The control test tree

When I run FlexPMD 1.1 via Maven, it only checks the tree main source (src/main/flex).  How can I get to also check the test (src/test/flex) source tree?

We have removed the read-only on this setting indicator. It is still by default the sourceDirectory well build.

Tom's solution would work now then.

The trunk and the snapshot repository have been updated.

See you soon,.

  • How can I control the properties of tree using Cairngorm MVC?

    I'm trying a few properties of a component of the tree using properties in the control template.

    For example, I have the following properties:

    public var hierarchyTreeOpenItems:Array / * object * / = [];
    public var hierarchyTreeSelectedItems:Array / * object * / = [];
    public var hierarchyTreeFirstVisibleItem:Object;

    And I refer to them as follows:

    "" < mx:Tree xmlns:mx = ' http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml '
    Width = "100%" height = "100%" borderStyle = "solid".
    dataProvider = "{__model.hierarchyData}" "
    firstVisibleItem = "{__model.hierarchyTreeFirstVisibleItem}" "
    openItems = "{__model.hierarchyTreeOpenItems}" "
    selectedItems = "{__model.hierarchyTreeSelectedItems}" / > "

    I'm setting these properties in a command generated by the initialization event of my Application. The openItems works, but I can't get the tree to select the specified items, or I can get it to reach the position of the firstVisibleItem.

    Any thoughts on why this is happening and how I can make it work?

    Thank you.

    I fixed it. I put the properties in a different order (openItems, then selectedItems, and then firstVisibleItem) and perform a validateNow() on the tree when one of these properties are updated.

    Seems to work...

  • VI test a string control configured to view password, it displays 'normal view' mode in the Unit Test Framework lvtest Properties dialog box

    Configuration of the password does not lvtest UTF Properties dialog window. It's probably a bug.

    Hey jorgeinSD,

    The Unit Test is designed to test the input values and compare them with a desired output value to make sure that your VI works under different entries. For this reason, it is necessary that the user makes tests see the entry and not just values «*» Your VI should not change (as in the VI should still display mode password, ' * '), but the properties of Unit Test should display the actual value and not mode password. Is that what you mean by 'configuration of the password does not UTF' or did, I misunderstood the question? I hope this helps!

  • Control Panel Tree

    Hello

    I have a tree control that I use to view a test sequence.   I want to put the tree controls in a picture to display several (different) sequences.  I have problems for populating the controls.  When I get the reference, he fills all the controls in the table, rather than a single element.

    Is there a way to fill that one item in the table?

    Thank you
    John

    CPDP says:

    Fine thank you.  If a picture of tree control would work?

    No, that no longer works. Wrap the tree control in a cluster in order to put it in a table always will leave you with the restriction that the properties (for example, tree items) will be the same for each element.

  • Before the controls Panel reset each VI run.

    Hello

    I have a test unit, MISTLETOE is designed in Labview; Measures pressure and writing for a Word report are required. I currently have a problem regarding the behavior of VI when I run. It is explained below:

    All my settings front and controls which give before you run the vi reset empty Windows when I run the VI.

    Also, I first thought that, ok, same if control values disappear, as long as they written in the report, it is very good. But, it happens that easily. When I have the controls on the front panel before you run the VI of power and then run the VI, I must stop the VI and run it again for them to print the report.

    The model is like this:

    1. go the front panel control values.

    2. to run the VI ===> Panel control values before disappearing.

    3. perform the test, stop the VI and print the ===> no control value to print.

    4 restart the VI without going all control values.

    5. run the VI ==> controls front are empty (of course, because no values have been entered).

    6. perform the test, stop the VI and print the report ===> initially entered control values to print.

    So, essentially, before control values not only disappear when the VI is executed, but there are also two that works for the values to enter in the memory and to print the report.

    The goal is to punch in the values of control-> Run the VI-> > print the report and the report is complete with all the values in that control.

    Now a bit about the VI:

    Control values, that I don't speak are simple string as the name of the company controls, operator name and al.

    The block diagram composed of (LEFT to RIGHT):

    Consumer & producer loops--> Type in front of panel controls--> print the report.

    In other words, loops of producer/consumer of output data in the toolkit of generation report. But the Front panel to be fed contols lie between producer/consumer loops and report printing function. (No express used screws)

    So, how can I get rid of my front panel endangered control values. I want to display when the VI is running.

    Please advice.

    Thanks in advance,

    RP.

