  Hi team,

  I'm new to OAF and works on a requirement to add some custom validation when the user clicks a button in a seeded standard page.

  The approach I took was to extend the seeded controller object managed this press event button and put my custom logic in the extended controller and substitute the standard controller through customization.

  The standard rate which was pressing the Complete button A Page, the user was taken to the next and epepinee page (Page B) some operations based on records that have been chosen Page A.

  Part of the custom validation requirement that was if some postings were not met, the user must be a pop-up asking if they really wanted to move forward and if they have selected Yes then continue with the seeded standard flow (transition to page B) and if they have NOT selected then just remain on the current page.

  I have used OADialogPage and to do this, in part, the question , I am running into is that when the user selects one or more records using a check box in a region of several record (table) and click the full page and if the validation fails then a modal page and the user made a selection i.e.either Yes or no modal page and when they return to the calling page (ex. Page A), all data (records) they chose previously is lost (the Page is refreshed). Based on what I see on this forum, I suspect it's because after having click Yes on the modal page and then return to the original page the processRequest fires again and the VO data is queried again and has all the parts on the page are lost. Since I am changing the flow in seedlings pages based on the intervention of the user I'm confused as to how this problem can be solved. that is, prevent the page refreshes or preserve the selections that were made before you navigate to modal page. Any help is really appreciated!

  I managed to work around this problem by adding a simple control in my controller processRequest method extended to avoid the call to super.processRequest incase lhen control returns to the page once the user has made a selection on the Page of the dialog box

  I have 6 Classic reports on the page.

  Each report has link active Export.

  I need to insert the set of results that is questioned about the report in a table. Each report is independent of each other.

  Each report has its own table to insert the result set in.

  My thought was to call a process Page when a user has clicked on the link export, but the process is not known. I put: apex_application.g_print_success_message: = 'Insert '; in the process of the Page to tell if the process was called. I think that the process is not called because the page is not sent when the user clicks on the link to the export. It is purely a guess.

  What I tried:

  Working with just the first report, I created a page element hidden in the region of the report and created a calculation before heading for the region ID.

  None of which worked.

  SO, can someone help me with a solution called a process to insert the data in the report, when the Export link is called?

• Questions about the call for a process of a web site

  Question regarding the appeal process.  I'm new to this part of the technology and I don't know that many would know how it works.  We have a Workbench process that must be called from a remote web site.  The process could take a parameter... That is to say an ID.  The process will then query the database and return a Boolean value to the site and then this site might perform a specific operation.   My question is, are there examples out there that someone could provide which can show how this can be done?  What do I need in my site (I don't know how to configure the buttons create OnSubmit processes and very familiar with javascript, html)?  I think that, somehow, it can be done with SOAP or REST?  Thank you very much in advance for any help.

  You just need a form in HTML with elements (for example textbox - string, file - document etc.) with the same name as the name of the process input parameter and the action attribute of the form must be URL REST of process-oriented.

  For example: for a process(short-lived) having REST URL: Http://localhost: 8080/rest/services/WatchedFolder...  with a parameter in the XML and the document as an output variable, we will use the HTML code below:

  The onchange event will work fine. Change the button back to a normal button instead of linking to a dynamic Action for now.

  The only other thing I see which can cause a problem is your call to the method itself.

  Need to replace...

  The called javascript method is case-sensitive.

I know that there is no appeal in AbstractPhoneListener interface. Is there any other drink so that I can get silent call notification?

  I need to help you know where I can find guides/info/post/examples on how to set a link dedicated to my RV082. Let me explain my problem:

  This link is a frame relay that provides the connection to SAP and other http external Internet services, the link is connected without additional parameters to a the RV082 LAN port and this link does not provide any Internet or e-mail. For users to access this link at the moment they change the IP address of their machines automatic DHCP option to any network dedicated link address more the connection default gateway when they need to access the SAP and other services and later to change again on automatic DHCP when finished consulting SAP.

  On the other side, the internet is provided by a cable modem and a LILY that use ports WAN1 and WAN2.

  What should I do? : that my users can access the link and internet at the same time without changing the IP address or by adding tables of routing on the Pc, nor do not cause failures on surfing the internet avoiding the Pc seems internet or send e-mails by private line. I have no idea on the right located on the router for ccomplish this. How can you help me? It is possible with RV082 do this?

  I can't guess what that "suggestions have not worked" really means.

  The works of 'double-sided configuration', I'm sure of that, there is nothing unusual in this type of configuration.  My guess is that the other side doesn't want to define static routes on their front door, or did he not yet tryied.

  The configuration of "biased" is delicate and should be specific, 'variations' mess only things up.  I agree that RV is perhaps not able to take the necessary steps from, in fact an option I used it to add a cheap router that can do the job, and I mean really cheap, I use a US$ 25. Motorola with updated firmware (DD - WRT) do the NATing source on an Intranet (so the other side sees everything coming from the network they we assigned to you, and I don't have to make any changes on my network, other that define static routes and cheap router configuration of course).

  If you want to close the message, no problem, it's your choice.

  Does anyone else have this problem? I use webhelp with contextual sensitivity, and I appeal to the table of contents, Index, search, and glossary to display. If I go to the welcome home page, they are exposed. But when we ask for help on a particular page, these areas are not shown, but they can be opened using the view link. I much prefer to see the exposed left pane, rather that ask the user to click on this link. How can I do this?

  I managed to create all the code and I need plugins, but I can't get the last piece to work:

  OK, you'll have to do the following things to use:

  (1) write a Java extension that uses this library. Follow the Jeff tutorial on how to get set up and extended using the eJDE/JDE. It will essentially be a library project that has the library of Sybase on its classpath. Test it, make sure that everything on the Java side works as expected.

  (2) copy or package your extension in a subfolder of your choice in the folder "ext" package WebWorks Manager installation.

  (3) library of part of copy the 3rd POT in the same subfolder created in step 2 to the root of your package structure.

  (4) create the library.xml to the extension and make sure you include the tag of dependencies that Jeff has mentioned above. He needs to reference the JAR correctly.

  (5) to deploy Sybase COD files on your device.

  (6) add the tag from your config.xml of your WebWorks app file extension.

  (7) performance bbwp to build your App WebWorks deploy to the device and it should be able to link to the library of Sybase correctly.

  What you do in steps 3 and 4 says bbwp to include the JAR files to the classpath when you compile your application with the extension. This will allow the application to compile successfully. The contents of the JAR are now part of the file of your application WebWorks COD and hopefully will allow him to link during execution with the cod of the library prédéployées.
