Hello

I had a lot of frustration with it. Normally, everything seems perfect, except in Design view in dreamweaver, but well in the browsers and live view.

It is produced only in two circumstances: 1) adding overflow: auto (which I commented out in the CSS), and 2.) now I want to add a table to the Center vertically words.

You can see the problem in that pic. Sorry that the text is gray, but you must you 'Existence', written in the right margin and underlined by a red arrow (I added to the PS), when I want in the white central area.

  • Firefox keeps opening Google in each new window. Earlier, I want the pages used instead.

Normally, I have a specific start page. From there I open 4-5 other pages in the same window. It was easy before the 25th of Firefox, as the preceding pages have been posted. With the new version, this possibility has disappeared and been replaced by a page of Google. I want to get rid of this page and get back the sooner the pages used to click on. If this is not possible, I would get a blank page.

    Hello

I'm not aware of any changes made to the Home Page or the new tab Page in Firefox 25. Maybe it's something else caused the problem.

The new tab Page is the page that appears when you open a new tab in Firefox. By default, it should show a number of thumbnails of Web sites you have recently visited or pinned there. More info here:

    Customize the page tab

This feature has not changed in Firefox v25. If you see a Google search page instead of the default new tab page then something is wrong.

You can reset the setting for the page tab by following these instructions:

    • In the URL bar, type about: config and press ENTER.
    • The subject: config "This might void your warranty!" warning page may appear. Click on that I'll be careful, I promise! to keep the comments: config page.
    • In the search box, type "browser.newtab.url".
    • Click the browser.newtab.url preference, and then click Reset. He must then change back to the default which is ' on: newtab'.
    • Click OK and close all: config tab.

You can see that it works for a while, but ultimately the problem comes. I think it is likely that some malware is hijacking your browser and make changes to the settings. That's why the change was made in the first place without your permission.

You can try these free programs to search for malicious software that work with your existing anti-virus software:

I also suggest you do the following:

    • a comprehensive analysis with your current antivirus software.
    • Watch your Firefox Add-ons and remove any that you install yourself - disable or remove modules
    • Look at your list of applications from Windows startup and disable anything you think might be related or suspicious look.
    • Look at your list of installed Windows applications and uninstall anything that you think might be related or suspicious look.

  • Convert links to Destinations named in the Page numbers instead

I have a PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Pro MS which has 1000 named destinations. Is there a way to convert the links to these destinations to go to the page of the destination named instead?

I'll never need to add or remove pages, so these destinations are not useful for me. I want the link to go to the 'number of Page use' the destination named in the action to the named destination.

Reason... the named destinations have lack of characters in them, and that it is a problem of import in another software that I use.

  • Page background to adapt to the content of the page.

    Hello!

I would like to know how it is possible to make the background of page resize based on its contents. Here is an example of what I'm trying to achieve:

    Screen Shot 2016-09-10 at 12.49.25 PM.pngScreen Shot 2016-09-10 at 12.49.58 PM.png

Thank you! I really appreciate your help.

    (A) open the "rectangle in master" layout page, place a block of text above, start a preview of the browser and minimize the browser window. All work as expected.

It is best to place the rectangle on the page layout (instead of the master page), because if you resize items that should remain in the bounding box, or if you add items, you must resize the bounding box in page view.

The dynamic adaptation of the size goes on your finished page or in preview mode.

    (B) another way to reach a height of actual dynamic page:

Open your setting in page (and not his mistress), open the "Page/Page Properties" menu and uncheck the option "Sticky Footer". In this case, the page height is not determined by the height of the browser window, but by the content of the page. In other words: move or items down will push the bottom of the page down as well (that long these element are not specified as "Footer" elements).

  • Is there a way to FF4 can I change the layout of the screen so I can have the tabs just above the pages, as in FF3.6.18?

    Hello

I run FireFox (FF) for years and love. I'm running FF 3.6.18 am thought and upgrade to FF4. However, a friend upgraded to FF4 and I notice that the tabs for different pages are very high on the screen, away from the pages concerned, instead of just at the top of the page being displayed, where they are more easily found and used. Having the tabs at the top is really annoying and it is a change that should never have been done.

My question is this: is there a way to FF4 I can change this so I can have the tabs just above the pages, as in FF3.6.18?

    Thank you very much
    Al

Yes! Click the new tab button ("+") or a blank space after the last tab and uncheck tabs on top in the context menu.