  • Several switches inside the a test sequence

    Hi all

    I'm doing a few stages of switching in a single Multiple digital limit test, so what I did is incorporated all the controls switch in labview. Unfortunately, I got an error when he got to the step with the switching (an error occurred when trying to access device PXI1Slot6
    Another process has already logged to this switch module.).

    Is it possible to disconnect the teststand switch so that the labview vi can be used without interruption, or y at - it another way to do switching multimode in teststand I don't know?

    Thank you for taking the time to read.

    One more thing...

    You can use the adapter of the sequence with a step of the multi-digital.  Then create a sequence that will have several stages.

    I illustrate this in the sequence file attached.

    Let me know if you have any questions.

  • VI Analyzer Questions: Change the default test configuration and screw "Pavilion".

    I have two things I continue to come through in VI Analyzer:

    1. are there in any case to set the default VI Analyzer so that it applies to all projects, I'm working on that?

    I tried to create a task in project A, registration of the configuration and any attempt to open this file in project B, but it says that the file could not be loaded. The reason for my question is that there are a few default options that just add errors that we don't care (e.g. Controls dialog on the façade - 99% of the LabVIEW code that we are working on is called from TestStand as code modules, so the front panel doesn't really count)

    2. can I score / report some screws as 'safe' for parser tests?

    Basically, some screws may fail some perfectly safe way VI Analyzer tests (e.g. non-stanard errors on a 'closing' VI, who doesn't have a case error structure so that the device always gets closed). I wish I had a way to mark the VI kind VI Analyzer would ignore this particular test. This would allow me to have a rule that says something like "before any construction, run the file configuration VI analyzer and make sure there is not error", as opposed to "run VI Analyzer and examine errors, decide whether or not they are important for the VI in question..." ». An extension to this question would be how do I perform a task VI Analyzer before building when the VI Analyzer screw do not accept files cfg for project based tasks.

    Any help would be greately appreciated!

    Thank you

    Shaun

    1. a project oriented .cfg file cannot be transferred between projects.  Could you possibly create a .cfg unrelated to the project file (under the option 'Start a new task' on the first page of the VI Analyzer) and use it?  He would have no file in the list, but it would have all of the configured tests as you want.  And you could start with this on your different projects .cfg file... you would just add screws based on file (on page 2 of the VI Analyzer), rather than have all come to you in a .cfg project-based.

    2. on page 4 VI Analyzer, you can exclude certain tests to run on some screws and save these settings in a .cfg.  This option is also exposed in the VI Analyzer API with VIAn exclude the VI.vi Tests.

  • Get lost with the controls on the panels

    Hi all,

    With the help of Lavwindows 2010

    I have a little difficulty with my UIR.  I inherited a project with several panels, 2 have about 340 controls on each of them, I'm looking at (for example) a certain (RATE) control properties. I use the tree Panel to get the table I want and the FREQUENCY control.  I double click on the name of the control RATE.  In the details (under the tree Panel) section, it shows the name of the constant is MLED_MAX12_2 and its status led (its really a digital slide).

    Is it just that CVI has trouble with panels containing a large amount of controls?

    Is there another way for me to access this control? (right click on RATE and by selecting OBJECT UI FIND gives me the properties of the control MLED_MAX12_2.

    Is there a limit to the number of controls on a Panel? of the project? File of the UIR?

    Thank you

    The solution is to change the control in the edit control dialog box that appears when you click on , when a control has focus in the editor the user interface with the editing tool selected (as opposed to the tool of exploitation). Or you can double-click the control to display the edit control dialog box.

  • build the executable; delete tree.vi VI?

    I got a new job contract.

    The old person of LabVIEW has left the company and is not available.

    In the Word file, he leaves behind him, he writes

    To generate an executable or Setup during the system test, you must remove 1 file of the project. The file is called tree.vi VI, it draws in the Agilent MXA series. Remove the vi and build. When you save the project, it will complain. Reject errors, and it will allow you to move forward.

    The Agilent MXA screws are in a lvlib

    Is there an easier way to do it?

    The only reason why I could see wanting to remove the VI tree is because VI is broken and does not work.  Usually, it is because it has entries with requried subVIs and the VI of the tree is really just to show you the functions, sometimes in the same provision as a view of the palette.

    Now have a broken VI usually is a problem because it cannot work, but in modern versions of the manufacturer under the heading Exlclusions extra, you can have things like 'Remove unused libraries of the project members' this will remove the screws that are not acually used from the build process.  If this is not verified your broken VI will be added, and then the build fails because a VI is broken.  Is - what the problem was the original developer?

