It worked...  Posting it here in case anyone else has this problem. She told me that there is NO SUPPORT for Pro 9 except the forums. I'm happy you're here.   When I turn it on I see the power and drive green lights HARD turns on and since another computer on my network I can access individual files on the hard drive the T61p.
