  Working with work plans is possible since CS4 +.

  Here's a simple example in [JS]

• Assistance in the selection of plan

  I'm trying to choose a plan - I work in a group of marketing to a larger company. We have several licenses CS6 since before and probably will not completely migrate to CC for a year or more. But we will need an AE install now for a specific project, which will stretch for a few months and AE is no not part of our CS6 we probably Design Premium.

  What seems to be the best solution for us right now would be the one on the left. My reasoning is that it doesn't require to register for a full year. But moving forward on the link buy now brings me to the purchase for individuals page. Basically, I'm wondering if it would be good to make the purchase because in reality, it is our business, to purchase and this license, in particular, is not listed on the company tab.

  You can use a license 'personal' use 'business'... an idea/caveat is that you should think about creating a professional email address then the Adobe ID associated with your purchase belongs to the company, not an employee who can leave the company, and then you have more access to any software related to this "private" e-mail

• Is it possible to ignore white space when exporting PNG files. Not the background / work plan

  I have icons, which have white features, mask the other lines to create my icons. Instead of me will expanding the traits and then using pathfinder to create transparent traces to finally create a fill black "single", is it possible to simply export and ignore white? Is there a script that would exist? That would make my life so much easier.

  

  Ignore the white on the smallest sprocket, but white on the cotyledon is necessary for the icon. To make this work, I would usually expand all items and use pathfinder to create my forms. It is a bit tedious doing lots of icons. I would like to know if there is an easier way to do it.

  Make sure that 'White' is in the Swatch Panel, then choose white as "Transparent" and "8-bit" PNG in the color table.

  Or you can rework your works of art to be truly transparent.

  Or fix the PNG in Photoshop.

  I have a great graphic of a map that doesn't move to highlight the different sectioins.  The card is greater than the size of the artboard, but instead of everything being invisible which is off the coast of the artboard, it still shows upwards. is there a way to see the ONLY graphics/symbols that are ON the artboard in your swf file?

  You can use a mask which is only the size of the artboard.  To do this, draw a tectangle and convert it to a movieclip.  Then resixe as movieclip to the size of the artboard.  Give it an instance name ("mapmask" is as good as no matter what) and assign it to be the mask of your map (also a MovieClip) by using the mask of the map property...

  Yes,

  Select your object, double-click the tool work plan, this will open the diolog the artboard Options, use preset in the menu drop down and select Fit artboard of Art selected.

  This will make the art Board to the size of your choice.

  I easily through the General work plan, and I saw immediately, so I thought I'd put it out there. Here are my two questions:

  1. is there a way to disable the ability to move a work plan while working in it? Essentially, to block the plan in place, but not the items it contains? If you use the automatic selection and slightly approach the edge of the plateau, then swipes the entire Board rather than just a few layers / items you want.

  2 is there a way to auto unlock all layers, including forms? It can be really frustrating for fish through the layers to find the form locked in order to remove a work plan. Command + / has not worked for me when I closed a single object manually.

  1. Yes. Use 'Position Lock' on the layer of the artboard properly said.

  

  2. Yes. Select the parent group or the artboard. While holding down the alt/option key, choose "Lock all layers in artboard...» "in the drop-down menu Layers Palette.

  

  This should unlock all layers inside this group or the artboard.

  (Probably, the fact that the menu does not change when you hold down the alt key is a bug, but it does not)

• Why the my canvas size is bigger than my work plan?

  I'm working on a larger project, where I have mulitple PSDs linked in a single document. The individual DSP that have all plans of work that are the same size, but in inspection of the size of the canvas on these documents vary considerably in size.

  This causes me some discomfort because:

  -When you place the PSD files in the main document, the bounding box of the PSD is much larger than the graphics I want to place.

  -Second, if I want to resize the size of the canvas on the current related DSP, I am trying, it shrinks the chart down much more that what I would actually. This causes me to have to change the size of each graphical element, which sometimes can be quite tedious.

  In my view, that the size of the canvas should be able to resize the artboard size I'm working on, if only when I have a single work plan I'm working on (which is currently the case).

  Is there a way to adjust PS for the canvas size will correspond to the size of the artboard? Whereas if I adjust the length of the arboard, the size of the canvas reflects the change in size?

  Unfortunately, it is still an open question in our backlog of work.

  The following workaround solution is clumsy, but should work:

  1. choose the tool work plan.

  2 Unger, the gear icon, deselect auto size canvas. This setting affects only the current document.

  3. adjust the size of your canvas as needed using the Image-> canvas size command. It will remain at that size until you change it again manually.

  Work plan documents do not show the extent of the Web, but there are ways to see: layers of filling (with disabled auto-nid) under all work plans, for example.
