don't use any antivirus or firewall, and there is no redirection port to my internet connection.
The software has been installed in a Mac Pro 2012, running the Mavericks 10.9.5. I completely uninstalled Installer used a CC cleaner App. Also went under the ~/Library/Application Support and ~/Library/Preferences moved these .plists for another clean installation but without success.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the link, but it was driving me nuts and takes me too long to understand. So, I saved all my work and formatted my hard drive with a new installation of Mac OS x.
That solved the problem.

purcsed and downloaded to creative suite of internet for $9.95 a month. He worked for two days and now when I click the icon, it says that it is impossible to connect to the adobe servers. My internet works fine except for that. any suggestions

Can I find out if I had to buy the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium, but I subscribed to photography CC for only one month plans, can I unsubscribe it and use the one bought instead?
I subscribed to the creative cloud only because I did not know that my College courses will be using other software too.
I hope to unsubscribe to the creative Cloud version and use the purchased instead.
But if it is not possible, I'll just use the CC version for this year and use the one bought on my other PC.
