  Here's the situation:

  CHM file is created with a few links to items of baggage, which are PDF files. I have links in the two topics and live the table of contents.

  One last thing, I have the file as webhelp output and links worked fine.

  It was reported and it's really a problem of Microsoft. Link to most any kind of embedded file is causing the problem. The use of PDF files is very common during the construction of a complex aid distribution system.  This issue has been visible since the IE 9 in the recommended Windows updates.  Which covers the last two weeks.

  Question regarding the appeal process.  I'm new to this part of the technology and I don't know that many would know how it works.  We have a Workbench process that must be called from a remote web site.  The process could take a parameter...
