The Adobe servers isn't reachable... these latest updates of LR CC and CC PS starts do not

I tried to install the updates for LR CC and CC PS which where published yesterday to my windows 10 PC and portable through the CreativeCloud app but it does not work on two machines with the message that the Adobe servers are not accessible.
I use both products for over a year now and all the old updates worked fine.
Interesting thing is that I can install other products such as 'Extendscript Toolkit CC', the servers are not accessible for the products that I have used before.
Any help out there?

This is the DNS problem that some other people have said too.
After I am gone for Google's DNS servers (both IPv4 and IPv6) it finally worked.

Firefox has a built-in PDF Viewer. Your preference might have gotten from the Adobe Integrated Viewer. Check and update this setting, check out this article: How to disable the built-in PDF Viewer and use another Viewer. Who help me?

It's my new iMac, restored CC account, no problem to download both apps, but when I try to download Id, I get a repeated "unable to join the Adobe servers" with tips to check my firewall settings (they are) and try again later. Just noticed on a page Adobe CC, that 'InDesign's download now... "but I see no status bar or other evidence of a download. What should do?

I encounter the same problem about the update of Lightroom on CC. The error message "Unable to join the Adobe servers" is displayed. I work with Win 10 OS and followed your advice and turned off the firewall, but without success. I would appreciate any advice you have to offer.

Turn off but not to connect to the Adobe servers
I want to improve my OS on my desktop and need to disable PS CS4 before I format the drive, but when I try to disable the PS 'Unable to connect to the Adobe servers' answers which is strange, since I have internet connection and can surf here and write this in forums Adobe
I also disabled the firewall but no change.
How to solve this?

Before writing this, I took the time to research online, but no luck.
I decided to buy the photographers CC package. downloaded the installer and moved forward with the installation, allowing to connect my Adobe ID and got the error:
"Download error! Impossible to reach on the adobe servers. Check your internet connection, firewall settings, and then try again. »
I don't use any antivirus or firewall, and there is no redirection port to my internet connection.
The software has been installed in a Mac Pro 2012, running the Mavericks 10.9.5. I completely uninstalled Installer used a CC cleaner App. Also went under the ~/Library/Application Support and ~/Library/Preferences moved these .plists for another clean installation but without success.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the link, but it was driving me nuts and takes me too long to understand. So, I saved all my work and formatted my hard drive with a new installation of Mac OS x.
That solved the problem.

Select Preferences - network - system - advanced - DNS network - click + symbol - Type 8.8.8.8 - Ok - apply.

Can't happen on the adobe servers, check firewall settings
Try to update creative cloud for the last three days. Get the same message: "cannot happen on the Adobe servers. Please check your firewall settings and try again in a few minutes.
Tried a number of things:
-tried internet different different location
-internet settings have changed and I don't use any protectors of virus, but firewall is disabled
-cleaner to fix the files host creative cloud
-Uninstalled and reinstalled CC
-P first uninstalled and reinstalled
-checked that I can get on the adobe servers
-install a trial of adobe Web site creation
Someone at - it advice - I have written the cat to Adobe, but will try anything in the meantime.

I tried to download the trial version of the cloud creative to try it before you buy the plan of the student. However, when I select the Panel app the message "Impossible to get on the adobe servers, please check connectivity internet, Firewall setting and try again" and then a small box orange appear low says 'impossible to join the adobe servers '.
