  I have an Asus laptop with Windows 8 that I received today, and I got the Netflix app for Windows store a few hours ago.   Have you tried updating your video driver? Make sure you are using a Microsoft certified video driver.

• AIR app crash

  When an AIR application crashes on the device, is there a way to get a dump or track where the app crashed as you do when it crashes as an AIR on a desktop PC application?  On the PC, you get the window of the exception when the application is in debug mode, give you details where the application crashed.  I will have no problem as an AIR application on the desktop but it illregularly hangs on the device.

  I guess you know that you can debug the application on the desktop, or in the Simulator on the device in exactly in the same way? If you are running your application on the device in debug mode you can still see your tracing instructions, set breakpoints, inspect variables, view call stack etc etc. The debugger should stop on all exceptions, allowing you to inspect the exception object.

• Several CC apps crashing / hanging

  I have a user on Mac Book Pro, which have problems with Photoshop, Illustrator and indesign, InCopy to randomly crash or lock up the systems out there.   All of the CC apps are up to date. Crash logs seem to show for the above programs as well as the CEPHtmlEngine shows a lot. Here are some of the logs. I can post the complete if necessary papers. I have dozens of users on the similar system using the same files as the users with these questions. At this point, I am at a loss, since we have a new system with a new installation of CC him all redeems us was its records. No library or applications have been worn files.

  Kindly let us know if you have problems with the download and installation of your applications, as in your post it seems that the issue is that with the app crashing everything by launching or using.

  I need help troubleshooting for a reader of one of my apps:

  The App in question is built for 32 version in the application for Android native online Builder. There are some specific tablets (2048 x 1536) "renditions" and phones (960 x 640).

  Here is the original e-mail:

  I downloaded the app, but whenever I try to download an issue, the application fails and will not complete the download. I use a Nexus 5 stock 4.4.4 Android running.

  I'm not having problems with all the other apps to crash. I got a dialog box to report the accident and I sent a few of those who. I also uninstalled and installed the app, and I'm still having problems with it crashing.

  I didn't what else to ask or do to fix the app crashing on its 5 Nexus.

  I suspect that the problem is the rendering of your Tablet size. There is no reason to make an interpretation that big. You should rather create 1024 x 768 in PDF and use it on all your tablet devices.

  That said, the application still shouldn't fail. I sent this over to David and I think he'll be in touch to ask for additional information.

  Hi all

  As I did the update of the WatchOS3, I am not able to respond to the messages of the watch. Whenever I try to answer with the emoji button, the crash of the App. If I use the storage mode, it takes at least 30 seconds to respond. Ditto for the tap button. It of really annoying, have almost ceased to use the application.

  This is very unusual.  Two thoughts come to mind.

  1. Your storage space is too full?  Check the settings > general > storage & use iCloud > manage storage (in storage).  Make sure you have at least 10% (hopefully more than 15%) of total storage of your iPhone for free.

• New App crashed a few seconds after the opening

  Out of nowhere the application of new collisions a farm just after opening.  I see that the verification of updates for a second and it crashes.  It looks closed, but the first screen is there in the background, but if I click on it it just hangs.  I closed the app running in the background, but it did not help. I have ios 9.3.2 - any help is appreciated.  I've seen others on the web with this problem but no resolution.

  I noticed this a few days ago. It worked just itself, so I'll try a little later. Historically, it crashes on the stage of 'Check updates', I think it is probably a server Apple problem.

  I had a problem with Mail crashing several times today and was close to restore my phone but am happy that I stumbled upon a solution until I did it!

  I'll copy / paste of the other post I made on the discussion board:

  I had a problem this morning with the Mail App unexpectedly crashing when opening on my 5s iPhone running iOS 9.3.1 (last updated).

  In case someone knows something similar, I found a solution that was remarkably easy.

  Trying to open a mail, the app would show the display of messages for a fraction of a second, and then the crash. Nothing worked - quit smoking and a retry of the app, reboot / hard re-boot of the iPhone, leave all specific applications, disabling of e-mail accounts, settings etc.. I was beginning to think that I have to do a hard system restore, but thank God I have not, as it is a major PITA and I found the unexpected solution.

  In any case, I noticed that I could get in Mail by opening one of my emails from the Notification screen. Everything seemed fine, but if I close this message to return to the main window of Mail, the application crashed once more. The main window is appeared to be the culprit. I noticed that several new Spam messages were visible on this screen this morning.

  So here's how I found the solution: my computer, I myself sent a priority email, which came on my screen of notifications. By using this link directly to open the message, Mail worked fine again. Then by using the arrows to zip directly from a message to a message, I worked my way through the new emails, including the unrecognized Spam I deleted. Once they were gone, I back-arrow in the main screen of Mail and Voila! No more crash.

  So, apparently, there are messages that can crash the Mail app on iOS 9 simply by being visible in the main window. Be aware of this and if this happens to you, with Mail blocks instantly whenever you open it, try this approach before restoring your system software.

  You could also try resetting your e-mail account. First close your Mail application completely from the window of the selector app by double clicking the Home button and drag the email preview pane up until it disappears from the display. You may need to search the mail pane covering scribbles to the left. Then go to settings > Mail, Contacts, calendar > find your e-mail provider and click on the account. On the next page, delete the account. Then perform a forced reboot. Hold down the home and Sleep/Wake buttons simultaneously for about 15-20 seconds , until the Apple logo appears. Then go to settings > mail... and to add the account.