  • After download of Internet Explorer 8 I can't open all the icons in the control panel. On display is come information that Windows cannot find 'C\WINDOWS\system32\rundll.32.exe '.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Yesterday, I downloaded Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 web from Microsoft Download Center.

    After downloading Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, I can't open any icons in the control panel.

    On display is come information that Windows cannot find 'C\WINDOWS\system32\rundll.32.exe '.

    Help, please. Thanks Gene.

    Thanks Gene.

    Dear: :

    Running sfc/scannow will not replace the missing rundll32.exe file.

    Why you post methods that do not work and will be just wasting time?

    Hove you never even seen this problem before, tried to recreate it so that you can actually see, or have you never really fixed?

    Why you learn not what sfc/scannow does and does not do?

    Here is a simple test to you and all your colleagues in the technical support engineer:

    Rename or delete just your c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe file is "missing".

    Rename rundll32.exe---> rundll32.xxx

    If you started normally, before you can blink, the 'missing' rundll32.exe file quickly and quietly replace the copy in the dllcache folder.  It is the Protection of Windows file in action and you will see something like this in the Event Viewer log system:

    Event type: Information
    Event source: Windows File Protection
    Event category: no
    Event ID: 64002
    Description:
    File replacement was attempted on the protected system file c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe. This file was restored to the original version to maintain system stability. The file version of the system file is 5.1.2600.5512.

    I beg you to perform this simple test to know how the sfc/scannow:

    Boot your system to Safe Mode or the recovery for the Windows File Protection Console does not run.

    For this example, we will use the system critical file rundll32.exe.

    Rename or delete your c:\windows\system32\rundll32.exe.exe file so the file is now "missing."

    A critical file, is it true?  It is on the list of the file 3498 knows the Protection of Windows and SFC files, but now he isn't.

    If Windows File Protection is running, the "missing" file would be quickly and silently replaced (try to rename or delete it in normal mode and it will be quickly and quietly replaced).

    Now, with your file rundll32.exe missing, start in Normal mode and try to use something like control panel to open something like Power Options and you'll see that familiar message:

    Control Panel
    Windows cannot find 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe '.  Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click search.

    Now you have recreated a common problem with the missing file and seen the error of our own eyes.  A Microsoft Support Engineer will usually suggest running sfc/scannow for this kind of problem, but it will not work or help and you can prove it to yourself, and now you have reproduced the error.

    You follow own advice and run sfc/scannow to the end.

    The rundll32.exe is always had disappeared, right?  Did run sfc/scannow replace the missing critical system file?

    How can he be so sfc/scannow is supposed to replace the missing system files?  This is because it is not this that sfc/scannow does.

    Now you know sfc/scannow does not.  He did not replace your missing system file (don't forget to put your rundll32.exe back so you will have a).

    Now, go to c:\windows\system32\dllcache and delete or rename the file rundll32.exe from there - and it will be gone and not replaced automatically because the Windows File Protection does not seem after this record.

    Run sfc/scannow in full again.

    Replace the file rundll32.exe missing in the dllcache folder, since it handles missing files (not the system32 folder) IS the folder that sfc/scannow.

    Now you know sfc/scannow does.

    Do you need help to know too much about the corrupt system files?

    Since most people do not have a genuine XP bootable installation CD, they will not be able to develop a copy of the file that is missing from the installation CD, they have not.

    After some directions on how to replace the file when the user has no XP bootable installation CD authentic and that will be useful to all.

    If you don't know how to say "I don't know how" and I'll help you.

    You want to inform/warn the poster that SP3 is installed that running sfc/scannow will take a long time for the installation of SP3 CD?

    If you do not have a CD with the same Service Pack as your installation (most people don't), the posters are in for a rough and frustrating time.

    Of course this will help with the detachment of the Ministry of Education of the impossible to try things that don't work, but I thought I'd throw it out there for the 100th time.

    Hello

    1. Did you the latest changes on the computer?
    2. What is the full error message that you receive?
    3. You have security software installed on the computer?

    Check if the problem persists in safe mode.

    A description of the options to start in Windows XP Mode

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/315222

    If the problem does not persist in safe mode, then it is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

    I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

    To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

    See the link below to learn more about how to clean boot.

    How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" State

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310353

    Reset the computer to start as usual

    When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

    (a) click Start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

    (b) If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password or click on continue.

    (c) under the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.

    (d) when you are prompted to restart the computer, click on restart.
