  the only possible limitations are:

  1. you can use more than one activation of cc at any moment.  That is to say, you can use one computer at a time.  (not much of a limitation, IMO.)

  I tried to do this by using the search but it will find only them, if they occur as a long chain, that is to say "Here's the answer" rather than how they occur in the document it is to say "Here 's" a bunch of information that leads you to 'the answer'.   However, when I run NEAR ((BRAVO,GULF,REFUSED), 3, TRUE) against my string, it returns the document - yet there are 4 words between BRAVO and REFUSED. Huh? Can someone please explain?

  The doc is not really clear. The search terms themselves are not part of the size of the clump. You can, if you wish, it seems the number of words without correspondence between the corresponding terms.

  The best way to proceed is to set up three tables:
  (1) a jobs picture that has just job related information.
  (2) an Employee table, which has just information about employees.
  (3) and a relationship table that links employees to employment. This is part of a "standard" design and you will save a lot of grief later.
