• Executable cannot find the custom error code file

  I'm building a LabVIEW 2013 application on a Windows 7 computer and deploying it to a Windows XP computer. My application has a custom error code file, stored in -- errors.txt, but my executable on the Windows XP machine can't find the custom error file and returns only the string of appeal for all errors that occur.

  When you use is not an installer, I tried to copy the error code at all locations listed here: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/6077DBEDA4F9FEE3862571F600449501 but the application still does not load the custom errors.   List the error as "still included" file when building the executable or by checking the box to include files in error did not tour, obviously. Unless you create a Setup program to distribute the application, the error code file must be moved manually. Shared\Errors file works best for me because it's a place that makes sense.

  By habit, I tend to combine PDF files in the Page pane by right-clicking thumbnails then 'Insert of Pages'-> 'From File'. For me, this preserves the tags of these two documents, although the tags may have to be moved to the correct location (if I remember correctly the tags for inserted pages are put at the end of the tag structure, regardless of where the pages are inserted), if I put the tags in the document to insert into a container as a Section tag It makes the process easier.   In Adobe Acrobat Professional 10, is there a way to bypass the window "save PDF file under ' and have just the file save as the same file name or a different file name?  Then once I select 'Adobe PDF' printer and click Print, I would like that the file just to save in the same directory, in that it is.  I don't care if it overwrites the existing file or creates a new file.

  If you need to open the PDF files, you will need to install a PDF reader.

  Can you open Reader by itself?  If so, try to disable the Protected Mode [Edit |] Preferences | (Improved) security].

  I'm deploying DC to my environment, but only one requirement is disable the opening of PDF files in I.e.

  The only work to date is to * manually * disable the Adobe PDF Reader add-on in IE11.

  I tried:

  1. GPO to disable Adobe PDF Reader. The add-on comes as disabled, but a PDF file will always open in IE.

  2. the HKCU entry for bBrowserIntegration = 0. It makes no difference.

  The second step is the only one I've ever used for reader XI and it satisfied my needs. Someone at - it run in this yet? It's really weird that manually disabling the addon works (all PDFs pop out of drive) but if I re - enable and disable then via GPO, the opening of PDF files in the browser.