If the tabs on top does not appear there, you can use the view menu:

Menu view > toolbars > uncheck tabs on top

If you have the Firefox orange (abbreviated menus) button, press the ALT key, or press F10 to display the classic menu bar to join the view menu.

Is it possible to do? I looked for a signal of visibility in the Page class but cannot find anything relatively to the change of visibility.

The only way to do it with the invocation is if you call them a card.

You can then hang in to the cardDoneMessage...

  • Print the best configuration of work - inside edge crosstalk between facing pages?

I am putting together a 32pp A4 report with InDesign CS3 that will be printed to PDF in China.  I am based in the United Kingdom, and I will pass the file to printing electronically.  I speak some Chinese, but my client has an office in China and a member of their staff (non-expert graphics) will be the man in the middle.

For now I'll implement my document with facing pages and 5mm of eave.  I remember a recent UK print job by using the same configuration of document that when I got out in PDF format to use the settings from bleed paper is TICKING, the Printing Office has complained that the images that filled one side of the A4 and served outside/top/bottom of the page not to bleed inside.  I asked them how to give them what they need and they said "spreads" face should be 'divided into single pages"before I made the PDF - this would purge on all 4 sides. I didn't know how to do that and maintain the facing pages for me to design in a way spread by spread, so I asked them.  They could not tell me, so I left as it was.  In the end they had to cut the pages a little more inside to get rid of any white paper.

I'm very keen to avoid any problems at all with this print job, if I want to get the installation program and treat just in my head from the start.

So my question: How can I configure this document in order to minimize the problems of the printer?  I don't mind if it means another process before exporting it, I don't know what that might be.

    Thank you very much.

You certainly don't need to split the spreads for binding, but it would be a good idea to include the same value for bleeding from the inside

as bleeding out.  I think that what you are not understanding is that if you don't have line of purge showing bleeding inside, if you export a purge of 5mm for the inside value, you will get a portion of 5 mm of the opposing page - which is all you need for binding or stitching seat.  If you did another piece of spiral, you need to split the pages and create a bleed around each page, because you don't want the opposing page showing a trimmed of Miss page.  On perfect binding, the inside edge is not noticeable and is right next to the opposing page, so bleeding that doesn't matter as long as you have a bleeding it to avoid a white line is on a miss-plate (if you are printing colors all the way to the gutter).  On the bite on horseback, the pages are actually laidout side by side, so inside gutter will not be used, but it is good to provide for prepress purposes.

    Hope that helps.

Master Page Items question: I use master pages for a 60 page document and just found out that some of my master page items are multiplying! There are some boundaries on the pages, and some of them are constantly a quantity apparently without end on top of the other. For example, I replace to change the color of the border and notice a black there's below him so I deleted the extra and there is another and another and another... EEK. I can easily hide them, BUT I fear they will lead to complications in the case of pre-press printing. What is the cause? What can I do to prevent it? How can I get rid of the stack-up?

It's always haapening, if you substitute any element on the page and later master you reapply the same or another master. I would NEVER say to replace any itme master page in the page. Instead create another master based on the first, make the substitutions and apply this master. Substitutions on the pages should be avoided in all cases, not only for the problem you described above, other issues of accessibility will also come into play.

  • # sign in the title of the page

When I go to the bookmark my page I see a 10 pound (#) sign after the title of the page. Instead it's supposed to read just to read, Photos and videos.

Therefore, if the signs # are not coded by hand, no idea why they are there? It's to do with 10 videos flash on the page? If so, does anyone know a work around to get rid of the signs #?

Here is the page in question.

    Thanks for your help.

Hmmm, I don't see any # in a bookmark in FF. Also, I agree with Walt. Even with high rates, the site is unusable for me due to its weight. He has been loading for several minutes now and still has a long way to go. I would have given up a long time ago. I suggest to organise another way.

  • How to prevent the contents of the page more to move to the right?

I have no problem http://konicaminolta.ca/business/index.html page view in Firefox. However, some visitors to the site using the same browser (Firefox version 25) and even BONE will find more content very staggered to the right page. This shift to the right seems to take place in the

article and does not appear in IE or Chrome. I post a screenshot if I had this option screen.

< Div id = "bodyArea" > needs style = "width: 100%". I don't know why, but it decreases based on the floating content.

< Div id = "contentsArea" > is launched to the right and has style = "width: 100%" but Firefox calculates width compared to the parent, < div id = "bodyArea" > element, and apparently it is indeterminate and must be defined explicitly.

In fact, it shrinks to float up next to the blank area of the navigation bar. Response of cor - el: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/978904#answer-506108
