    At first glance, it seems that a few things wrong with the settings you have for a server outgoing (SMTP). I think that Westphalia broadband uses mail.4wbi.net as the incoming and outgoing mail server, not pop.4wbi.com (note mail instead of pop ) and .net instead of .com.     In addition to the other reviews, if the messages have been deleted from the deleted items folder or shift-deleted from the Inbox, then my DBXpress program (www.oehelp.com/DBXpress/) also has a 'recovery mode' option which will recover the deleted messages in the folder, but it cannot have been compacted.  If its compacted, then deleted messages are on hard disk clusters that are likely to be replaced.  Also, the text of the emails can be successfully recovered, as 4 bytes on each 512 gets overwritten when you remove, then images and attachments can be recovered in this way.

    Otherwise see Bruce's suggestions.  DBXpress has the extract from disk feature that could retrieve the messages intact.

    I have recently installed Windows 8 Pro, installed all of my usual applications etc..
    The problem I've encountered is maintaining display driver crashing. Or have waiting periods. The exact error message reads;
    "Display driver NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver Version 306.97 has stopped working and recovered."
    Until now it expires randomly even when the computer is idle, and more frequently when I watch videos online. Also, watch a clip full screen on some sites like YouTube is ok, but on others, it is very laggy (updated maybe once per second the image) and the sound is out of sync.
    I can't find a way to properly uninstall the graphics driver.

    At least yours is working semi... I have the GTS 450 (uses the same drivers) and the mine does not at all... Stuck with the regular game pilot integrated ATM and can not all games... Microsoft told me to wait a few weeks and for the reminder and Nvida said 10 ways to uninstall and reinstall the drivers for same. Hope someone with to get a fix for this soon.

    Looks like this isn't just me.
    Just an update, that I can not confirm it as a solution, but I have not encountered any problem (a little screenlag aside) since the installation of the drivers beta. For me, the beta version of the driver is 310.33, R130. The only other change to my system updates Adobe Flash version packaged with Google Chrome to 11.4.31X to 11.4.402 to eliminate serious problems when you watch the video in full screen.

    That would not have been the best idea... but it is unlikely that the cause of your immediate problem.

    I suspect that what really happens is that the driver has become corrupted.  In many cases, simply reinstall the driver is not fix things; you have to clean the old corrupt driver before installing the new.  Thus, it is more likely that the part "Uninstall" the related response is what is helping rather than playing with services... but go ahead and follow these directions, just in case.  In fact, I suggest that you run under first antimalware scanners before following the tips in the above link.

    If I had not found the link above, that's what I would have suggested (whichrequires that you have Windows XP):

    Often, but not always, the symptoms you describe are caused by a corrupt print job stuck in the queue or a damaged printer driver.  However before you clean things up, on general principles, that you can download, install, update and run full scans with each of these two free programs.

    It is always useful to have the complete error message without paraphrase.

    It also helps to identify the version of Windows you have, including service pack.

    And it helps to give the manufacturer of the printer in addition to the model.  In your case, I guess you have a Dell printer.  I know that some Dell printers are rebadged Lexmarks, but I don't know if it's a.
