the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error

How to fix computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error.

Hello

Check using these methods and the next message will be placed on general methods for help.

Use methods such as the SFC, CheckDisk, driver updates, and others in the resolution of the issues identified
at this link as they will help solve or at least narrow down the questions. After that you can post the
information of BlueScreenView and these other utilities, so we can offer more specific advice. Of
check with a real store of the computer or the system manufacturer's support would be a good idea though
I would try the possible solutions, you can first.

Check this thread for more information using BlueScreenView, MyEventViewer and other methods
to troubleshoot the BlueScreens - top 3 responses (+ 1 other).

You can use BlueScreenView to stick the BSOD info in a message here.

Paste the lines in a message here. Make sure and check the file name section. Also check the time
in MyEventViewer for more information as possible.

  • Error message "the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error" after starting the system on Windows 7 Recovery.

While trying to reinstall Windows 7 on my Dell Inspiron 1545 of the reinstall DVD after you have installed a hard drive again, I got this message: error message "the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error" after starting the system on Windows 7 Recovery. Tried F10, SHIFT F10 and nothing happened. Then I tried a suggestion of virtual Agent to press F8 to get to advance Boot Options, but this option does not appear! Help!

For Dell cptrs, you will need to press F12 to access the unique Boot Order Menu(= a temporary setting), little after the Dell logo appears on the desktop. U hv only 5 seconds to do, b4 the cptr will automatically initialize to top with the internal HARD disk.

....... F12 is usually used to start the cptr since the DVD player or a plugged in USB-flash drive with a Win 7 install or recovery media.

To permanently change the boot order, you must similarly press F2 to access the full Boot configuration Menu. The default boot device is the internal HARD drive, but this can be changed to DVD player, USB, disk, network drive, etc. F2 is usually used to start the cptr of an external hard drive(= USB HDD) that contains a bootable Linux operating system.

    >:-( >:-( >:-( >:-(

Boot from the Windows 8 DVD or USB media that you created
    Click Install now
    Accept the license agreement
When the option is displayed to select a type of installation, click (Custom advanced)

Select the disk partition where you want to install Windows 8 click Next.

You will receive the following warning:

The partition you have selected may contain files from a previous Installation of Windows. If so, these files and folders will be moved to a folder named Windows.old. You will be able to access the information in Windows.old, but you will be able to use your previous version of Windows.

(At all costs, do NOT click on anything in Format, deletion or Partition name.) So even do a custom installation, your personal files are still kept. Click OK

The installation program will now begin installation. During installation, your computer will be restarted several times.

Once the installation is complete, you can complete the Out of Box experience as the choice of your laptop, create a username, password, your time zone. You can then proceed to download the latest updates for Windows and reinstall your applications and drivers.

You can then retrieve your personal files from the Windows.old folder and reinstall all of your applications and drivers.

Answer 1: Try to restart the computer by pressing command + R. This should start the mac in recovery mode and will allow you to reinstall OS X (don't worry it'll only reinstall the operating system, your files will not be deleted)

Answer 2: Can elaborate you more on what is the iCloud premium Amazon.com for photos? I've never heard of this, what error do you get?

Answer 3: Open Bootcamp Wizard and choose the option "Remove Windows 7/XP"

Answer 4: Mackeeper is ransomware. AKA. a scam, don't pay for it. You can use tools such as OmniDiskSweeper, which is free and shows you what are the elements take place on your mac so that you can delete what you don't want.

Answer 5: If you have iCloud library activated under iCloud, then your images will be automatically uploaded to iCloud and equipment associated with your Apple ID.

I would like to know if this helped you / resolved questions. Thank you!

I upgraded my card mother cpu ram and hard drive. I reinstalled windows xp home edition has got all of the updates. After 9 latest updates download and installtion was going well until I rebooted the computer and go to page window showing all the icons that I get a blue screen and the computer restarts its self and does not stop. How can this be corrected?

    Hi KevinRy,

Welcome to the Microsoft Answers site!

    Unplug all external devices.

Try to start in safe mode. If you can start in safe mode, and then do a system restore to restore the computer to an earlier point in time.

Change the recovery settings to disable automatic reboot, if you are able to boot up to the desktop computer:

    1.

Right-click my computerand then click Properties.

    2.

    Click the Advanced tab.

    3.

Under Startup and recovery, click settings to open the Startup and recovery dialog box.

    4.

Clear the automatically restart check box, and then click OK many times necessary.

    5.

Restart your computer so that the settings take effect.

Now, when you are going to close and a fatal error occurs, you will see at least and it won't cause an automatic restart.

Please reply back with the error message you get because it helps us to resolve the error.

    Kind regards
    Amal-Microsoft Support.
